技术领域

背景技术
在很多技术领域都需要构件之间的连接。除了牢固连接以处,为了能将已经连接的构件在需要时彼此分离,常常也需要可拆卸的连接。这种可拆卸的连接用于,例如,将布置在开口区的密封件装到车体上,这些开口区为车体提供窗户、门、滑动顶篷或类似的结构。
通过使用可拆卸的连接,可以在这些情况下,例如,将经过长期使用后受到磨损而损坏的密封件替换为新的密封件。
可拆卸连接在实践中是通过夹持紧固***实现的,其中将作为夹持紧固***底部的紧固件以非永久连接方式连接到基体上,所述紧固件将诸如车体的基体可拆卸地夹持固定到诸如密封垫的构件上。构件具有夹持区,紧固件具有与构件的夹持区对应的截面形状。为了形成可拆卸连接,构件以抓持连接的方式利用夹持区夹持在紧固件上。

上述材料束的成型化合物在应用之后,不会在基体上移动,且成型化合物与基体形成粘结结合。在此粘结结合形成期间,材料束硬化形成紧固件,从而完全形成夹持紧固***的底部。接着,其他所需的构件,如密封件,可以夹持或可拆卸地装在硬化的紧固件上。
制造公知紧固件和相应的夹持紧固***的公知方法,本质上已经证明非常有用,但在日常实践中仍发现存在一些不足。如果在制造公知紧固件时选择材料束的成型化合物,使其应用到基体上之后不会在基体上移动,则限制了成型化合物的材料。因此,热塑性材料是不适合的,因为它们缺乏稳定性。相反,这种方法限定的材料,与标准材料相比相当贵。
在目前的技术中,用于制造紧固件的材料必须是弹性的。肖氏硬度通常在30到80肖氏硬度A之间。但是,紧固件的尺寸因此受到限制,不可能得到小尺寸的紧固件,因为它需要较硬的材料。但另一方面,一般地,特别是在摩托车中,需要节省空间、减轻重量的夹持紧固***。

发明内容

本发明的另一个优点是,在选择材料方面不再有任何限制。因此,硬材料可以用于具有所需截面形状的紧固件,从而提供节省空间和减轻重量的方案。由于材料是自由选择的,因此如果紧固件是非永久性连接到基体上以形成各构件之间的可拆卸连接的,则也可以选择不同的粘合剂。
当根据本发明将作为夹持紧固***底部的紧固件预制成单独的前驱体产品时,优点还在于,紧固件的所需截面形状可以通过校准过程进行检查,从而在连续外形的整个长度上可以达到仅仅很小的公差或甚至根本没有公差。这在基于空间和重量的原因需要小尺寸的紧固件和其它构件的相应夹持区时特别重要。在这种情况下根据本发明当紧固件由下游校准工艺制造时,可以以非常高的精度制造紧固件,并且也可以设计成更小的尺寸。
在本发明的有利实施例中,硬化的连续外形是与将紧固件粘贴到基体上的加工步骤一起生产的。但是,另外,首先临时以卷的形式贮存预制的连续外形,接着从卷上展开连续外形应用到基体上,以便将其粘贴在上面,也是有优势的。
在本发明另一个有利的实施例中,连续外形在粘贴到基体上时被加压辊压向基体。这实现了与基体的特别牢固的非永久性连接。
本发明另一个有优势的实施例包括将双面胶带应用到连续外形的下面。这使得可以以简单的方式实现紧固件与基体之间好的粘结结合。
根据本发明另一个有优势的实施例,将粘合剂应用到连续外形的下面,以形成所需的粘结结合。同样地,也可以将粘合剂应用到连续外形的下面以及基体上。
根据本发明另一个有利的实施例,连续外形的粘贴表面在其与基体接触之前受到短时的加热。当紧固件和/或连续外形是由加热时与基体形成结合的材料制成时,这将是有优势的。但是,也可以在连续外形刚接触基体之前,将一行热熔性粘合剂应用到连续外形上,在这种情况下,热熔性粘合剂在加热时形成结合,且在连续外形与基体之间形成粘结结合。
在有优势的方式下,将热塑性材料或热塑性弹性体用作紧固件的材料。聚氨酯也被证实是一种适合的材料。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,硬材料被用作夹持区的材料,如同被用作连续外形的情况。这种措施的优点在于,以这种方式可以形成非常牢固的夹持紧固***。首先,紧固件和夹持区的截面形状可以在没有任何公差的情况下实际制造出来且因此具有较高的精度;其次,由于是硬材料,所以可以制成相当小的尺寸。在这些条件下如果将构件以其夹持区夹持在紧固件上,则可以得到非常稳定的可拆卸连接。
硬度至少为40肖氏硬度D,优选的是45肖氏硬度D的材料,已被证明用于紧固件和/或构件的夹持区是有利的。根据本发明的另一个实施例,构件,如密封垫本身,被预制为连续外形,也已被证实是特别有利的。使用自动控制机完全自动地将紧固件应用到基体上,并将其结合到基体上以及/或者将构件夹持到紧固件上,从而进一步简化可拆卸连接的生产,将是有优势的。
蘑菇形的截面已被证实对于紧固件是有利的,在此种情况下夹持区具有对应的截面形状。但是,相反地,夹持区也可以制成蘑菇形截面,而紧固件的截面形状则设计成相应的相反形状。另外,其它的截面形状也是可以的。仅有的决定因素是,所涉及的两个元件,即紧固件和构件和/或夹持区,要设计成具有对应的截面,从而实现夹持,即,可拆卸地连接。
由于与目前的技术相比,本发明中紧固件的材料,在材料的选择方面有较大的自由度,因此实践中可以为每种基体表面找到适合的粘合剂***。这使得根据本发明的夹持紧固***具有较大的灵活性。
并且,当使用本发明时,连续外形也可以由供应商制造或生产。生产者本身并不需要具有挤压机以应用紧固件。这将导致较低的投资成本和较小的空间需求。
从权利要求的内容以及下面的描述中,可以得到本发明的其它优点和有利的实施例。

具体实施方式
图1表示具有蘑菇形截面的紧固件2。紧固件2被预制成连续外形。紧固件2用双面胶带3以非永久性连接方式装在基体1上,例如车体部分。
图2表示形成可拆卸地连接到紧固件2上的构件的密封垫4。此密封垫4包括夹持区5,可以用与密封垫4本身的材料不同的材料制成。夹持区5的截面形状对应于紧固件2的截面形状,并且图2表示密封垫4以抓持连接的方式夹持在紧固件2上的状态,从而形成所需的可拆卸连接。
夹持区5和紧固件2,优选地由硬度约为45肖氏硬度D的硬材料制成。类似于紧固件2,具有夹持区5的密封垫4也可以制成前驱体产品,因此,在紧固件2以及夹持区5的截面形状方面,也可以保持极低的公差。预制是在非常高的精度下进行的。由于公差低,紧固件2可以制成小尺寸。结合硬材料以及在夹持中达到的精度,就可以得到非常牢固的可拆卸连接。
图3表示如何将预制为连续形状的紧固件2应用到基体1上。为了达到这个目的,从一个卷(未图示)中打开紧固件2,并通过进给***7沿基体1的方向供应紧固件2。
双面胶带3已经应用在紧固件2的底面,并且利用通过连接8与进给***7连接的加压辊6,使紧固件2通过双面胶带3沿作用力F的方向压到基体1上,从而形成粘结结合。
图4表示夹持紧固***的另一个实施例。这里没有使用密封垫作为构件4,而是使用成型的部分框架。图4所示的结构常常用于车窗的框架。
在生产形成构件4的成型的部分框架时,不可以选择由另外的硬材料制成夹持区,因为成型的部分框架通常是由肖氏硬度A为30到90的橡胶、软PVC、聚氨酯或TPE制成的。与图1到图3所示的不同,图4的实施例中没有单独的夹持区。
在可拆卸连接的区域中,构件4设计成具有蘑菇形截面,并且这里的紧固件与图1所示的相比,具有与蘑菇形截面对应的形状。根据本发明,紧固件2预制成由硬材料制成的连续外形。
Claims (19)
1.一种用于制造夹持紧固***的方法,其中起到夹持紧固***底部作用的紧固件(2),以非永久连接方式连接到基体(1)上,所述紧固件用于将基体(1)可拆卸地夹持紧固在具有夹持区(5)的构件(4)上,由此紧固件具有与构件(4)的夹持区(5)对应的截面形状,其中将使用硬材料已经预制和制造成硬化的连续外形的紧固件(2)粘贴到基体(1)上,并且在将连续外形粘贴到基体上的同时使用加压辊将其压向基体(1),构件(4)利用夹持区(5)夹持在最终的紧固件(2)上,并且制造紧固件(2)和构件(4)的夹持区(5)所使用的材料的硬度至少为40肖氏硬度D。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中硬化的连续外形是与紧固件(2)粘贴到基体上的加工步骤一起制造的。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中连续外形在进行粘贴之前缠绕在一个辊上,并且在用于粘贴时从辊上打开。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中将双面胶带(3)应用到连续外形的下面。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中粘合剂应用到连续外形的下面。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中粘合剂应用到连续外形的下面以及应用到基体上。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中在连续外形刚接触基体之前,对被粘贴的表面进行加热。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中将热塑性材料用作紧固件(2)的材料。
9.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中将热塑性弹性体用作紧固件(2)的材料。
10.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中将聚氨酯用作紧固件(2)的材料。
11.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中将也是硬的材料用作夹持区(5)的材料。
12.如权利要求1或11所述的方法,其中使用硬度至少为45肖氏硬度D的材料作为制造紧固件(12)和构件(4)的夹持区(5)的材料。
13.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中构件(4)也预制成连续外形。
14.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中将紧固件(2)以非永久连接方式连接到基体(1)上和/或将构件(4)夹持在紧固件(2)上的过程均是通过自动控制机自动完成的。
15.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中紧固件(2)制成蘑菇形截面。
16.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中构件(4)的夹持区(5)制成蘑菇形截面。
17.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中构件(4)是密封垫。
18.一种夹持紧固***,其中将起到夹持紧固***底部作用的紧固件(2),以非永久性连接方式连接到基体(1)上,并将基体(1)可拆卸地夹持紧固到具有夹持区(5)的构件(4)上,由此使紧固件具有与构件的夹持区(5)对应的截面形状,其中将使用硬材料的在挤压工艺中已经预制和制造成硬化的连续外形的紧固件(2)粘贴到基体(1)上,并且连续外形在粘贴时被压向基体(1),构件(4)夹持在最终的紧固件(2)上,并且硬材料的硬度至少为40肖氏硬度D。
19.如权利要求18所述的***,其中构件(4)是密封垫。
