Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电动工具,尤其是涉及一种由电池供电的电动工具,这种电动工具具有把电池从电动工具中弹射(ejecting)出来的机构。
背景技术
在电动工具领域中,随着电池技术的改进,人们越来越重视由电池供电的工具。当人们利用电池供电的工具时,他们希望这些工具具有增大的电力,电池寿命更长,更经久耐用。然而,由于人们要求电池的电力更大,使用寿命更长,因此,电池的尺寸和重量也就会相应地更大。鉴于这种情况,希望具有一些附加的帮助措施来把电池从电动工具中弹射出来。
在本领域中已有各种各样的电池弹射装置(ejector)。通常,电池被外壳环绕着,偏压机构在电接触区域附近在电池或电池组上施加一个作用力。对于这些电池弹射装置的情况,可参见下面的专利:US4146682,专利权人为Nakao;US5681667,专利权人为Bunyea等人;US5225293,专利权人为Mitchell等人;US5637417,专利权人为Engmark等人。
在授予Habedank等人的美国专利US6223835中,公开了一种用于帮助把电池从电动工具中弹射出来的机构。该美国专利已被转让给了本发明的受让人。其中所说的机构包括一个盖,这个盖由安装在外壳内的一根弹簧或多根弹簧偏压着。所说的盖作用在电池上,并向电池施加一个移开的作用力。在这里,电池的顶部和电池的端部都被电动工具外壳包围着。
所引用的现有技术并未提供一种对由电池连接机构悬挂的电池进行弹射的技术方案。在这种情况中,只在一侧支撑着电池,而电池的其余部分则从电动工具的外壳延伸。用于这些类型的电池的大部分电池弹射装置都类似于美国专利US5213913中所描述的弹射装置。其中,当锁定机构移动时,该锁定机构可使电池在重力作用下从外壳中掉出来。因此,无需利用偏压作用力把电池组从所说工具外壳中拆卸出来。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种电池弹射(ejection)机构,这种电池弹射机构用在悬挂于电动工具的电池上。所说的悬挂电池具有一些轨道,这些轨道使得电池能滑到电动工具上。偏压元件被设置在电池轨道附近,用于对电池进行弹射。此外,偏压元件还被对准地设置,使得偏压元件与电池的轨道机构的表面接触,以便对电池进行弹射。
将电池部分地从工具外壳中弹出,从而能把电池从外壳中取出。
根据本发明的第一方面,电池的弹射机构包括一个框架,在该框架中具有一腔室,以便接收电池组。一接收元件从该框架延伸,并位于所说腔室附近。接收元件与电池组上的一元件啮合,以便把电池组保持在腔室内。一偏压元件设置在接收元件附近的腔室内。该偏压元件把电池从所说的弹射机构中弹射出来。一个用于把偏压元件维持在所说腔室内的元件固定到所说框架上。该元件对与接收元件相啮合的电池组啮合部分进行导向,使该电池组啮合部分与所说偏压元件接触,从而当电池组锁定到框架上时,偏压元件就处于被压紧状态,并且当电池组处于解锁状态时,偏压元件就把电池组从框架中弹射出来。所说的腔室是由一对相互对置的侧壁和与该相互对置的侧壁相连接的一端壁、以及与该相互对置的侧壁相连接的一端壁构成,所述腔室被顶壁限制在所述框架上,所述顶壁具有一固定件,所述固定件可与电池外壳上的锁销啮合。接收元件包括从每个侧壁延伸的一对轨道。这些轨道相互对置。在这些侧壁附近并在这些轨道与框架之间形成一些槽,用于放置电池组上相配的轨道。偏压维持元件位于槽的附近。偏压维持元件是一个从框架侧壁延伸出的凸片。偏压元件包括一对螺旋弹簧。这些螺旋弹簧从端壁延伸,并都与所说的槽对准。

具体实施方式
参照这些附图,尤其是图1,图中表示出了一种电动工具,该电动工具由附图标记10表示。电动工具10包括一外壳12,该外壳12包括一马达部分14和一手柄部分16以及一基底部分18。一马达20设置在外壳12内。一输出装置22与马达20相连接,在这个例子中,该输出装置22包括一夹头24。一启动元件26设置在手柄部分上。该启动元件电连接到马达20以及一电池组30上,其中的电池组用于向所说的电动工具10提供电力。

电池组30与外壳接收框架32相连接。电池组轨道80,82设置在框架槽48,50内。电池组30以轨道对轨道的方式滑入接收框架32内,直到由锁销78固定到顶壁42的固定件79中。这样,电池轨道表面100,102就靠近螺旋弹簧62,64。在此之前,电池轨道槽96,98接收着延伸凸片70,72。凸片70,72对轨道80,82进行引导,使轨道80,82与弹簧62,64接触。在锁销锁定入顶壁42的固定件内之前,电池轨道表面100,102就与弹簧62,64发生接触。
为了把电池组30从电动工具10上拆卸下来,使按钮76向下移动。当按钮向下移动时,锁销78也向下移动,从而使锁销从顶壁42上的固定件79上移开。这样,电池组30就不再被锁定在电动工具外壳接收框架32上的对应位置内。此时,由于弹簧62,64被设置成具有足够的力来克服电池组30的重力和端部摩擦力,因此,弹簧62,64就把电池组30从电接头盒52中弹射出来。电池组30被部分地弹离电池组接收框架32。此外,这种弹射也使得电池组与端子脱开。
尽管上面已经描述了本发明的优选实施例,但是,可以在不脱离本发明的范围以及不脱离所附权利要求的情况下,可以对本发明进行一些改变、修改和变化。
Claims (20)
1、一种用于电池组的弹射机构,包括:
一框架;
一腔室,该腔室位于所说的框架中,用于接收一电池组,所说的腔室是由一对对置的侧壁和与所说的对置的侧壁相连接的一端壁限定的,所述腔室被顶壁限制在所述框架上,所述顶壁具有一固定件,所述固定件可与电池外壳上的锁销啮合;
一接收元件,位于所说腔室附近,所说的接收元件与电池组上的一元件啮合,以便把电池组保持在腔室内;
一偏压元件,位于所说接收元件附近的所说腔室内,所说的偏压元件用于把所说的电池组从所说的弹射机构上弹射出来;
一用于把所说偏压元件维持在所说腔室内的元件,所说元件对与所说接收元件啮合的电池组的部分进行导向,使电池组的部分与所说的偏压元件接触,从而当电池组被锁定到所说框架上时,所说的偏压元件处于被压紧状态,并且当电池组处于被解锁状态时,所说的偏压元件把电池组弹离该框架。
2、根据权利要求1所述的弹射机构,其中所说的接收元件包括在每个侧壁上延伸的一个轨道,所说的轨道相互对置。
3、根据权利要求2所述的弹射机构,其中在所说侧壁附近并且在所说轨道与框架之间形成槽,这些槽用于接收电池组上相配合的轨道。
4、根据权利要求3所述的弹射机构,其中所说的用于维持所说偏压元件的元件位于所说槽附近。
5、根据权利要求4所述的弹射机构,其中所说的用于维持所说偏压元件的元件是从所说的框架的所说侧壁延伸出来的凸片。
6、根据权利要求1所述的弹射机构,其中所说偏压元件包括一对螺旋弹簧。
7、根据权利要求5所述的弹射机构,其中所说的偏压元件从所说的端壁延伸,并与所说的槽对准。
8、一种电动工具,包括:
一外壳;
一马达,位于所说外壳内;
一输出装置,与所说的马达相连接;
一启动元件,用于启动所述马达;
一机构,位于所说外壳上,用于接收一电池组,该机构包括:
一框架;
一腔室,该腔室位于所说的框架中,用于接收一电池组,所说的腔室是由一对对置的侧壁和与所说的对置的侧壁相连接的一端壁限定的,所述腔室被顶壁限制在所述框架上,所述顶壁具有一固定件,所述固定件可与电池外壳上的锁销啮合;
一接收元件,位于所说腔室附近,所说的接收元件与电池组上的一元件啮合,以便把电池组保持在腔室内;
一偏压元件,位于所说接收元件附近的所说腔室内,所说的偏压元件用于把所说的电池组从所说的弹射机构上弹射出来;
一用于把所说偏压元件维持在所说腔室内的偏压维持元件,所说偏压维持元件对与所说接收元件啮合的电池组的部分进行导向,使电池组的部分与所说的偏压元件接触,从而当电池组被锁定到所说框架上时,所说的偏压元件处于被压紧状态,并且当电池组处于被解锁状态时,所说的偏压元件把电池组弹离该框架;
一电池组。
9、根据权利要求8所述的电动工具,其中所说的接收元件包括在每个侧壁上延伸的一个轨道,所说的这对轨道相互对置。
