Device for twisting gunstseideerepe. It is known to manufacture rayon crepe in such a way that the rayon coming from the spinning machine is subjected to a corresponding post-treatment and then wound onto so-called twisted edge bobbins, on which it is twisted into crepe in one or more stages in the twisting machine. These twisted-edge bobbins are of very different types, but they all have to be specially carefully crafted and finely polished. They be very gentle treatment so that damage to the thread is avoided both during winding and twisting.
With the wound silk they are placed on the high-speed twisting spindles and attached in a simple manner by pressing their bore onto the slightly conical spindle shaft. Due to the large rotary movement of the spindles, respectively. The desired crepe effect on the thread is achieved with the twisted edge bobbins.
The purpose of the present invention is to create a simple device by means of which the thread can be twisted without it having to be rewound onto the costly twisting edge bobbins that have been used up to now. With this new device it is of course possible to use the simple, well-known cheese in which the thread is wound in a cross winding with slightly beveled edges on ordinary cardboard tubes.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown for example. It shows Fig. 1 the known cheese, Fig. 2 the mandrel on which the cross coil can be inserted, Fig. 3 the upper removable twist plate, Fig. 4 the parts placed on the spindle, the device in view (left half ) and in section (right half).
The structure of the twisted bobbin (Fig. 1) is the same as that of an ordinary cheese. It is 1 the cardboard tube and 2 the rayon wrap, which has been applied in a cross-wrap with sloping ends at both ends. Until then, such a bobbin could not be used as a twisting bobbin; As a result, the silk had to be wound on special thread spools.
With this invention, however, a special coil is no longer necessary. The cardboard tube with the cross wound is placed on the mandrel 3 (Fig. 2). The latter consists of a suitable material, preferably Bakelite, has a plurality of centering beads 3a, 3b, 3e, 3d, at the bottom an edge disk 4 and one or more collars made of hard plush.
In Figure 2, two such plush collars are shown and denoted by 5 and 6; they are dimensioned so that the cardboard tube 1 can just be pushed tightly onto the mandrel 3, but does not jam.
The mandrel 3 and bobbin 2 are then placed on the twisting spindle 8 (Fig. 4), on which the mandrel 3 is stuck because it is slightly conical. The twisting plate 7 of FIG. 3 is then placed loosely rotatably on the twisting spindle 8 via the bobbin 2.
He does not come into contact with the package so that any irregularities in the package can not be disadvantageously transferred to him.
L: m to facilitate the twisting, the thread 9 is guided through the eyes of a wing thread guide 10 upwards, whereby it is twisted by the rapid rotation of the spindle 8. The wing thread guide 10 also rotates loosely on the spindle and the adjusting ring 11 prevents it from jumping off. In Fig. 4, the whole device that forms ge by the prescribed items is shown on the left in view and on the right in section.
It can be seen that the plate 7 has a rim that is widened towards the bottom, which prevents this; the thread is under the same, d. H. between the plate and the edge of the bobbin. The cardboard tube 1 which carries the artificial silk winding is held by the plush coverings 5 and 6 and guided through the center of the mandrel 3.
The present innovation simplifies and makes the process associated with the twisting process cheaper. The same cardboard tube that is used to wind up the naturally twisted or weakly twisted silk can also be used to wind up the heavily twisted silk - the crepes.
