Thiol- bzw. Thionothiol-phosphor-(phosphon)-säureester, Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung sowie ihre Verwendung als
Insektizide und Akarizide
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Thiol- bzw. Thionothiolphosphor-(phosphon)-säureester,
welche insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften besitzen, ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung
sowie ihre Verwendung als Insektizide und Akarizide.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß Amido-O-alkyl-S-propen-(propin)-yl-thiolphosphorsäureester
sich durch eine gute insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit auszeichnen (vgl. die Deutsche
Patentschrift 1 221 633).
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß Thiol- bzw. Thionothiol-phosphor—
(phosphon)-säureester der allgemeinen Formei (I)

eine hervorragende insektizide und akarizide Wirkung besitzen.
In vorgenannter Formel steht R für einen niederen Alkylrest
mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, R1 bedeutet eine niedere
Alkyl-, Alkoxy- oder Alkylmercaptogruppe mit jeweils % bis
Kohlenstoffatomen bzw. den Phenylrest, während X ein Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom darstellt.

Weiterhin wurde, gefunden, dai3 Verbindungen der oben angegebenen
Struktur (I) erhalten werden, wenn man thiol- bzw. thionothiol-phosphor-(phosphon)-saure Salze der allgemeinen
Formel (II)

In letztgenannten Formeln haben die Symbole R, R1 und X die
oben angegebene Bedeutung, während
Me für ein einwertiges Metalläquivalent, bevorzugt ein Alkalimetallatom oder die Ainmoniumgruppe steht und
Hai ein Halogen-, vorzugsweise Brornatom darstellt.
Überraschenderweise zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen Produkte gegenüber den nächstvergleichbaren bekannten Verbindungen
analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung durch eine wesentlich bessere insektizide bzw. akarizide
Wirksamkeit und/oder erheblich geringere Phytotoxizität aus;
erstere stellen somit eine sprunghafte Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Der Verlauf des Herstellungsverfahrens kann durch das folgende Reaktionsschema wiedergegeben werden:

In vorgenannten Pormeln haben die Symbole R, R1, X, Me und
Hal die weiter oben angegebene Bedeutung.
Bevorzugt stehen R und R1 jedoch für gleiche oder verschiedene
Alkylreste mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methyl, Äthyl, n- und iso-Propyl. R1 bedeutet darüber hinaus vorzugsweise
einen Alkoxy- oder Alkylmercaptorest mit jeweils 1 bis 3 C-Atomen, ζ. B. Methoxy, Äthoxy, n-Propoxy, Methylmercapto,
Äthy!mercapto, η- und iso-Propylmercapto. Me stellt
vorzugsweise ein Kalium-, Natrium- oder.Ammoniumion und Hai
ein Bromato-m dar.
Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der neuen Stoffe wird bevorzugt in Gegenwart von Lösungs- bzw, Verdünnungsmitteln durchgeführt,
Bewährt haben sich hierfür besonders polare organische Solventien,
Z* B. niedere aliphatisehe Ketone oder Nitrile, wie
Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropylketon, Aceto- und Propionitril.
Weiterhin ist es zwecke Vervollständigung der Umsetzung und damit zur Erzielung guter Ausbeuten und Gewinnung reiner
Produkte vorteilhaft, die Umsetzung bei Raum- oder schwach bis mäßig erhöhter Temperatur (20 bis. 800C, bevorzugt 50
bis 8O0C) vorzunehmen und außerdem das Reaktionsgemisch
nach Vereinigung der Ausgangskomponenten noch längere Zeit gegebenenfalls unter Erhitzen nachzurühren.
Die Aufarbeitung der Mischung erfolgt in prinzipiell bekannter Weise, indem man nach dem Abkühlen der Mischung auf
Raumtemperatur zunächst den Ansatz mit einem anderen organischen Lösungsmittel verdünnt. Als geeignet erwiesen haben
sich hierfür vor allem aliphatische oder aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte.Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Xylol,

Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Tri- und Tetrachloräthan. Anschließend wäscht man die Lösung mit Wasser
und trocknet die organische Schicht. Nach dem Trocknen der organischen Phase und Verdampfen des Lösungsmittels unter
vermindertem Druck hinterbleibt das Reaktionsprodukt meist in Form eines farblosen bis schwach gefärbten Öles, das sich entweder
destillieren oder zumindest durch kurzfristiges Erhitzen auf schwach bis mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen (40 bis 800C) von
den letzten flüchtigen Verunreinigungen befreien läßt.
Die als Ausgangsmaterialien für die Herstellung der neuen Stoffe benötigten thiol- bzw. thionothiol-phoaphor-(phosphon)-sauren
Salze der allgemeinen Formel (II) sind aus der Literatur bekannt und auch in technischem Maßstab leicht
herstellbar.
Auch die als zweite Reaktionskomponente zu verwendenden 1-Halogen-, insbesondere -Brom^-methyl-buten^-Verbindung
(III) ist in prinzipiell bekannter Weise zugänglich, z. B. durch Addition von Halogenwasserstoff an Isopren (vgl.
G. Laber, Liebigs Annalen der Chemie, Bd. 588 ß^£/\ s· 31).
Wie oben bereits erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen Thiol- bzw. Thionothiol-phosphor-(phosphon)-säureester durch
eine hervorragende insektizide und akarizide Wirkung gegenüber saugenden und fressenden Insekten, Dipteren und Milben,
beispielsweise Blattläusen, Spinnmilben, Raupen und Fliegen, aus. Die Produkte besitzen dabei sowohl eine sehr gute kontaktinsektizide
als auch eine ausgezeichnete systemische Wirkung. Auf der anderen Seite zeigen die neuen Verbindungen
nur eine verhältnismäßig geringe Phytotoxizität.
Aufgrund dieser Eigenschaften finden die erfindungsgemäßen
Produkte als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel besonders im Pflanzenschutz sowie gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge Verwendung.

Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattlaus©

Wanzen, beispielweise die Rüben- (Piesma quadrata), Baumwoll-(Dysdercus
intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub-(Rhodnius
prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma inf@stans)„
ferner Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobatus und Nephotettix bipunctatus.
Bei den beißenden Insekten wären vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlingsraupen
(Lepidoptera) vie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis),
der Schwammspinner (Ljrmantria dispar), Goldafter (Euproctis chrysorrhoea) und Ringelspinner (Malacosoma neustria),
weiterhin die Kohl- (Mamestra brassicae) und die Saateule (Agrotis segetum), der große Kohlweißling (Pieris brassicae),
kleine Frostspanner (Cheimatobia brumata), Eichenwickler
(Tortrix viridana), der Heer7 (Laphygma frugiperda) und aegyptische
Baumwollwurm (Prodenia litura), ferner die Gespinst-(Hyponomeuta padella), Mehl- (Ephestia kül-iniella ) und große
Wachsmotte (Galleria mellonella),

Weiterhin zählen zu den beißenden Insekten Käfer (Coleoptera) z.B. Korn- (Sitophilus granarius = Calandra granaria),
Kartoffel- (Leptinotarsa decemlineata), Ampfer- (Gastrophysa viridula), Meerrettichblatt- (Phaedon cochleariae), Rapsglanz-(Meligethes
aeneus), Himbeer- (Byturus tomentosus), Speisebohnen-
(Bruchidius = Acanthoscelides obtectus), Speck-(Dermestea
frisch!), Khapra- (Trogoderraa granarium), rotbrauner Reismehl- (Tribolium castaneum), Mais- (Calandra oder Sitophilus
zeamals), Brot- (Stegobium paniceum), gemeiner Mehl- (Tenebrio
molitor) und Getreideplattkäfer (Oryzaephilus surinamensis),
aber auch im Boden lebende Arten z. B. Drahtwiirmer (Agriotes
spec.) und Engerlinge (Melolontha melolontha); Schaben wie die Deutsche (HLattella germanica), Amerikanische (Periplaneta
americana), Madeira- (Leucophaea oder Rhyparobia maderae),
Orientalische (Blatta orientalis), Riesen- (Blaberus giganteus) und schwarze Riesenschabe (Blaberus fuscus) sowie Henschoutedenia
flexivitta; ferner Orthopteren z.B. das Heimchen (Acheta domesticus); Termiten wie die Erdtermite (Reticulitermes
flavipes) und Hymenopteren wie Ameisen, beispielsweise die Wiesenameise (Lasius niger).
Die Dipteren umfassen im wesentlichen Fliegen wie die Tau-(Drosophila
melanogaster), Mittelmeerfrucht- (Ceratitis capitata), Stuben- (Musca domestica), kleine Stuben- (Fannia
canicularis), Glanz- (Phormia regina ) und Schmeißfliege
(Calliphora erythrocephala) sowie den Wadenstecher (Stomoxys calcitrans); ferner Mücken, z.B. Stechmücken wie die Gelbfieber-
(Aedes aegypti), Haus- (Culex pipiens) und Malariamücke (Anopheles Stephens!)c

Zu den Milben (Acari) zählen besonders die Spinnmilben
(Tetranychidae) wie die Bohnen- (Tetranychus telarius =
Tetranychus althaeae oder Tetranychus urticae) und die Obstbaumspinnmirbe
(Paratetranychus pilosus.= Panonychus ulmi),
Gallmilben, z.3. die Johannisbeergallniilbe (Eriophyes ribis)
und Tarsonemiden beispielsweise die Triebspitzenmilbe (Hemitarsonemus latus) und Cyclamenmilbe (Tarsonemus pallidus);
schließlich Zecken wie die Lederzeqke (Ornithodorus moubata).
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorrats schädlinge,
besonders Fliegen und Mücken, zeichnen sich die Verfahrensprodukte außerdem durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung
auf Holz und Ton sowie, eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten
Unterlagen aus·

Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen
übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden
in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z. B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln,
unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven
Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln. Im Falle der
Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z. B. auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet
werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen infrage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, Benzol oder Alkyl=
naphthaline, chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder
Methylenchlorid, aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclo=
hexan, oder Paraffine, z. B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glykol sowie deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie
Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Methylisobutylketon oder Cyclo= hexanon, stark polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimethylformamid
und Dimethylsulfoxid, sowie Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten
gemeint, welche bei normaler Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, z. B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie
Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, z. B. Freon; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinamehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden,
Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit, Montmorillonit oder
Diatoneenerde, und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und Silikate; als Emulgier-
und/oder schaumerzeugende Mittel: nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie Polyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester,
Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther, z. B. Alkylaryl-polyglykoläther,
Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate, Arylsulfonate sowie EiweiShydrolysate; als Dispergiermittel: z. B. Lignin, Sulfitablaugen
und Methylcellulose.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen in Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und
90 <fo.
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen oder in den daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, wie gebrauchsfertige
Lösungen, emulgierbare Konzentrate, Emulsionen, Schäume, Suspensionen, Spritzpulver, Pasten, lösliche Pulver,
St-äubemittel und Granulate, angewendet werden. Die Anwendung

Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen in den anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungen
können in größeren Bereichen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen 0,0001 und 10 $, vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,01 und 1 %.
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg im Ultra-Low-Volume-Verfahren
(ULV) verwendet werden, wo es möglich ist, Formulierungen bis zu 95 i<>
oder sogar den 100 folgen Wirkstoff allein auszubringen.

In den folgenden biologischen Beispielen A-E wurden die weiter unten anhand ihrer Strukturformel offenbarten erfindungsgemäßen
Produkte mit bekannten Verbindungen analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung hinsichtlich der
insektiziden und akariziden Wirksamkeit verglichen und dabei in den Tabellen 1 - 5 anhand der in Klammern gesetzten Ziffern
näher bezeichnet.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen
Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält, und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration.
1 cm der Wirkstoffzubereitung wird auf eine Filterpapierscheibe
mit 7 cm Durchmesser aufpipettiert. Man legt sie naß auf ein
Glas, in dem sich 50 Taufliegen (Drosophila melanogaster) befinden und bedeckt sie mit einer Glasplatte.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten bestimmt man die Abtötung in $.
Dabei bedeutet 100 $, daß alle Fliegen abgetötet wurden,
0 io bedeutet, daß keine Fliegei getötet wurden.
Wirkstoffe, Wirkstoffkonzentrationen, Auswertungszeiten und
Abtötungsgrad gehen aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle 2 hervor:

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirketoffzubereitung vermischt
man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge i5mulgator enthält,
und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung spritzt man Kohlblätter (Braasica
oleracea) tropfnaß und besetzt 'sie mit Meerrettichblattkäfer-Larven (Phaedon cochleariae).
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird der Abtötungsgrad in $ bestimmt.
Dabei bedeutet 100 9ε, daß alle Käferiarven abgetötet
wurden. 0 $> bedeutet, daß keine Käfer-Larven abgetötet wurden.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt
man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält,
und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Kohlpflanzen (Brassica
oleracea), welche stark von der Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae) befallen sind, tropfnass besprüht.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird der Abtötungsgrad in % bestimmt.
Dabei bedeutet 100 %., daß alle Blattläuse abgetötet
wurden, 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Blattläuse abgetötet wurden.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt
man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält,
und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der WirkstoffZubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus
vulgaris), die ungefähr eine Höhe von 10 bis 30 cm haben, tropfnaß besprüht. Diese Bohnenpflanzen sind stark mit allen ■
Entwicklungsstadien der gemeinen Spinnmilbe oder Bohnenspinnmilbe
(Tetranychus urtlcae) befallen.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Wirksamkeit der Wirkstoff zubereitung bestimmt, indem man die toten Tiere auszählt.
Der so erhaltene Abtötungsgrad wird in # angegeben. 100 ia bedeutet, daß alle Spizmailben abgetötet wurden, 0 %
bedeutet, daß keine Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden.

Man tropft 53 g 1-Brom-3-methyl»'buten-(2) (Kp55 6O0C) unter
kräftigem Rühren bei 25 bis 300C zu einer Lösung von 75 g
äthyl-O-äthyl-thionothiolphosphonsaurem Kalium in 300 ecm
Acetonitril. Dann wird die Mischung unter weiterem Rühren
eine Stunde auf 6O0C erwärmt. Anschließend kühlt man den
Ansatz auf Raumtemperatur ab. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird nun mit 3Q0 ecm Benzol versetzt, die Benzolschicht nach gutem
Durchmischen abgetrennt und mehrmals mit je 50 ecm Eiswasser gewaschen. Man trocknet die Benzollösung über Natriumsulfat
und verdampft das Lösungsmittel unter vermindertem Druck. Es werden so 70 g (84 $ der Theorie) des Äthyl-O-äthyl-S-^3-methyl-buten-(2)-ylT-thionothiolphosphonsäure-
esters als schwach gelbes, wasserunlösliches Öl mit dem

werden in 300 ecm Acetonitril gelöst. Zu dieser Lösung fügt man unter kräftigem Rühren bei 30 bis 4-O0C 53 g 1-Brom-3-methyl-buten-(2).
Dann wird die Lösung noch eine Stunde unter Rühren auf 600C erwärmt und anschließend wie im vorhergehenden
Beispiel beschrieben aufgearbeitet. Es werden auf diese Weise 82 g (82 % der Theorie) des O-Äthyl-S-(n-propyl)-S-/3"-methyl-buten-(2)-yl7-thionodithiolpho8phorsäureesters

Claims (6)
- Patentansprüche ^ ■RO X " CH,/P-S-GH2-CH-O^ . Rf GH3in der R für einen niederen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, R1 eine niedere Alkyl-, Alkoxy*- oder Alky Inier captogruppe mit jeweils 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen bzw. den Phenylrest bedeutet, während X ein Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom darstellt.
- 2) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Thiol- "bzw. Thionothiolphosphor-(phosphon)-säureestem, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man thiol- bzw. thionothiol-phosphor-(phosphon)-saure Salze der allgemeinen FormelRO X^P-S-Me R'mit 1-Halogen-3-methyl-buten-2 der FormelGH,umsetzt,wobei in vorgenannten FormelnR, R1 und X die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung besitzen,Me für ein einwertiges Metalläquivalent oder die Ammoniumgruppe steht, undHai ein Halogenatom darstellt.Le A 14 593 - 23 -409812/1236
