Abstract

Description

共轨***
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的内燃机的共轨***。
背景技术
在以双燃料发动机形式构造的内燃机的运行中,在所谓的燃气运行中在双燃料发动机的气缸中燃烧一种稀薄的燃气空气混合物,其中该稀薄的燃气空气混合物由一种液态燃料点燃。该液态燃料经构造成共轨***的喷射***供给到双燃料发动机的气缸,即这样地供给,使得与气缸相配置的喷射器在靠近气缸的上死点之前将液态燃料喷入该气缸的燃烧室中。液态燃料由于其低的自燃温度而着火并且释放出的点火能量能够使稀薄的燃气空气混合物着火或点燃。
图1示出一种现有技术中已知的双燃料发动机的共轨***的示意视图,该共轨***用于向双燃料发动机的气缸中供给或喷射液态燃料。因此在图1中所示的共轨***具有应该泵装置1,用于将液态燃料从低压区输送到高压区,其中在高压区中在泵装置1和为气缸配置的喷射器2之间布置双壁的高压燃料管道3。双壁的高压燃料管道3具有内管4,通过该内管将液态燃料供到气缸的喷射器2,以便通过喷射器2将液态燃料喷入双燃料发动机的气缸中。
双壁的高压燃料管道3的内管4被外管5包围,其中外管5用于将内管4和外管5之间的泄漏排放到泄漏收集容器6中。按照图1,泄漏收集容器6经泄漏管道7与双壁的高压燃料管道3的外管5连接。在高压燃料管道3的内管4和喷射器2的连接部位中作为泄漏出现的液态燃料经回流管道8排放到供给***的低压区的回流收集容器9中。
当在内管4和外管5之间出现泄漏时,则该泄漏经泄漏管道7排放到泄漏收集容器6中,其中在由现有技术中已知的共轨***中,在确定了泄漏收集容器6中有泄漏时,不能够目标明确地和自动地检测出高压燃料管道3的那个在其内在内管4和外管5之间出现泄漏的部段。
发明内容
由此出发,本发明要解决的问题是提供一种新式的共轨***。
该问题通过按照权利要求1所述的共轨***解决。按照本发明,高压燃料管道在每个气缸和由此喷射器之间各配有一个泄漏检测装置,其中每个泄漏检测装置在一个第一位置上释放通过高压燃料管道的外管的流动和在一个第二位置上阻断通过高压燃料管道的外管的流动。
在按照本发明的共轨***中,高压燃料管道在每个气缸和由此喷射器之间各配有一个泄漏检测装置,当在泄漏收集容器中检测到泄漏时,则能够借助于泄漏检测装置目标明确地检测出高压燃料管道的那个在其内在内管和外管之间出现泄漏的部段。为此每个泄漏检测装置在一个第一位置和一个第二位置之间移动,其中在第一位置上该泄漏检测装置释放通过高压燃料管道的外管的流动和在第二位置上该泄漏检测装置阻断通过高压燃料管道的外管的流动。
由从属权利要求和以下的描述给出本发明的优选的扩展方案。本发明的实施例将依照附图进行说明,但是本发明不局限于这些实施例。

具体实施方式
以下参见图2和3描述按照本发明的共轨***的细节,其中图2和3示出一个按照本发明的共轨***的高压燃料管道3的局部。
关于按照本发明的共轨***的原理构造可以参见针对图1的说明,以下仅仅对使得本发明的共轨***与现有技术中已知的共轨***相区别的那些细节进行说明。
如图1中可以看见的,全部喷射器2和由此以双燃料发动机形式构造的内燃机的全部气缸都经高压燃料管道3的内管4被供给用于点燃稀薄的燃气空气混合物的液态燃料,其中喷射器2在液态燃料的流动方向上前后相继地与泵装置1之间相距不同间距地连接到高压燃料管道3的内管4上。图2和3现在示出了在两个前后相随的喷射器2之间的区域中或在泵装置1和最靠近该泵装置1的喷射器2之间的区域中高压燃料管道3的一个局部。
由此在此处本发明的意义上,在每个气缸和因此每个喷射器2之间以及优选也在泵装置1和最靠近该泵装置1的气缸2之间为共轨***的高压燃料管道3各配置一个泄漏检测装置10,该泄漏检测装置可以在图2中所示的第一位置和在图3中所示的第二位置之间沿着在图2和3中所示的双箭头的方向优选平移地移动。
在按照图2的第一位置上,泄漏检测装置10释放通过高压燃料管道3的外管5的流动,即通过外管5的在两个相邻的喷射器2之间或在泵装置1和最靠近该泵装置1的喷射器2之间延伸的那个部段的流动。
相反在按照图3的第二位置上,泄漏检测装置10阻断通过高压燃料管道3的外管5的该部段的流动。
按照图2和3,压燃料管道3的外管5配有阻断器11和包围阻断器11的旁通支路12。在泄漏检测装置10的按照图2的第一位置上,漏检测装置10释放旁通支路12,从而尽管存在阻断器11,通过高压燃料管道3的外管5的流动仍然被释放。相反在按照图3的第二位置上,漏检测装置10阻断旁通支路12,从而此时通过高压燃料管道3的外管5的通流被阻断。
当在泄漏收集容器6中检测到泄漏的存在时,则可以判断在高压燃料管道3的内管4和外管5之间的泄漏,其中为了检测高压燃料管道3的非密封的部段,各泄漏检测装置10可以相继地在限定的检测时间上从按照图2的第一位置移动到按照图3的第二位置。
首先在一个限定的时间长度上从按照图2的第一位置移动到按照图3的第二位置来检查最靠近运行的泵装置1定位的那个泄漏检测装置10。如果泄漏位于高压燃料管道3的被分配给这个最靠近泵装置1定位的泄漏检测装置10的部段中,那么将有泄漏物被输送到泄漏收集容器1中。相反,如果没有泄漏物被输送到泄漏收集容器1中,那么也能够判断出高压燃料管道的该部段的密封性。
接着再将最靠近运行的泵装置1定位的泄漏检测装置10移动到图2所示的第一位置上并且然后将与该泄漏检查装置10相连接的泄漏检查装置10移动到图3所示的第二位置上,用于然后检查高压燃料管道3的随后的部段是否存在泄漏。以这样的方式和方法,可以相继地检查高压燃料管道3的每个部段的泄漏情况。

Claims (6)

1.内燃机,尤其是双燃料发动机的共轨***,其用于输送液态燃料至双燃料发动机的气缸中以点燃气缸中存在的燃气空气混合物,该共轨***包括一个低压区,包括一个具有至少一个高压泵的泵装置,用于将液态燃料从低压区输送到一个高压区,其中在高压区中在泵装置和与气缸配置的喷射器之间布置双壁的高压燃料管道,使得通过该高压燃料管道的内管可以将液态燃料供到气缸的喷射器,并且通过围绕内管的外管将在内管和外管之间的泄漏引导到一个泄漏收集容器中,其特征在于,该高压燃料管道(3)在每个气缸和由此喷射器(2)之间各配有一个泄漏检测装置(10),其中每个泄漏检测装置(10)在一个第一位置上释放通过高压燃料管道(3)的外管(5)的流动和在一个第二位置上阻断通过高压燃料管道(3)的外管(5)的流动。
2.按照权利要求1所述的共轨***,其特征在于,每个泄漏检测装置(10)在第一位置上释放通过高压燃料管道的外管(5)的在气缸之间和由此在喷射器2之间延伸的那个部段的流动,在该喷射器之间定位各相应的泄漏检测装置,并且每个泄漏检测装置(10)在第二位置上阻断通过高压燃料管道的外管(5)的该部段的流动。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的共轨***,其特征在于,在液态燃料的流动方向上看,气缸和由此喷射器(2)前后相继地与泵装置(1)间隔不同间距地连接在高压燃料管道(3)上。
4.按照权利要求3所述的共轨***,其特征在于,在泵装置(1)和最靠近泵装置(1)的气缸和由此喷射器(2)之间延伸的高压燃料管道(3)的部段也配有泄漏检测装置(10)。
5.按照权利要求1至4中之一所述的共轨***,其特征在于,在泄漏收集容器(6)存在泄漏物的情况下,为了检测高压燃料管道(3)的非密封的部段,泄漏检测装置(10)可以前后相继地在限定的检测时间上从第一位置移动到第二位置。
6.按照权利要求1至5中之一所述的共轨***,其特征在于,高压燃料管道(3)的外管(5)在每个泄漏检测装置(10)的区域中配有阻断器(11)和包围阻断器(11)的旁通支路(12),其中旁通支路(12)在各个泄漏检测装置(10)的第一位置上被释放和在各个泄漏检测装置(10)的第二位置上被阻断。
