Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von neuen Amidothionophosphorsäurephenylestern, sowie ihre Verwendung zur Herstellung von insektiziden und akariziden Mitteln Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung neuer Arnidothionophosphorsäurephenylester der allgemeinen Formel EMI1.1 welche insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften besitzen. In vorgenannter Formel (I) steht R für einen geraden oder verzweigten Alkylrest, R' bedeutet eine gerad- oder verzweigtkettige Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 oder eine Cycloalkylgruppe mit 3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, R" steht für ein Halogenatom, eine niedere Alkyl-, Alkylmercapto-, Alkylsulfinyl oder Alkylsulfonylgruppe und R"' ist ein Wasserstoff- oder Halogenatom oder ein niederer 'Alkylrest. In der Deutschen Patentschrift Nr. 814 152 werden u. a. bereits NsN > Dimethylamido-O-äthyl- bzw. Bis (N,N-dimethyl-)amidophosphoryl-salizylsäure-äthyl- ester beschrieben, die durch Umsetzung von Alkalisalzen des Salizylsäureesters mit den entsprechenden disubstituierten Phosphorsäuremonochloriden zugänglich sind. Nach dX Angaben in der Deutschen Patentschrift Nr. 811 514 eignen sich die vorgenannten Verbindungen zur aktiven und passiven lBekämpfurlg saugender und beis- sender Insekten. Sie finden daher als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel Verwendung. Weiterhin sind aus R.L. METCALF: Organic Insecticides , Interscience Publishers, New York, 1955, auch schon O,O-Dialkylthionophosphoryl-salizylsäure- ester sowie deren insektizide und toxische Wirkung bekannt. Es wurde nun gefunden, dass Amidothionophosphorsäurephenylester der oben angegebenen Konstitution (I) in einer glatt und mit guten Ausbeuten verlaufenden Reaktion erhalten werden, wenn man O-Alkyl- O-(2-carbaikoxy-phenyl)-thionophosphorsäurediester- monohalogenide der allgemeinen Formel EMI1.2 mit Ammoniak umsetzt. In letztgenannter Formel haben die Symbole R, R', R" und R"' die weiter oben angegebene Bedeutung, während Hal für ein Halogenatom steht. Wie weiterhin gefunden wurde, zeichnen sich die Produkte der Konstitution (1) durch hervorragende insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften sowie eine teilweise äusserst geringe Phytotoxizität aus. Sie besitzen eine sehr gute Wirkung sowohl gegen beissende als auch saugende sowie bodenbewohnende Insekten und sind in dieser Hinsicht den oben genannten vergleichbaren Produkten analoger Konstitution eindeutig überlegen. Somit stellen die neuen Verbindungen eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar. Der Verlauf des Herstellungsverfahrens sei anhand des nachfolgenden Reaktionsschemas näher erläutert: EMI2.1 wobei die Symbole R, R', R", R"' und Hal die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben. Bevorzugt steht R jedoch für eine niedere Al'kylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 C-Atomen wie den Methyl-, Äthyl-, n- und Isopropyl- oder Butylrest, R' ist vorzugsweise AIkyl mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, beispielsweise Äthyl, n- und Isopropyl, sec.- und tert.-Butyl, n-Hexyl-. 2,2 Dimethylbutyl (3) oder Cyclohexyl; R" stellt bevorzugt ein Chloratom, eine Alkyl- oder Alkylmercaptogruppe mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, z. B. den Methyl-, Äthyl-, n- und Isopropyl-, Methylmercapto-, Athylmercapto- oder Propylmercaptorest dar: R"' ist vorzugsweise Wasserstoff, Chlor oder eine C1-C2-Alkylgruppe, beispielsweise Methyl, Athyl oder Propyl, während Hal vor allem für ein Chlor- oder Bromatom steht. Die als Ausgangsmaterialien für die Herstellung der erfindungsgemäss hergestellten neuen Verbindungen benötigten O-Alkyl-O-(2-carbalkoxyphenyl)-thionophos- phorsäurediester-monohalogenide der Formel (II) wurden bisher in der Literatur noch nicht beschrieben; sie sind jedoch auch in technischem Massstab leicht durch Umsetzung von O-Alkylthionophosphorsäureesterdiha- logeniden mit den entsprechenden kernsubstituierten Salizylsäurealkylestern in Gegenwart von Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln sowie unter Verwendung von Säureakzeptoren zugänglich. Als letztere haben sich vor allem Alkalihydroxide, -carbonate und -alkoholate wie Natrium- oder Kalium-hydroxid, -methylat oder -äthylat aber auch tertiäre Basen wie Triäthylamin, Diäthylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin oder Pyridin bewährt. Weiterhin ist es möglich, statt in Gegenwart säurebindender Mittel zu arbeiten, die Ausgangsprodukte durch Umsetzung der entsprechenden Salze, vorzugsweise Alkalioder Ammoniumsalze der betreffenden kernsubstituierten Salizylsäureester herzustellen. Dabei hat es sich als zweckmässig erwiesen, die Mischung aus Salizylsäurealkylester, Säureakzeptor und Lösungsmittel (bzw. das entsprechende Salz des Salizylsäureesters) mit dem O-Alkyl-thionophosphorsäureesterdihalogenid zu versetzen, jedoch kann auch die umgekehrte Reihenfolge der Zugabe gewählt werden. Auch die Umsetzung der O-Alkyl-O-(2-carbalkoxyphenyl)-thionophosphorsäure-diestermonohalogenide (II) mit Ammoniak kann vorzugsweise in Gegenwart von Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln verfolgen. Als solche kommen insbesondere Wasser, niedrig siedende aliphatische Alkohole wie Methanol, Äthanol, Propanol Butanol, Ketone, z. B. Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methyliso propyl- oder Methylisobutylketon, Nitrile, beispielsweise Aceto- und Proprionitril, aber auch gegebenenfalls chlorierte aliphatische oder aromatische Kohlenwasser stoffe wie Methylen- und Äthylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Mono-. Di- und Trichloräthylen Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Chlorbenzol und Äther, z. B. Diäthyl- und Di-n-butyläther oder Dioxan in Betracht. Weiterhin lässt man das Verfahren zur Herstellung der Endprodukte ebenfalls bevorzugt unter Verwendung von Säurebindemitteln ablaufen, wobei zweckmässigerweise ein Überschuss an Ammoniak als Säureakzeptor dient. Es kann sowohl gasförmiges als auch wässriges Ammoniak verwendet werden. Die Durchführung des Verfahrens ist innerhalb eines grösseren Temperaturbereichs möglich. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man bei Raum- oder schwach bis mässig erhöhter Temperatur und vorzugsweise bei 20 bis 60 OC. Schliesslich hat es sich als zweckmässig erwiesen. das Reaktionsgemisch nach Vereinigung der Ausgangskomponenten längere Zeit (zwischen 1 und 12 Stunden) zur Vervollständigung der Umsetzung gegebenenfalls unter schwachem Erwärmen zu rühren. Gemäss der oben angegebenen Gleichung (III) sind theoretisch äquimolare Mengen der Ausgangsmaterialien die Regel. Die Aufarbeitung der Mischung erfolgt in üblicher Weise, indem man erstere, sofern in wässrigem Medium gearbeitet wurde - in einem mit Wasser nicht mischbaren Lösungsmittel vorzugsweise einen Kohlenwasserstoff oder Äther aufnimmt, die erhaltene Lösung wäscht, nach Trennung der Schichten sowie Trocknen der organischen Phase das Lösungsmittel verdampft und den Rückstand, falls möglich, der fraktionierten Destillation unterwirft. Die gemäss vorliegender Erfindung hergestellten Amidothionophosphorsäurephenylester stellen meist farblose bis schwach gefärbte, wasserunlösliche Öle dar, die meist auch unter stark vermindertem Druck nicht ohne Zersetzung destilliert werden können. Sofern dies der Fall ist, können die Produkte jedoch durch sog. Andestillieren , d. h. kurzfristiges Erhitzen auf schwach bis mässig erhöhte Temperatur von den letzten flüchtigen Bestandteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden. Wie oben bereits erwähnt, besitzen die neuen Amidothionophosphorsäurephenylester bei zum Teil äusserst geringer Phytotoxizität eine hervorragende schnell einsetzende und lang anhaltende insektizide und akarizide Wirkung. Die Produkte werden daher mit Erfolg im Pflanzenschutz zur Bekämpfung schädlicher saugender und beissender Insekten, Dipteren und Milben eingesetzt. Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse (Aphidae) wie die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae), die schwarze Bohnen- (Doralis fabae), Hafer- (Rhopalosiphum padi), Erbsen- (Macrosiphum pisi) und Kartoffellaus (Macrosiphum solanifolii), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomyzus korschelti), meh lige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali), mehlige Pflaumen- (Hya lopterus arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Mv zus cerasi), ausserdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Coccian), z. B. die Efeuschild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecaniun hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Pseudococcus maritimus); Blasenfüsse (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips fermoralis und Wanzen, beispielsweise die Rüben- (Piesma quadrata), Bautnwoll- (Dysdercus intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub- (Rhodnius prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans), ferner Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobatus und Nephotettix bipunctatus. Bei den beissenden Insekten wären vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlingsraupen (Lepidoptera) wie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis), der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), Goldafter (Euproctis chrysorrhoea) und Ringelspinner (Malacosoma neustria). weiterhin die Kohl- (Mamestra brassicae) und die Saateule (Agrotis segetum), der grosse Kohlweissling (Pieris brassicae), kleine Frostspanner (Cheimatobia brumata), Eichenwickler (Tortrix viridana), der Heer- (Laphygma frugiperda) und aegyptische Baumwollwurm (Prodenia litura), ferner die Gespinst- (Hyponomeuta padella). Mehl- (Ephestia kühniella) und grosse Wachsmotte (Galleria mellonella). Weiterhin zählen zu den beissenden Insekten Käfer (Coleoptera) z. B. Korn- (Sitophilus granarius = Calandra granaria), Kartoffel- (Leptinotarsa decemlineata), Ampfer- (Gastrophysa viriduala), Meerrettichblatt (Phaedon cochleariae), Rapsglanz- (Meligethes aeneus), Himbeer- (Byturus tomentosus), Speisebohnen- (Bruchidius = Acanthoscelides obtectus), Speck- (Dermestes frischi), Khapra- (Trogoderma granarium), rotbrauner Reismehl- (Tribolium castaneum), Mais- (Calandra odel Sitophilus zeamais), Brot- (Stegobium paniceum), gemeiner Mehl- (Tenebrio molitor) und Getreideplattkäfei (Oxyzaephilus surinamensis), aber auch im Boden lebende Arten z. B. Drahtwürmer (Agriotes spec.) und Engerlinge (Melolontha melolontha); Schaben wie die Deutsche (Blatella germanica), Amerikanische (Periplaneta americana), Madeira- (Laucophaea oder Rhyparobia americana), Orientalische (Blatta orientalis), Riesen (Blaberus giganteus) und schwarze Riesenschabe (Blaberus fuscus) sowie Henschoutedenia flexivitta; ferner Orthopteren z. B. das Heimchen (Acheta domesticus); Termiten wie die Erdtermite (Reticulitermes flavipes) und Hymenopteren wie Ameisen, beispielsweise die Wiesenameise (Lasius niger). Die Dipteren umfassen im wesentlichen Fliegen wie die Tau- (Drosophila melanogaster), Mittelmeerfrucht (Ceratitis capitata), Stuben- (Musca domestica), kleine Stuben- (Fannia canicularis), !Glanz- (Phormia aegina) und Schmeissfliege (Calliphora erythrocephala) sowie den Wadenstecher (Stomoxys calcitrans); ferner Mükken, z.B. Stechmücken wie die Gelbfieber- (Aedes aegypti), Haus- (Culex pipiens) und Malariamücke (Anopheles stephensi). Zu den Milben (Acari) zählen besonders die Spinnmilben (Tetranychidae) wie die Bohnen- (Tetranychus telarius = Tetranychus althaeae oder Tetranychus urticae) und die Obstbaumspinnmilbe (Paratetranychus pilosus = Panonychus ulmi), Gallmilben, z. B. die Johannisbeergallmilbe (Eriophyes ribis) und Tarsonemiden beispielsweise die Triebspitzenmilbe l(lHemitarsone- myzus latus) und Cyclamenmilbe (Tarsonemus pallidus); schliesslich Zecken wie die Lederzecke (Ornithodorus mou'bata). Je nach ihrem Anwendungszweck können die neuen Wirkstoffe in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z. B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, d. h. flüssigen Lösungsmitteln und/oder Trägerstoffen gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also Emulgierund/oder Dispergiermitteln, wobei z. B. im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel gegebenenfalls organische Lösungsmittel als llilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden können. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen infrage: Aromaten (z. B. Xylol, Benzol), Chlorierte Aromaten (z. B. Chlorbenzole), Paraffine (z. B. Erdölfraktionen), Alkohole (z. B. Methanol, Butanol), stark polare Lösungsmittel wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxyd sowie Wasser; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle (z. B. Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide) und synthetische Gesteinsmehle (z. B. hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Silikate); als Emulgiermittel: nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren wie Polyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester, Polyoxyäthylen-Fettal kohol-Äther, z. B. Alkylarylpolyglykoläther, Alkylsulfonate und Arylsulfonate; als Dispergiermittel: z. B. Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose. Die neuen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen in Mischung mit anderen Wirkstoffen vorliegen. Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90 "/o. Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen können in einem grösseren Bereich variiert werden. Im allgemeinen verwendet man Konzentrationen von 0,00001 bis 20 0!0, vorzugsweise von 0,01 bis 5 01o. Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen oder der daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, wie gebrauchsfertige Lösungen, emulgierbare Konzentrate, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Spritzpulver, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Stäubemittel und Granulate angewendet werden. Die Anwendung geschieht in üblicher Weise, z. B. durch Giessen, Verspritzen, Vernebeln, Vergasen, verräuchern, Verstreuen, Verstäuben usw. Die unerwartete Überlegenheit sowie die hervorragende Wirkung der neuen Verbindungen geht aus den folgenden Versuchsergebnissen hervor: Beispiel A Phaedon < Larven-Test Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykoläther Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält, und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration. Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung spritzt man Kohlblätter (Brassica oleracea) tropfnass und besetzt sie mit Meerrettichblattkäfer-Larven (Phaedon cochlearieae). Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird der Abtötungsgrad in O/u bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 n. dass alle Käfer-Larven getötet wurden. 0 O/o bedeutet, dass keine Käfer-Larven getötet wurden. Nach dem Aufarbeiten der Mischung wie in Beispiel 2 werden 77 g (85 O/o der Theorie) des Amidothionophosphorsäure-O äthyl-O-(2-carb-sek.-butoxy-4-methylmercapto- 5-methyl-phenyl)-esters als schwachgelbes, wasserunlösliches Öl mit dem Brechungsindex n D22=1,5602 erhalten. Berechnet für ein Molgewicht von 377: P S N 8,2 %; 17,0 %; 3,7 %; Gefunden: 8,6 %; 16,8 %; 3,4 %. Beispiel 5 EMI13.3 0,45-molarer Ansatz: 155 g O-Methyl-O-(2-carbisopropoxy-4-chlor-phe nyl-)-thionophosphorsäure-diestermonochlorid folgender Konstitution: EMI13.4 fügt man unter Rühren bei 30 bis 45tC zu 100 ccm 20%igem Ammoniakwasser, hält die Mischung noch eine Stunde bei 40 C und arbeitet sie dann in der in Beispiel 2 beschriebenen Weise auf. Es werden II 0' g (72 n/o der Theorie) des Amidothionophosphorsäure-Omethyl-O-(2-carbisopropoxy-4-chlor-phenyl)-esters in Form eines schwachgelben, wasserunlöslichen Öles mit 22 dem Brechungsindex n D D 1,5461 erhalten. Berechnet für ein Molgewicht von 323,5: P s N Cl 9,6 %; 9,9 %; 4,3 %; 11,0 %; Gefunden: 9,4 %; 9,7 %; 4,7 %; 11.4 %. Beispiel 6 EMI13.5 0,22-molarer Ansatz: 77 g O-Methyl-O-(2-carbisopropoxy-5-chlorphenyl)- thionophosphorsäurediestermonochlorid folgender Konstitution EMI13.6 werden bei 25 bis 30 CC unter Rühren zu 60 ccm 20 0/oigem Ammoniakwasser gefügt. Man rührt die Mischung noch 1 Stunde bei 35 bis 40 C und arbeitet sie dann wie in Beispiel 2 beschrieben auf. Es werden 53 g (74 % der Theorie) des Amidothionophosphorsäu re-O-methyl-O-(2-carbisopropoxy-5-chlorphenyl) esters als gelbes, wasserunlösliches Öl mit dem Bre 22 chungsindex n D = 1,5389 erhalten. Berechnet für ein Molgewicht von 323,5: P S N Cl 9,6 %; 9,9 %; 4,3 %; 11,0 %; Gefunden: 9,8 %; 9,6 %; 4,1 %; 10,7 % PATENTANSPRUCH 1 Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der Formel **WARNUNG** Ende DESC Feld konnte Anfang CLMS uberlappen**.
Claims (1)

Beispiel 4 EMI13.1 0,24-molarer Ansatz: Man verrührt 95 g O-Athyl-8-(2-carb-sek.-butoxy- 4-methylmercapto-5-methyl-phenyl)-thionophos- phorsäurediestermonochlorid folgender Konstitution: EMI13.2 mit 50 ccm 25 %igem Ammoniak-Wasser, fügt nach einer Stunde noch 10 ccm Ammoniak-Wasser zum Reaktionsgemisch und rührt es dann noch 10 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur. Nach dem Aufarbeiten der Mischung wie in Beispiel 2 werden 77 g (85 O/o der Theorie) des Amidothionophosphorsäure-O äthyl-O-(2-carb-sek.-butoxy-4-methylmercapto- 5-methyl-phenyl)-esters als schwachgelbes, wasserunlösliches Öl mit dem Brechungsindex n D22=1,5602 erhalten.Berechnet für ein Molgewicht von 377: P S N 8,2 %; 17,0 %; 3,7 %; Gefunden: 8,6 %; 16,8 %; 3,4 %.Beispiel 5 EMI13.3 0,45-molarer Ansatz: 155 g O-Methyl-O-(2-carbisopropoxy-4-chlor-phe nyl-)-thionophosphorsäure-diestermonochlorid folgender Konstitution: EMI13.4 fügt man unter Rühren bei 30 bis 45tC zu 100 ccm 20%igem Ammoniakwasser, hält die Mischung noch eine Stunde bei 40 C und arbeitet sie dann in der in Beispiel 2 beschriebenen Weise auf. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Verbindungen der Formel I herstellt, worin R eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 4 C-Atomen ist, R' Alkyl mit 2 bis 6 C-Atomen oder Cyclohexyl bedeutet, R" ein Chloratom, eine Alkyl- oder Alkylmercaptogruppe mit 1 bis 3 C-Atomen ist und/oder R"' Wasserstoff, Chlor oder eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 3 C-Atomen bedeutet.PATENTANSPRUCH II Verwendung der nach dem Verfahren gemäss Patentanspruch 1 erhaltenen Verbindungen als mindestens eine aktive Komponente zur Herstellung von insektiziden und akariziden Mitteln.UNTERANSPRUCH 2. Verwendung nach Patentanspruch II der gemäss Verfahren nach Unteranspruch 1 erhaltenen Verbindungen.
