技术领域:本发明涉及到汽车配件,特别是涉及到一种汽车配件拨叉的加工方法。
背景技术:目前汽车配件拨叉产品在对称度、位置度及产品硬度方面得不到保证,产品质量差,使用寿命短,不能满足汽车行业飞速发展的需要。
发明内容:本发明的目的就是要提供一种汽车配件拨叉的加工方法,它能很好地克服以上产品所存在的问题。本发明的目的是这样实现的,汽车配件拨叉的加工方法,其特征在于;车:上车夹并夹紧大平面,钻通孔,孔中心与毛坯中心偏移不超过0.5;车下方内侧面,并控制零件厚度,车凸台端面并倒角;镗通孔,并倒角;拉孔;上拉夹,拉已镗孔,留珩磨余量;车:上涨芯棒车夹并夹紧,车凸台端面至图纸总厚度尺寸,并倒角;磨:上磨夹并夹紧,磨两脚平面,控制两脚厚度及磨削上端至孔中心尺寸;同理,调面磨两脚平面及磨削上端到孔中心至图纸尺寸;铣:上铣夹并夹紧,铣开档至图示尺寸;钻:上钻模并夹紧,在已加工孔的外圆上按图要求钻、扩、铰去毛刺:按图要求两脚内倒角0.5X45°,去
