BESCHREIBUNG DESCRIPTION

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Tisch gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1. The invention relates to a table according to the preamble of claim 1.

Tische mit Klappteilen sind gut bekannt. Solche Tische werden allgemein in dem Hotelgewerbe angewendet, und zwar werden solche Tische mit Klappteilen dort verwendet, die eine aus zwei oder drei Stellungen annehmen können. Zusätzlich zu den schwenkbaren Klappteilen sind solche Tische üblicherweise mit einer Tischplatte versehen, die an der Stütze zwischen einer ebenen Horizontalstellung und einer um 90° versetzten Vertikalstellung geschwenkt werden kann. Ein derartiges Kippen der Tischplatte an einer Stütze erleichtert das Aufbewahren des nicht gebrauchten Tisches. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines bekannten solchen Tisches wird in der US-PS 4 446 796 beschrieben. Tables with folding parts are well known. Wenn die Tisch-Klappteile von einer mit der Tischplatte ebenen Stellung wegbewegt werden sollen, muss das Klappteil von der Tischplatte um ein vorbestimmtes Stück weggezogen und entweder nach unten oder nach oben gekippt werden. In jedem Fall werden dann, wenn das Klappteil von der Tischplatte weggezogen wird, die Gelenkteile freigegeben. Dadurch kann es unerwünschte Folgen geben, da im Gebrauch auf den Tischplatten Tischtücher, und zwar allgemein weisse Tischtücher, liegen. Ein weiteres Problem bei dem bekannten Tisch besteht darin, dass das Klappteil gegen die Kraft einer Feder bewegt werden muss, wenn die Klappteile vom aufgeklappten Zustand in die ebene Lage zu bewegen sind. Das kann einen mühevollen Betrieb ergeben, wenn man versucht, die Klappteile bündig mit der Tischplatte zu bekommen.
