本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1前序特征分句中的特征的车座,特别是商业车座。
带有剪式支架的已知的车座通常用于商业车辆。虽然在一个简单的实施例中,座架是剪式支架的一部分或固定地连接在支架上以便增加座椅舒适性,但是可以调节座架相对于剪式支架的倾斜度,例如通过将座架联接在剪式支架上,并通过线性调节器或齿轮装置使座架相对于剪式支架枢转来进行调节。从DE 3243747C2中可知晓以这样的方式改进的开头提及类型的车座。

由于座架直接联接在剪式支架上并通过至少一个三接头元件而以铰接的方式连接在剪式支架上这一事实,提供了一种通过驱动三接头元件而实现的简单构造的倾斜度调节。这种驱动可利用传统的驱动装置-优选一种倾斜度调节配件来实现,其靠近以铰接的方式连接在倾斜度调节配件上的连杆而设于三接头元件中。倾斜度调节配件可以是对于调节靠背倾斜度而言本身已知的的闭锁配件或带齿轮的配件。这就减少了费用。在这种情况下,带有盘形单元的实施例和带有沿径向凸出的紧固突出部的实施例都是可行的。
可在与倾斜度调节配件相对的车座侧上提供与由倾斜度调节配件限定的倾斜度调节轴线对准的第一接头以及另外的连杆。这减少了构件的数量,而且还减少了费用。倾斜度调节轴线和连杆的两个接头优选限定了三接头元件。优选相对于产生的力矩优化三接头元件的几何形状。因而举例来说,如果例如在车座两侧上、在倾斜度调节配件和杆之间提供了横档,则接头的枢转面之间-例如倾斜度调节配件或杆与连杆之间-的轴向偏移具有不会使弯矩施加在这样的横档上的优势。

1.一种车座,其带有剪式支架(3),座架(10)和靠背(20),所述座架(10)通过枢轴线(B)而联接在所述剪式支架(3)上,并可对所述座架(10)就其相对于所述剪式支架(3)的倾斜度进行调节,所述靠背(20)附连在所述座架(10)或所述剪式支架(3)上,其特征在于,所述座架(10)在一侧直接联接在所述剪式支架(3)上,且在另一侧通过至少一个三接头元件以铰接的方式连接在所述剪式支架(3)上,所述剪式支架(3)具有底架(5)、设置在该底架(5)上方的顶架(7)以及至少一对交叉摇杆(8),所述摇杆(8)各自在它们的后端处联接在所述底架(5)和所述顶架(7)上,并且各自在它们的前端处具有可旋转的滚子,通过所述滚子而在顶架(7)和底架(5)中或顶架(7)和底架(5)上沿座椅的纵向方向可动地引导所述摇杆(8),其中,所述剪式支架(3)具有第一卡接元件(31),并且所述座架(10)具有第二卡接元件(32),这些卡接元件正常情况下不会相互作用,并且在碰撞或误用的情况下,由于通过靠背(20)所造成的作用于所述座架(10)上的扭矩而使所述第一卡接元件(31)和所述第二卡接元件(32)彼此接近,且之后相互作用,从而产生用于力通量的另外的路径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车座,其特征在于,所述车座是商业车座。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车座,其特征在于,在所述三接头元件中提供了至少一个倾斜度调节配件(12),所述倾斜度调节配件限定了倾斜度调节轴线(N),并且在所述座架(10)或所述剪式支架(3)与所述三接头元件的第一连杆(14)之间起作用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车座,其特征在于,在处于与所述倾斜度调节配件(12)相对的车座侧上提供了与所述倾斜度调节轴线(N)对准的第一接头(11)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车座,其特征在于,第一杆(13)紧固在所述倾斜度调节配件(12)的配件部分(12b)上,所述第一连杆(14)通过第二接头(14a)以铰接的方式连接在所述第一杆(13)上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车座,其特征在于,所述第一连杆(14)直接联接在所述第一杆(13)上,或者设置成相对于所述倾斜度调节轴线(N)沿轴向相对于所述第一杆(13)有所偏移。
7.根据权利要求5所述的车座,其特征在于,第二杆(13b)通过所述第一接头(11)进行联接,第二连杆(14)通过另外的第二接头(14a)以铰接的方式连接在所述第二杆(13b)上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车座,其特征在于,所述第二连杆(14)直接联接在所述第二杆(13b)上,或者设置成相对于所述倾斜度调节轴线(N)沿轴向相对于所述第二杆(13b)有所偏移。
9.根据权利要求7所述的车座,其特征在于,在所述倾斜度调节配件(12)的配件部分(12b)或所述第一杆(13)与所述第二杆(13b)之间提供了横档(40),所述横档设置成平行于所述倾斜度调节轴线(N)或与之对准。
10.根据权利要求9所述的车座,其特征在于,所述横档(40)提供于所述倾斜度调节配件(12)的配件部分(12b)与所述第二杆(13b)之间,且固定地连接在所述配件部分(12b)和所述第二杆(13b)上。
11.根据权利要求9所述的车座,其特征在于,所述横档(40)提供于所述第一杆(13)与所述第二杆(13b)之间,且固定地连接在所述第一杆(13)和所述第二杆(13b)上。
12.根据权利要求9所述的车座,其特征在于,所述横档(40)设有相对于所述倾斜度调节轴线(N)沿轴向自所述第一接头(11)有所偏移的所述第二接头(14a)。
13.根据权利要求7至12中的任一项权利要求所述的车座,其特征在于,所述第一连杆(14)和所述第二连杆(14)分别通过第三接头(14b)而联接在所述剪式支架(3)或所述座架(10)上。
14.根据权利要求7至12中的任一项权利要求所述的车座,其特征在于,所述倾斜度调节轴线(N)和所述第一连杆(14)或所述第二连杆(14)的接头(14a,14b)限定了所述三接头元件的接头。
15.根据权利要求3至12中的任一项所述的车座,其特征在于,所述靠背(20)通过至少一个靠背配件(22)而可枢转地附连在所述座架(10)上,或者附连在所述剪式支架(3)上,或者附连在紧固到所述座架(10)或所述剪式支架(3)上的靠背转接器(16)上。
16.根据权利要求15所述的车座,其特征在于,就结构而言,所述倾斜度调节配件(12)和/或所述靠背配件(22)形成了盘形单元,或者设有沿径向凸出的紧固突出部,并且/或者所述倾斜度调节配件(12)和/或所述靠背配件(22)被设计成闭锁配件或带齿轮的配件。
17.根据权利要求16所述的车座,其特征在于,所述倾斜度调节配件(12)和/或所述靠背配件(22)被设计成带有自锁偏心行星齿轮装置。
