Abstract

Description

密封环
本发明涉及到一个弹性成形环状密封圈组件,其中嵌入一个内环,用来互相连接两个管端,每个管子都有一个空腔环,一个法兰或类似的零件,通过螺栓连接可互相压紧,每个空腔环还有一个密封腔,环绕管端接口的密封圈组件和其中的两个轴端凸入密封腔(9)中,密封圈组件在两个空腔环或类似的零件夹紧时将按照相应密封腔的内部形状变形。
一个上述这种结构形式已取得DE-B-32 06 570(专利号)。这里,在两个管子的每个管端都松动地套上一个法兰,至少一个夹紧元件和一个空腔环,它们可以通过螺栓互相拉紧。法兰和空腔环之间有一个夹紧空腔,夹紧元件卧入此夹紧空腔。夹紧元件借助一个径向的内夹紧边缘支承在管子上。鉴于一个径向外夹紧边缘将会与夹紧空腔夹紧表面接触,而且从夹紧空腔轴向向外涨,作用在夹紧元件上的轴向压力使得夹紧元件的外径变大而内径缩小。此一对空腔环各有一个朝管端接口方向开口的密封空腔,用以容纳密封圈,而夹紧空腔安排在上述法兰上用以容纳夹紧元件并朝管端接口方向开口,这一对空腔环是用螺栓连接互相夹紧的。
此管件连接器特别适用于高压情况下,且经实践证明是可靠的。但是需要指出,在高负荷下,弹性成形环在其支承在两管端表面的两个外环状棱边区域被向外挤出。在这种情况下,密封材料填入空腔环和管园柱表面之间的公差间隙中。此外,要指出安装这种管接头可能导致需要连接的两管互相对准的困难。另外,这种密封圈对于某种管表面是不适用的。
本发明的基本任务是改善开头所述密封圈的密封性能和安装。
这个任务按照本发明是通过把支承在两管端表面的弹性成形环的环状棱边设置一个园弧半径来解决的。
密封材料应避免挤出和压伤。上述半径大于管直径的正负公差的总和再加上空腔环的内径与管径的最大公差之间的安装间隙时,这一密封圈具有优点。
在进行低压管件连接时,只要把一对法兰互相用张紧螺栓拉上并且对着在中间放置的密封压紧两个空腔环就可以了,稍加改型的夹紧腔可以安排在空腔环上。此时两法兰可以设计成平面形的盖子形式。此夹紧空腔是朝着连接管端接口相反的一侧开口,问题在于:环绕着管接口处,当有脉动时,在空腔环密封的径向外部一对空腔环之间公差间隙处的密封材料有轻微的压伤。这些空腔环没有特别拧紧,因此在压力脉动时,至少部分产生即使是管端的微小移动。
当此弹性成形环在其外园柱表面的中间制成一个向外的环形槽而克服了此缺点后,就具有了优点。
当内环具有一个作为一对管间档块填充用的内环形凸缘时,密封圈组件的安装和管件的连结就简单而容易了。
此内环的园柱形凸缘用来做这一对管件的档块因而此内环也保证了管件连接的精确位置。
特别是在管件直径较大时,内环由几个扇形圆弧段组制成是合适的。当内环是径向向外轻度扩展的楔形断面并在与其断面相吻合的弹性环形槽中松配合时,装配变得简单容易。把内环分成几个单独的扇形园弧段制造是经济的。为了避免在装入时单个扇形圆弧段内环由弹性环中脱落出来,为容纳内环而设的弹性环上的环形槽,具有一个轻微后倾的断面。这样扇形圆弧段内环能压入槽内,而仅依靠弹性体的弹性就能固定住。
此外内环的园环形凸缘,还用于一对互相连接管件之间的过渡辅助从而减少流量损失。
由扇形圆弧段组成的内环在下述情况下是有优点的,即特殊设计的管件需要互相连接时,比如管子有***或在圆周上有轻微拱形,或设计成有卷边时,这也适用于带有内部覆盖层的管子。管子的内层向外套在管端上一直到外表面的一个带状区,这时假如是内环,则其内径与互相连接的管子外径几乎接近,只能很困难地套上或完全不能套上。
如果存在管体损坏的危险,内环可优先采用聚四氟乙烯材料。内环的环形凸缘是两管件之间的缓冲垫,当采用搪瓷管材时在端部可能制成搪瓷涂层。此保护措施是重要的,因为根据在管连接中采用的夹紧元件拱起的情况,当拉紧元件时可能产生轴向力,使一对管件相互挤压。
当采用合适的设计形状时,内环与环形凸缘两侧的环形唇一起向弹性环压紧。此环形唇合适的厚度约为0.5毫米,用此一对薄唇将弹性体的内表面遮盖上,使得弹性体与管中流体介质不接触。
对所有结构形式,内环总是松动地放在弹性环的环形槽中,这样介质的工作压力加强了弹性环的密封作用。
常常需要把不同标准的导管,把老标准的导管和标准已经过时的导管连接起来。不同标准的导管外径常常是有差异的。如果支承在一个管端的密封环区内径与支承在另一管端的密封环区的内径不同,这种不同直径的管端,按照本发明可以很容易和可靠地与开始所说结构形式的管子互相连接起来。为了得到尽可能无涡流的连接,内环具有一锥形的,均衡两连接管不同内径的内部轮廓是有利的。
使用这种结构形式之一的密封圈组件,虽然在弹性成形环以及内环的内部轮廓形成阶梯形时,也可以使管子连接,如根据国际标准(ISO)第1系列的管材和根据德国标准(DIN)第2系列的管材间的连接,至今仍需要的焊接或螺接的减径管件可以废除了。
此发明的密封圈组件的安装在一定使用条件下能够简化,这时内环及其环形凸缘分成两半。把环形凸缘放入一个向内开口的内环环形槽中是有利的。还没有装上环形凸缘的密封圈可以很容易地在管子上移动,而环形凸缘只能在两连接管的接口部位弹性地压入所说的内环环形槽中。
用本方法连接名义直径较大的管件时,弹性成型圈和/或内环和/或内环的环形凸缘用很长的线材的一段来制造是合适的。这种密封圈也适用于容器和设备结构中的法兰连接,这时空腔环和法兰可设计在一个零件中。
当支承在两管表面的弹性成形环环状内棱边断面做成≤90的角度特别对于高压密封是有利的。
不管弹性成形环用以容纳内环的内环形槽的截面形式如何,上述弹性成形环内环形棱边的结构对于密封具有重大意义。只要前面定义的β角最大是90,但经常是稍小一点,特别在高压下在这个范围内会产生自密封现象。

为了实现图1的管连接,在欲连接的两个钝管端的每一个上,首先推动法兰(3),夹紧元件(4),空腔环(5),然后是两管端(1、2)共用的密封圈。每个空腔环(5)具有一朝着法兰(3)的园环形夹紧空腔(7),在此空腔中,可推入夹紧元件(4),此夹紧元件由凸形垫片构成,具有一个径向内夹紧边缘(4)以支承在(1)和(2)管件上,其径向的外夹紧边缘(4b)与夹紧空腔(7)的环形夹紧平面(7a)相接触。在卸载状态下此夹紧元件(4)突出于所在的空腔环(5)的端面。此夹紧元件(4)的形成是这样的,即夹紧元件在轴向对所在的夹紧空腔(7)底面的压力。导致夹紧元件的外径增大,同时内径缩小。朝着连接接口8方向:在夹紧空腔(5)处各设置了开口的密封腔(9),把它设计成向相邻的法兰(3)方向逐渐缩小的锥形。此锥形结构对于密封圈的加载是必要的。
连接接口(8)是由所述的密封圈沿园周密封的,此密封圈由一个弹性成形环(6)组成,它有一个内环形槽(6a),在此槽中松动地嵌入一个内环(10)。弹性成形环的外轮廓大致符合于空腔环中的两个密封腔(9)。但是它们之间有些过盈,因此两个空腔环(5)的反向压力对密封圈沿轴向和内径方向加载。
夹紧靠穿过法兰(3)和空腔环(5)的四个均布在法兰上的螺栓(11)来实现。
图2表示了局部固定的机器侧面法兰(3′)与管连接的密封圈(由6和10组成)的应用情况。机器侧面法兰也可以是由局部固定的箱体部分构成,它具有一对密封腔中的一个以容纳密封圈组件所在的轴向末端。在机器一侧的法兰(3′)中有密封腔,同时还有管支架(1)。管子一侧的法兰(3)设计成套管形式,它具有内螺纹(20)拧在机器一侧的法兰(3′)的外螺纹(21)上。
从图1,特别是图3可以看出,在弹性成形环(6)处在一对管(1、2)的外表面上有一对向外支出的环状棱边(6b)具有园角半径R1。在弹性成形环(6)的外表面上,还有一个位于中心的向外环形槽(r)。
根据图1、2和4到7,内环(10)有一个内向的环形凸缘(10a),其作用是挤在一对管端(1、2)中间的挡块。根据图4A和4B此内环(10)有一个径向外轻度扩展的楔形断面并松动嵌入弹性成形环(6)的与内环横截面相应的环形槽(6a)中,此楔形斜度用α角表示。
从图2中的A-A断面可以看出,内环(10)是由(10′)、(10″)、(10″′)三段圆弧部分组成,每段各占圆周上的120度。
图5A和5B表示了内环(10)以环形凸缘(10a)每侧设置的环形唇(10b)与弹性成形环(6)相配合。环形唇(10b)的厚度d约为0.5毫米。在图6中所表示的结构形式为此一对环形唇(10b)横向展开,且各过渡为一个弯曲的边缘R2,此边缘与弹性成形环6在两侧相配合。由此在弹性成形环(6)的具有相应半径的端面上得到附合支承,这样可以采用肖氏硬度较小的成形环,因而使安装方便,价格便宜。
图7所示为具有不同外径d1,d2的管端(1,2)连接时的结构形式。这时在管端(1)密封圈组件的受支承的环形范围有一个比管(2)支承范围较大的内径。内环(10)有锥度,有与不同内径相连接的管端(1、2)内轮廓补偿(10c)。
特别由图3可以看到,在两个管端(1、2)的外表面上弹性成形环(6)的一对向内的环状边缘(6c)的断面做成的斜角β≤90°由此得到特别在高压情况下密封特性的改善。

Claims (19)

1、弹性成形环(6)含有一个嵌入的内环(10),用来互相连接两个管端(1、2),每个管子都有一个空腔环(5),一个法兰(3∶3′)或类似的另件,例如通过螺栓(11,20,21)可以互相夹紧,每个空腔环还有一个密封腔(9),环绕管端接口(8)的密封圈组件和其中的两个轴端凸入密封腔(9)中,密封圈组件在两个空腔环(5)或类似的另件夹紧时,将按照相应密封腔(9)的内部形状变形,其特征在于支承在两个管子(1,2)表面的弹性成形环(6)的两个环状棱边(6b)设有一个圆角半径(R1)。
2、一种按照权利要求1所说的密封圈组件,其特征在于半径(R1)大于管直径的正负公差的总和,再加上其数值在空腔环(5)的内径与管径的最大公差之间的安装间隙。
3、一种按照权利要求2所说的密封圈组件,其特征在于弹性成形圈(6)的外表面的中间位置上有一个外向园槽(r)。
4、一种按照权利要求2或3所说的密封圈组件,其特征在于内环(10)上有一个向内的园环形凸缘(10a),其作用为两管(1,2)之间的填充挡圈。
5、按照权利要求1所说的密封圈组件,其特征在于内环(10)具有径向向外轻度扩展的楔形断面,并在与其断面相吻合的弹性成形环(6)的环形槽(6a)中松动配合。
