如上所述,分别如图3-8所示的铣削刀片2配合在每个刀座5,6中。铣削刀片2具有眼状或者叶状的基本形状,该基本形状由大致平面的相对的顶侧19和底侧20所限定,顶侧19和底侧20相互平行。周向的周边表面在顶侧19和底侧20之间延伸,该圆向的周边表面形成间隙表面,并且间隙表面在附图中总体表示为21。此时,间隙表面21的概念应当以其最宽的意义解释。因此,间隙表面21可能形成为在铣削刀片的顶侧19和底侧20之间延伸的连续表面,或者形成为多个局部表面,这多个局部表面接合地形成在铣削刀片的顶侧19和底侧20之间延伸的表面。在顶侧19和间隙表面21之间的过渡部中,形成两个相对的切削刃22,23。每个切削刃22,23包括与间隙表面21的平直段26,27相连接的基本平直刃部分24,25,并且包括与间隙表面21的凸拱形段30相连接的弯曲刃部分28,29。弯曲刃部分28,29具有不同的长度,如图5和6最清楚地所示。平直部分24,25不相互平行,而是彼此形成一定角度,这个角度合适地在4°和20°之间,优选地在6°和1 5°之间。平直刃部分24,25在第一端与边角部分32,33相连接,在第二端与弯曲刃部分28,29相连接。弯曲刃部分28,29都由基本相等的曲率半径所限定。每个弯曲刃部分28,29都至少占据相应的切削刃22,23的总长度的40%。还应提到的是,铣削刀片的间隙表面21以锐角(未示出)相对于顶侧19定向,该锐角例如在80°-85°的范围内。
至此,对所示工具进行了总体描述,先前基本上已知这种工具。
根据本发明刀片的新颖性和特征在于,铣削刀片2包括至少一个第一联接装置34,该第一联接装置34位于铣削刀片2的间隙表面21上。在铣削刀片的安装状态下,联接装置34用于与第二联接装置35共同协作,该第二联接装置35形成在刀座5,6的后侧支承表面18中。为了确保在安装铣削刀片2时,联接装置34,35被压在一起,刀座6中的螺纹孔13和铣削刀片2中的孔14以如下方式形成,即使得螺钉7的紧固产生一定的预应力。在所示的优选实施例中,联接装置34,35都具有采用***36和凹槽37的形式的接合构件。***36的横截面形状已为公知,因此不在单独的图中特别示出。然而,通常可以认为各个***由两个相对的侧翼面表面或侧翼面所限定,在两个侧翼面之间存在脊,该脊形成***的最高位置部分。优选地,侧翼面表面之间的通常角度为大约60°。然而,其它的角度也是可行的。一个联接装置中的***的脊必须不位于另一个联接装置中的凹槽的底部。两个联接装置中,相邻的***之间的间距必须相同,以确保联接装置配合在一起。
在选择接合构件时,由于待承受的作用力主要作用在平行于刀座的底面12的平面中,故优选***和凹槽。更确切地,优选防止铣削刀片沿着底面12滑动。作用力经由***36的作用力传递侧翼面而由多个***36所承受,作用力传递侧翼面的总表面相比于其它类型的构件较大,这些其它类型的构件(例如旋钮状构件)不一样长,其适合用于以多个方向传送作用力。由于用于传送相应的作用力的其它接合构件必须具有如下尺寸,即该尺寸过于重要,因此在很大程度上对铣削刀片的几何形状和特性有不利的影响,故具有较小刀片尺寸的凹槽和***特别有利。
在图3和4中,可看到的是,与边角部分32相连接的凸拱形段中的***36的数目为七个,与边角部分33相连接的凸拱形段中的***36的数目为九个。当然,***的数目可以变化,但是优选的是,该***为至少三个***36和至多十二个***36。还可看到的是,每个凹槽37沿着其整个长度从间隙表面21中展开,而且***36和凹槽37的纵向轴线分别地相对于铣削刀片的底侧20成一定角度地延伸。该角度可以变化,但是优选为大约90°。当然,分别在刀座中的***36A和凹槽37A相应地相对于刀座的底面12布置,即***36A和凹槽37A优选地与底面12形成近似直角。在诸如铣削刀片2的一个联接装置中的***和凹槽的数目不必需与诸如刀座的另一个联接装置中的***和凹槽的数目一致。
如上所述,联接装置34沿着间隙表面21的凸拱形段30,31设置,但是联接装置34还可以沿着平直段26,27布置。然而,由于这些凸拱形段具有被压出或沿着后侧支承表面18、在沿着底面12的方向上移动的较大倾向,尤其例如如上所述的在较小的切削深度时,故优选的是沿着凸拱形段的位置。进一步优选的是,联接装置仅占据有限的部分,优选至多为间隙表面21的总周边长度(或者以另一种方式表示,总长度延伸)的15%,这是因为否则铣削刀片2在刀座中的位置将倾向于变得过于确定,这可导致不稳定性。
在图3和4中,还可看到相应的***36的远端,即相对于铣削刀片的底侧20的远端与切削刃22,23相间隔开。采用这种方式,获得一种不间断的连续切削刃22,23,这在大多数情况下合乎需要。当然,最长的***36的长度可产生变化,但是这个长度应当至少为铣削刀片2的高度的25%,其中高度定义为从顶侧19至底侧20的距离。大体上,如果一个或多个相应的***36一直向上延伸并且终止在铣削刀片2的顶侧19,则还可利用具有不平的或者带齿的切削刃22,23的铣削刀片2。
在图9中,显示了在联接装置被组装在一起之前的铣削刀片2和刀座6的示意性剖视图。这里,可看到凹槽37与切削刃22,23的分离通过如下事实实现,即相应的凹槽37具有沿朝向铣削刀片2的顶侧19的方向连续减小的深度。因此,***36也具有沿朝向铣削刀片2的顶侧19的方向连续减小的高度。相应的***36的最大高度,即相对于铣削刀片2的底侧20的最大高度,应当为0.1mm,而且不大于1mm。***36和凹槽37可分别通过适合于此目的的铣刀来制成。
此外,可通过铣削来制造刀座6上的***36A,更确切地为在后侧支承表面18中的***36A。然而,在这种情况下,凹槽37A的深度不变。此时,如从两条点划线观看到的,还可观察到刀座6的***36A的顶部平行于铣削刀片2的凹槽37A的底部。
在图10中,表示了根据本发明的垫板8A的实施例。垫板8A具有大致的眼状或叶状的基本形状,该基本形状由相互平行的大致平面的相对的顶侧38和底侧39所限定。周向的周边表面在顶侧38和底侧39之间延伸,该周向的周边表面在附图中总体表示为40。在顶侧38和周边表面40之间的过渡部中,形成有两个相对的刀刃41,42。每个刀刃41,42都包括与周边表面40的平直段44相连接的基本平直部分43和与周边表面40的凸拱形段46相连接的弯曲部分45。根据本发明的垫板的新颖性和特征为:垫板8A包括联接装置47,联接装置47沿着所述周边表面40设置。该联接装置47与刀座5,6的侧支承表面上的相应的联接装置共同协作。为了稳定地固定铣削刀片,垫板8A在其顶侧38上具有接合构件48(例如,柱形凹部),该接合构件48用于与铣削刀片(未示出)的底侧上的接合构件共同协作。因此,根据此实施例,不必需在铣削刀片的间隙表面具有联接装置。联接装置47具有呈***和凹槽的形式的接合构件,但是,应指出的是,其它类型接合构件也是可行的。此外,在其他方面中,垫板8A中的***的数目可产生变化,但是优选地是,该***的数目为至少三个,至多十二个;***和凹槽分别优选与垫板的底侧39成直角延伸;联接装置47可位于周边表面40的凸拱形段46上;联接装置47占据周边表面的总长度的一个有限部分,优选为至多15%。此外,联接装置47中的凹槽的深度有利地沿着凹槽的长度是不变的,并且凹槽在垫板8A的顶侧38和底侧39之间延伸。此外,有利地是,垫板8A以及铣削刀片2可以为可转位的,并且从而包含在未示出的周边表面40的部分上的联接装置。
本发明的可行的改进
本发明不限于上述实施例和附图所示的实施例。相反,可以在权利要求的范围内具有多个可选的实施例。例如,铣削刀片的***和凹槽分别可由直接挤压所制成。在这种情况下,还能够分别形成具有恒定深度的铣削刀片的凹槽和***,在凹槽最接近切削刃的端部与切削刃相间隔开时也是这样的。在这种情况下,在最接近切削刃的端部中的***和凹槽分别可突然地终止。
此外,可行的是,仅利用用于与另一个表面中的阴性刀座相连接的其中一个表面中的单个阳性突出,代替多个细长***(和中间凹槽),其中突出和刀座可具有任意的形状,例如圆形,椭圆形,四边形等。

Claims (13)

1.可转位铣削刀片(2),包括:相对的顶侧(19)和底侧(20),间隙表面(21)在上述两侧之间延伸;和形成在所述顶侧(19)和所述间隙表面(21)之间的过渡部中的两个相对的切削刃(22,23),所述切削刃(22,23)中的每个切削刃都包括与所述间隙表面(21)的平直段(26,27)相连接的基本平直部分(24,25),和与所述间隙表面的凸拱形段(30,31)相连接的弯曲部分(28,29),所述铣削刀片(2)包括具有一个或多个阳性和/或阴性接合构件的联接装置(34),其特征在于:所述联接装置沿着所述间隙表面(21)设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的铣削刀片,其特征在于:所述联接装置(34)仅占据所述间隙表面(21)的周边长度的有限部分。
3.如权利要求2所述的铣削刀片,其特征在于:所述联接装置(34)至多占据所述间隙表面(21)的所述周边长度的15%。
4.如前述权利要求中的任一项所述的铣削刀片,其特征在于:所述联接装置(34)沿着所述间隙表面(21)的所述凸拱形段(30,31)设置。
5.如前述权利要求中的任一项所述的铣削刀片,其特征在于:所述联接装置(34)相对于所述铣削刀片的所述底侧的远端与所述切削刃(22,23)间隔开。
6.如前述权利要求中的任一项所述的铣削刀片,其特征在于:所述接合构件包括多个***(36),所述***由凹槽(37)分离开。
7.如权利要求6所述的铣削刀片,其特征在于:***的数目至少为三个,至多为十二个。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的铣削刀片,其特征在于:所述***(36)和凹槽(37)分别相对于所述铣削刀片(2)的所述底侧(20)以一定角度延伸。
9.如权利要求6-8中的任一项所述的铣削刀片,其特征在于:各个凹槽(37)的深度均沿着朝向所述铣削刀片的所述顶侧(19)的方向连续减小。
10.如权利要求6-9中的任一项所述的铣削刀片,其特征在于:所述***(36)具有至少为0.1mm的最大高度。
11.如权利要求6-10中的任一项所述的铣削刀片,其特征在于:所述***(36)具有至多为1mm的最大高度。
12.铣削工具,其包括本体(1),本体(1)包括具有底面(12)和至少一个侧支承表面(16,17,18)的刀座(5,6);铣削刀片(2),该铣削刀片(2)以可拆卸的方式安装在所述刀座(5,6)中,并且包括相对的顶侧(19)和底侧(20),间隙表面(21)在上述两侧之间延伸,所述铣削刀片(2)包括形成在所述顶侧(19)和所述间隙表面(21)之间的过渡部中的两个相对的切削刃(22,23),所述切削刃(22,23)中的每个切削刃都包括与所述间隙表面(21)的平直段(26,27)相连接的基本平直部分(24,25),和与所述间隙表面(21)的凸拱形段(30,31)相连接的弯曲部分(28,29),所述铣削刀片(2)和所述刀座(5,6)包括共同协作的联接装置(34,35),该联接装置(34,35)分别具有用于将所述铣削刀片固定在安装状态下的一个或多个阳性和/或阴性接合构件,其特征在于:所述铣削刀片(2)的所述联接装置(34)沿着所述间隙表面(21)设置;并且所述刀座(5,6)的所述联接装置(35)沿着所述侧支承表面(16,17,18)设置。
13.用于铣削工具的垫板(8A),其包括相对的顶侧(38)和底侧(39),周边表面(40)在上述两侧之间延伸;和形成在所述顶侧(38)和所述周边表面(40)之间的过渡部中的两个相对的刀刃(41,42),所述刀刃(41,42)中的每个刀刃都包括与所述周边表面(40)的平直段(44)相连接的基本平直部分(43),和与所述周边表面(40)的凸拱形段(46)相连接的弯曲部分(45),所述垫板(8)包括具有一个或多个阳性和/或阴性接合构件的联接装置(47),其特征在于:所述联接装置(47)沿着所述周边表面(40)设置。
