TECHNISCHES GEBIET

TECHNICAL AREA
The invention relates to a Deckenrandschalelement with an elongated, partially made of lightweight building formwork panel, with at least one attached to the formwork panel in the longitudinal direction profile and attachable to this attachment means.
STATE OF THE ART
In the production of cast concrete floors ceiling scarf elements are often used for shuttering on the front pages, which must not be removed after the setting of the concrete - so-called lost formwork.
From EP 1 327 732 a Deckenrandschalelement is known in which a made of a foamed lightweight construction panel is provided with a reinforcing plate. The reinforcement panel extends over the entire surface of the panel and is intended to prevent flexing or breaking of the lightweight panel during concreting of the concrete floor. The reinforcing plate is either partially enclosed by the foamed lightweight construction panel or glued to it. To foaming the reinforcing plate, you need a special tool for the production. In order to obtain a good bond between the lightweight panel and the reinforcing plate, the surfaces must be cleaned and possibly roughened. In addition, a special adhesive with high adhesion is necessary.
Both production methods are complicated and expensive.
PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION
The object of the invention is to provide a cost-effective and easy to produce Deckenrandschalelement which has a high stability even at low thickness.
The object is achieved in a ceiling edge formwork element of the type mentioned in that the shuttering panel comprises a first layer of the lightweight construction material that a second layer of a casting material is poured onto the first layer and that the profile is partially cast in the casting material ,
Such a ceiling edge formwork element is easy to produce by as the first layer of formwork panel an elongated plate made of lightweight construction material is covered with a formwork. The profiles are then placed in the longitudinal direction of the first layer of lightweight construction material and the second layer of the casting material is poured onto the first layer. After the casting material hardens, the formwork can be removed and the cast-in formwork panels made in this way could e.g. stacked on a transport pallet. The casting compound anchors the profiles and increases the stability of the first layer of lightweight construction material.
In a first embodiment, the inventive ceiling edge formwork element consists of a first layer of lightweight construction material and a second layer of cast molding compound, wherein the two layers have the same dimensions in length and in height.
In a second embodiment, the shuttering panel of the inventive ceiling edge formwork element comprises a tub made of lightweight construction material, wherein the bottom of the tub represents the first layer of formwork panel. The trough is filled with the casting material, the casting material representing the second layer of the formwork panel. The profile is partially cast in the casting material.
Such Deckenrandschalelement is easy to prepare by the elongated tray placed on the floor or directly on a transport pallet, the profiles placed in the longitudinal direction in the tub and the tub is then poured with the casting material. A next tub can be placed on the profiles of the first tub, provided with profiles and also poured out, etc. The casting material anchors the profiles and increases the stability of the tub made of lightweight construction material.
In both embodiments, the profile may be a bent or angled sheet or an extruded plastic. The profile may have an angled bearing surface, which rests on the first layer of lightweight construction material or on the floor of the tub of lightweight construction material and is poured into the casting material. In this case, the profile is shaped so that it can be placed independently before pouring the casting material to the desired position. The profile does not need to be additionally fixed before pouring the casting material. This additionally facilitates the production of the ceiling edge formwork element.
The casting material may be a concrete, in particular a self-compacting, highly flowable concrete, which is distributed around the profiles during pouring, without having to be shaken.
The attachment means may be headband with two legs, wherein one leg can be pushed through openings of the profile and the other leg can be fastened to a supporting substructure or slab formwork.
The first layer of the lightweight construction material may have a thickness which is thinner than 300 mm, preferably thinner than 50 mm. The casting material may have a thickness thinner than 50 mm, preferably thinner than 15 mm. In the formation of the first layer as a trough, the thickness of the first layer means the thickness of the bottom of the trough.
The lightweight construction material may consist of a foamed, heat-insulating material, wherein the thickness of the first layer may have a thickness between 1 cm and 30 cm.

WAYS FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the inventive Deckenrandschalelementes is shown in Fig. 1in a perspective view.
The height H of the inventive ceiling edge formwork element depends on the thickness of the ceiling to be created, for which graduated standard mass are the rule. Typical values are in the range of 16 cm -40 cm.
The length L of the inventive ceiling edge formwork element is measured in terms of manufacturing, handling and transport from a practical point of view. Length measures in the range between 100 cm and 300 cm are preferred.
The formwork panel 1 consists of a first layer 2 of relatively dimensionally stable lightweight construction material, on which a second layer 3 is poured. The second layer 3 consists of a self-compacting, highly flowable concrete and extends over the entire length and height of the first layer 2, so that the shuttering panel 1 over the entire length and height has the same thickness D. In this case, the first layer 2 of lightweight construction material forms the outside of the shuttering panel 1. Before pouring the second layer 3 of concrete, the first layer 2 is covered with a formwork, which is removed again after setting of the concrete.
The thickness D of the inventive ceiling edge formwork element or the shuttering panel 1 is determined by the thickness of the first layer 2 made of lightweight construction material and by the thickness of the cast concrete 3 and should be as low as possible because of the amount of material to be used and its weight.
The thickness of the first layer 2 is typically in the range between 2 mm and 300 mm. The large thicknesses over 50 mm are particularly suitable for ceiling edge formwork elements, which should have an insulating effect. The small thicknesses smaller than 50 mm, preferably smaller than 20 mm, are used when no or only a small insulating effect is necessary. These thin embodiments have the advantage that they are easier to transport because of the volume. Also, the thinnest embodiments may be e.g. be used when using element ceilings.
The thickness of the infused concrete 3 is typically in the range between 5 mm and 50 mm.
In the thinnest embodiment, the first layer 2 has a thickness of 2-3 mm and the cast concrete 3 has a thickness of 5-10 mm. The use of high-strength concrete makes such small thicknesses possible and nevertheless ensures sufficient stability for the entire formwork panel 1.
In particular, when the shuttering panel 1 is to exert a heat-insulating function, the thickness of the first layer 2 may be considerably larger and are in the range between 50 mm and 300 mm. The first layer 2 of dimensionally stable lightweight construction material is then made of a foamed, heat-insulating material.
Two profiles 4 with slot-like openings 6 are longitudinally parallel to each other partially poured into the concrete 3, so that they protrude with the slot-like openings 6 on the concrete 3 and the openings 6 of the first profile 4 each with openings 6 of the second profile 4 are aligned. The openings 6 are used for attaching fasteners.
Several such openings 6 are mounted in the profiles 4 at intervals between 10 cm and 100 cm. The dimensions of the openings 6 depend on the fastening means. You can e.g. also be round or oval.
The concrete 3 serves on the one hand to stabilize the lightweight building material and on the other hand to fix the profiles 4. The profiles 4 of course also contribute to the stabilization. Another advantage of the concrete 3 is the good connectivity with the concrete component to be created. In addition, the highly flowable concrete 3 is easily distributed around the profiles during infusion so that it does not have to be shaken.
As fastening means of the Deckenrandschalelementes flat angle iron 5 are provided with two legs, wherein a leg is inserted through two aligned slot-like openings 6 in the two profiles 4 and the other leg attached during assembly of the ceiling edge formwork element to a supporting substructure or to a slab formwork becomes. In Fig. 1, only one such angle iron 5 is shown. The number of angle iron 5 to be attached depends on the dimensions of the shuttering panel 1.
In the legs of the angle iron 5 are at regular intervals holes 5.1. The angle iron 5 can be fixed by means of the holes 5.1 to a supporting substructure or to a slab formwork, e.g. be fixed by pinning. If necessary, the formwork panel 1 may also be closed by means of holes 5.1, e.g. be fixed by a wire or pen against slipping out. However, this is usually not necessary due to the weight of the shuttering panel 1.
A second embodiment shown in Fig. 2 differs from the first embodiment in that the shuttering panel 1 comprises a shallow trough 2 a of relatively dimensionally stable lightweight construction material, wherein the bottom of the trough 2 a represents the first layer of the formwork panel 1. The tub 2a is filled with a self-compacting, highly flowable concrete 3 to the edge, so that the shuttering panel 1 over the entire length and height has the same thickness D. In this case, the bottom of the tub 2a forms the outside of the formwork panel. 1
The trough 2a can be milled from a solid material made of lightweight construction, foamed as a lightweight construction or inserted or glued from parts made of lightweight construction material.
In the following variants of the second embodiment are shown, which, however, are also applicable to the first embodiment.
In FIGS. 3a to 3c, further embodiments of the ceiling edge formwork element from FIG. 2 with different shapes of profiles 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 are shown in cross section. Preferably, the profiles on angled bearing surfaces, so that they can be placed without falling over before pouring the concrete 3 in the tub 2a. At the same time the angled support surface serves as an anchorage in the concrete 3. The profiles should also have sufficient stability, so that they do not move when pouring the concrete. There are also other than the illustrated profile forms, e.g. U-shaped, triangular or rectangular conceivable. In the profile 4.3 of FIG. 3c, four aligned openings are respectively provided for the insertion of the fastening means.
A use of the second embodiment of the Deckenrandschalelementes of Fig. 2ist is shown in Fig. 4. The figure shows a cross section of the edge of a building to be constructed with a wall 7, which is to carry a concrete ceiling 12 to be cast. Inside the building a slab formwork 9 is provided for the concrete floor 12, which is supported at the bottom by formwork supports 8. For marginal Abschalung the concrete ceiling 12 is now a Deckenrandschalelement is provided which comprises a vertically standing shuttering panel 1 with the above profiles 4 and the angle iron 5.
The angle iron 5 are fastened with nails 10. When mounting the Deckenrandschalelemente on the slab formwork 5 spacers 11 are mounted under the angle iron 5, so that the angle iron 5 are completely concreted into the concrete floor to be created 12 and after setting the concrete ceiling 12 and removing the slab formwork 9 are not visible.
The ceiling edge formwork element according to the invention can also be used when using element ceilings. The distance between the lower profile 4 to the underside of the shuttering panel 1 must be sufficiently large, so that the horizontal leg of the angle iron 5 can be mounted on the element ceiling. In this case, the spacers 11 are not necessary.
The width of the support surface of element ceilings on the load-bearing walls is typically between 3 cm and 10 cm. The load-bearing walls are typically between 11.5 cm and 40 cm thick. As described above, the formwork panel of the inventive ceiling edge formwork element can have a thickness of less than 10 mm. Such thin slab edge formwork elements can then also be used when using elemental ceilings on very thin load-bearing walls.
In addition, the concrete 3 of the formwork panel 1, which occupies a considerable proportion of the area of the inside of the formwork panel 1, very well connected to the concrete ceiling 12 to be created.
After setting the concrete ceiling 12 inaccuracies of the outside of the shuttering panel 1 with the wall 7 can be easily compensated by removing the protruding material of lightweight construction material.
As already mentioned, the inventive ceiling edge formwork element is easy to prepare by the profiles 4 are placed in the tub 2a to the desired position and the tub 2a is then filled with concrete 3. A next tray 2 can be placed on the profiles 4 of the previous tray 2a, equipped with profiles 4 and also filled with concrete 3, as shown in Fig. 4. All of these steps can be e.g. be performed directly on a transport pallet 13. Favorable for this type of production is the use of profiles 4 in the manner of the profiles 4.3, because they have no sharp edges relative to the possibly thin wall of the bottom of the trough 2a. Such sharp edges could namely cut under the weight of the overlying Deckenrandschalelemente in the bottom.
