Abstract

MÉTODO PARA TRATAR GAS QUE TIENE UNA DIRECCIÓN DE FLUJO PREDETERMINADA EN UN CONDUCTO DE GAS QUE COMPRENDE LAS ETAPAS DE A) INYECTAR UN COMPUESTO PULVERULENTO EN EL CONDUCTO DE GAS EN UN PUNTO DE INYECCIÓN DE UN COMPUESTO PULVERULENTO, A TRAVÉS DE UNA CANALIZACIÓN DE INYECCION DE COMPUESTO PULVERULENTO, TENIENDO DICHA CANALIZACIÓN DE INYECCIÓN UNA CARA EXTERNA Y UNA CARA INTERNA DISPUESTAS CON EL FIN DE ESTAR EN CONTACTO CON DICHO COMPUESTO PULVERULENTO, CON EL FIN DE PERMITIR LA FORMACIÓN DE UNA NUBE O FLUJO DE PARTICULAS DEL COMPUESTO PULVERULENTO EN DICHO CONDUCTO DE GAS, INYECTAR UNA FASE ACUOSA LIQUIDA MONOFÁSICA EN FORMA DE GOTITAS EN DICHO CONDUCTO DE GAS, CAPTURAR LOS CONTAMINANTES DE LOS GASES CON DICHO COMPUESTO PULVERULENTO, Y RECUPERAR POR SEPARADO DICHO COMPUESTO PULVERULENTO ENRIQUECIDO CON CONTAMINANTES Y LOS GASES EMPOBRECIDOS DE CONTAMINANTES, EN DONDE DICHA ETAPA PARA INYECTAR UNA FASE ACUOSA LIQUIDA MONOFASICA EN FORMA DE GOTITAS SE REALIZA DENTRO DE DICHO CONDUCTO DE GAS EN LA NUBE A FLUJO INYECTADO DE PARTICULAS DEL COMPUESTO PULVERULENTO, CON EL FIN DE HUMIDIFICAR ESTAS PARTICULAS DEL COMPUESTO PULVERULENTO EN EL INTERIOR DEL CONDUCTO DE GAS, DURANTE SU INYECCION, DE ACUERDO CON UNA RELACIÓN EN PESO ENTRE LA FASE ACUOSA LIQUIDA MONOFÁSICA INYECTADA EN FORMA DE GOTITAS Y EL COMPUESTO PULVERULENTO INYECTADO MAYOR DE A IGUAL A 0,05 Y MENOR DE A IGUAL A 1,2 REALIZANDOSE DICHA ETAPA PARA INYECTAR UNA FASE ACUOSA LIQUIDA MONOFÁSICA A TRAVÉS DE AL MENOS UNA CANALIZACION DE INYECCIÓN DE FASE ACUOSA LIQUIDA MONOFASICA LOCALIZADA EN UN ESPACIO PERIFÉRICO LOCALIZADO ALREDEDOR DE DICHA CARA EXTERNA Y QUE TIENE UNA CUBIERTA EXTERNA Y POR QUE EL MÉTODO COMPRENDE ADEMÁS EL AISLAMIENTO DE DICHA CARA EXTERNA MEDIANTE AL MENOS UNA CAPA AISLANTE COLOCADA EN DICHO ESPACIO PERIFÉRICO.
