Abstract
一球止动阀(10),当内吸力足够大使球升高并在球(13)和座(9)之间形成一个空间时,允许液体进入往复式活塞泵。本发明允许使用者容易地将薄垫片(15)插在球入口阀的球(13)的上或下面,或将环移开,以便调整球(13)和座(9)之间的空间。使用者能很容易地接近阀(10)且球阀(10)的所有元件是可拆除的。

本申请是关于往复式活塞泵。
背景技术
在利用往复式活塞泵泵送不同粘度的液体时,发现液体粘度越高,液体流过给定开口速度越快。当开口是泵的一个球阀,在泵送高粘度液体时,由于接收过多的液体,在液体进入后会产生内部液体压力增高或脉动。这是因为对高粘度的液体使用了与不会产生压力脉动的低粘度液体相同尺寸的开口。内部液体压力的增加,需要更多的能量对压力波动给予补偿,因而使总效率降低。
发明内容
本发明允许使用者调整球在泵内的行程,以便更好地适应高或低粘度的液体。如果使用者能够减小开口的尺寸,就会有较少的液体进入***且高粘度液体不会再形成压力脉动。然而,如果泵送低粘度的液体,为了避免因增加吸力而耗费过多的能量就需要一个大的开口。本发明仅允许使用者在液体进入过程中调整开口的最大尺寸,以与泵送液体的粘度相适应,因此,如果使用正确,会提高效率。
起止动件作用的球在一定程度上能够起到保持泵内适当液体压力的作用,只有当内吸力足够大使球升高时才允许一定量的液体进入***。在泵送不同粘度的液体中,较佳地可使用一个变化的开口尺寸来维持恒定的内部压力。液体粘度越高,开口最好越小,以允许一定量的液体进入***而维持内部压力。本发明仅允许使用者在单向阀上或下面***垫片,该垫片将增大或减小液体必然流过的开口。
特别是,提出一种往复活塞泵***,具有一缸体;一下单向阀壳,其可拆卸地与缸体固定并在其中形成单向阀空腔,所述单向阀空腔具有一横截面和一在所说阀空腔内的单向阀组件,所说单向阀组件包括:
一球止动导向件,具有第一和第二端部;
一球座;
一逆止球;和
多个薄垫片,其形状适合安装在所述横截面内且靠近所述第一和第二端部中的至少一个设置,以便控制所说球止动导向件与所说阀座之间的距离,所述多个薄垫片各为环形,具有比所说球直径更大的内径。

具体实施方式
本发明允许使用者调整球在泵内的行程,以便更精确地接纳高或低粘度的液体。被泵送到***中的液体,通过下壳体7和其中的空腔17进入泵。由于内吸力作用,液体升高直到单向阀10。只要球13升高且不紧贴地装入座9中,液体就可以进入泵,由此可形成一个有效的挡塞。当内吸力足够大,使球13升高而不再紧贴在座9内时,液体可以通过座9并向上进入泵缸体6。利用球止动件11阻止球13进入缸体6,球止动件11是一个伸出横过空腔的臂21的环,这样,球不会通过,但不阻挡液体的流动。
在此,本发明的具体例是增加了环形的可调整薄垫片15,它可以放置在单向阀10的上或下面,这样,在液体流过时,座9和球13之间的空间是可以调整和控制的。如果薄垫片15插在单向阀10的下面,球13具有在座9和球止挡臂21之间的整个行程。如果薄垫片插在单向阀10的上面,在球止挡臂21和座9之间只允许较小的空间,因此减少了在某一时间进入***5的液体量。
在不偏离如下述权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围的前提下,可以考虑对可调整的入口球行程做出各种改变和变型。
Claims (1)
1.一种往复活塞泵***,具有一缸体;一下单向阀壳,其可拆卸地与缸体固定并在其中形成单向阀空腔,所述单向阀空腔具有一横截面和一在所说阀空腔内的单向阀组件,所说单向阀组件包括:
一球止动导向件,具有第一和第二端部;
一球座;
一逆止球;和
多个薄垫片,其形状适合安装在所述横截面内且靠近所述第一和第二端部中的至少一个设置,以便控制所说球止动导向件与所说阀座之间的距离;
所述多个薄垫片各为环形,具有比所说球直径更大的内径。
