Abstract

La presente divulgación se refiere, en líneas generales, a conjugados anticuerpo-fármaco que comprenden anticuerpos monoclonales que se unen específicamente a B7-H4 humana en forma soluble, o unidos a la membrana (es decir, cuando se expresan sobre una superficie celular) y a métodos de uso de estos conjugados como agentes terapéuticos y/o de diagnóstico.
