Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种设备,其用于将真空泵联结到机动车辆的内燃机的凸轮轴,从而驱动所述真空泵的转动。
背景技术
当发动机运转时,内燃机凸轮轴可能经受或大或小的阻力扭矩。通常需要一种联结以将发动机的曲轴提供的发动机扭矩有效地传递给凸轮轴。这种联结,或者另一种联结,也可以用于控制泵,特别是真空泵。
实际上,在包括柴油型内燃机的机动车辆中,制动助力是通过与真空泵连接的制动伺服***来实现的,由发动机来驱动该真空泵的转动,例如借助于固定到发动机凸轮轴一端的联结设备。
关于这点,可以参阅文献WO 2004/057163,其描述了借助于这种联结设备从发动机凸轮轴到真空泵的扭矩传输。所述设备包括壳体,该壳体内部设有阶梯孔,该阶梯孔容纳凸轮轴端部并且适于使得可承载所述壳体一部分的螺钉能够通过,从而确保将该设备固定在凸轮轴上。该壳体还包括径向槽,其与真空泵的榫配合以将扭矩传输给泵。
此外,该壳体的孔的形状为允许凸轮轴和真空泵之间的流体流通,从而用发动机的润滑流体来润滑该泵。
除了这一设备难以装配之外,它还包括形状相对复杂且昂贵的壳体,这不适合于大规模工业生产。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是通过提出一种用于将真空泵联结到内燃机凸轮轴的设备来克服这些缺点,该设备特别易于装配、经济以及可靠。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种用于将真空泵联结到凸轮轴的设备,其在准确装配所述凸轮轴后被联结到该凸轮轴。
为此,本发明的目的是一种用于将真空泵联结到机动车辆的内燃机的管状凸轮轴的设备,该设备包括末端件,它配备有界定了环形空间的第一和第二同轴部分,在该环形空间内安装有所述凸轮轴的端部之一,至少一个所述部分适于向该凸轮轴传输扭矩,以及用于将扭矩传输到该泵的装置。

优选地,所述第一部分包括孔,该凸轮轴的端部被装合至该孔中。
有利地,所述第一和第二部分通过径向端壁而彼此相连。
这种设计使之有可能获得密封的末端件,这显然限制了存在于该凸轮轴内的润滑流体向外部的可能的泄漏。
在一个特别有利的实施例中,所述第一和第二部分以及该端部壁被制造为一体,这使之有可能获得经济、易于装配和运输的设备。
所述环形空间可具有比该凸轮轴的厚度大很多的径向尺寸。
优选地,所述末端件还包括至少一个形成凸缘的径向部分,它从所述第一部分向外延伸并且适于接收凸轮轴的驱动扭矩。
有利地,用于向泵传输扭矩的装置包括在所述末端件上设置的径向槽。
所述设备还包括固定在该凸轮轴上的固定凸缘、嵌在所述端部凸缘上的双联小齿轮、固定在所述双联小齿轮上的链轮,所述末端件被直接或间接地安装在该链轮上。
优选地,所述第二轴向部分的壳体由孔构成。

联结设备2包括末端件6,该末端件是由单个部件制成的并且配备有第一环形部分7,其形成与轴1同轴的套筒,并且联结到管件4的端部之一。第一部分7在轴向与真空泵3同侧地、通过径向端壁8向内延伸,该径向端壁在与所述泵3相对的一侧、通过大体上为圆柱形的第二轴向部分9在轴向上延伸。第二部分9在这里包括前径向表面9a,该前径向表面在径向壁8的方向上、相对于第一部分7的前径向表面7a基本上轴向地偏移。
第一和第二部分7、9是同轴的并且界定了环形空间8a,在该环形空间中装配有管件4的端部。环形空间8a在这里具有比凸轮轴1的厚度大很多的径向尺寸,以便在所述轴的孔和第二部分9之间留下一个小的径向空间从而在装配末端件6时易于将第一部分7装合到轴1上。

就第一部分7而言,它用于将通过凸缘10到12接收的发动机扭矩传递给真空泵3。可传输的扭矩取决于第一部分7的长度、厚度以及抗裂强度。为了将这一扭矩传递到真空泵3,末端件6包括径向槽13,它在径向端壁8上形成并且与属于泵3的、具有互补形状且位于其轴向端部之一上的榫15和16相配合。
当然,也可以设想其他将发动机扭矩传递给泵3的装置。然而,使用这种凸榫15、16以及槽13特别地简单且有效。
末端件6还包括壳体17,该壳体在这里是以孔的形式制成的,其从一端至另一端穿过第二部分9,并且通向径向壁8的前表面。壳体17与凸轮轴1同轴。
为了实现润滑流体去往其内部的凸轮轴1与真空泵3之间的流体流通,所述泵的汲取装置18被安装在壳体17之内。
汲取装置18包括管状吸管19,它与轴1同轴并且部分地安装在真空泵3的孔19a的内部。吸管19相对于泵3的端部表面而凸出,并且在靠近其轴向端部处配备有与壳体17接触的环形口缘20,以便在末端件6和吸管19之间起到良好的密封作用,从而大大降低润滑流体泄露到外部的风险。因此吸管19使得泵3的供应通道21能够得到润滑流体供应用于其润滑。
因此,末端件6不仅用于接收发动机扭矩并且将其传输到凸轮轴1和泵3,还用于从在凸轮轴1中流通的流体向所述泵3供应润滑流体。
为了接收发动机扭矩,联结设备2还包括驱动构件22,其在这里配备有固定在该凸轮轴1靠近其轴向端部上的凸缘23、位于所述凸缘23上的双联小齿轮24,嵌在所述双联小齿轮上、轴向地在与凸缘23相对的一侧的链轮25,以及轴向安装在链轮25和末端件6的前径向表面9a之间的固定垫片26。
作为变型,也可以设想一种结合了链轮25和垫片26的单个构件。然而,垫片26使之有可能利用现有的小齿轮24和链轮25。
当装配联结设备2时,第一步骤是将凸缘23固定在凸轮轴1上,例如通过焊接、夹紧或者甚至通过粘结。然后,借助于固定螺钉(未示出)将双联小齿轮24、链轮25以及垫片26装配到凸缘23上而无需拧紧该螺钉。然后,阻止发动机曲轴以及凸轮轴1转动,并且拉紧安装在链轮25上的分配链。根据所述链条的张力,由于所述齿轮上形成的长孔(未示出),小齿轮24和链轮25相对于凸轮轴1轻微地旋转。最后,通过固定螺钉来将齿轮24、25以及垫片26固定在凸缘23上,并且因而获得了曲轴和凸轮轴1的特别准确的定位。
一旦驱动构件22被安装到凸轮轴1上,就将末端件6固定到轴1末端的垫片26上,这能够非常经济地将发动机扭矩传递给凸轮轴1以及泵3,并且能够向所述泵提供与所述凸轮轴所用的相同的润滑流体。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于将真空泵联结到机动车辆内燃机的凸轮轴的设备,其特征在于,它包括末端件(6),该末端件配备有第一和第二同轴部分(7、9),这些部分界定了环形空间(8a),在该环形空间内安装有所述凸轮轴的端部之一,至少一个所述部分适于将扭矩传输到该凸轮轴,以及用于将所述扭矩传输到所述泵的装置,所述第二轴向部分装配有壳体(17),该壳体沿所述轴延伸并且用于接收所述泵的汲取装置,该汲取装置适于汲取去往所述凸轮轴内部的润滑流体,从而确保该凸轮轴和该泵之间的流体连通。

7.如以上任一权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,用于向所述泵传输扭矩的所述装置包括在所述末端件上设置的径向槽(13)。
8.如以上任一权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,它还包括固定在所述凸轮轴上的凸缘(23)、嵌在所述端部凸缘上的双联小齿轮(24)、固定在所述双联小齿轮上的链轮(25),所述末端件被直接或间接地安装在所述链轮上。
