Description

  

  Luftschlauch für Fahrzeuge, insbesondere Fahrräder.    Die Ausführung von Reparaturen an Luft  schläuchen wird bei Fahrrädern dadurch er  schwert, dass der Luftschlauch ohne Abnahme  des     betreffenden    Rades vom Fahrzeug nicht  gut zugänglich ist. Eine Abnahme des Rades  vom Fahrzeug ist aber mit Zeitverlust verbun  den, so dass Schlauchreparaturen doch lieber  unter Vermeidung der Radabnahme durchge  führt werden. Durch die vorliegende Erfindung  soll nun ein Luftschlauch geschaffen werden,  welcher ohne Abnahme des Rades aus dem  Mantel ganz herausgenommen werden kann,  so dass auch grosse Reparaturen ohne Schwierig  keit vorgenommen werden können.  



  Gemäss der Erfindung wird dies dadurch  erreicht, dass der Luftschlauch zwei abge  schlossene Enden besitzt, wobei die Schlie  ssung des Luftschlauches zu einem endlosen  Reifen durch eine Muffe ermöglicht wird,  welche auf dem einen Schlauchende befestigt  ist und über das andere Ende gestülpt wer  den kann.  



  In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise  Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt.         Fig.    1 zeigt den Luftschlauch in gestreck  ter Form und       Fig.    2 n geschlossener Form;       Fig.    3 ist ein Schnitt durch die beiden  Schlauchenden in getrennter Stellung und       Fig.    4 ein Schnitt durch die beiden     an-          einandergekuppelten    Schlauchenden.  



  Der dargestellte Luftschlauch ist an seiner  in Reifenform dem Ventil diametral gegen  überliegenden Stelle getrennt, und die beiden  dadurch gebildeten Schlauchenden 1, 2 sind  abgeschlossen. Auf dem einen Schlauchende  1 ist eine     Muffe    3 befestigt,, dessen vorstehen  der Teil über das andere Schlauchende 2 stülp  bar ist. Als Abschluss der Schlauchenden 1,  2 dienen Gummiplatten 4, welche mittels Ver  steifungsringe 5 aus Gummi in die Schlauch  enden einvulkanisiert sind. Um einen guten  Halt der Muffe 3 über dem Schlauchende 2  zu erzielen, ist die Innenwand des vorstehen  den     Muffenteils    mit Ringrippen 6 versehen,  gegen welche das Schlauchende 2 beim Auf  pumpen des Luftschlauches     angepresst    wird.  



  Die beschriebene Unterteilung des Luft  schlauches ermöglicht eine     Herausnahme    des-      selben aus dem Mantel, auch wenn das Rad  im Rahmengestell des Fahrzeuges belassen  wird.

  According to the invention, this is achieved in that the air hose has two closed ends, whereby the closure of the air hose to form an endless tire is made possible by a sleeve which is attached to one end of the hose and can be slipped over the other end.



  An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows the air hose in stretched form and Fig. 2n closed form; FIG. 3 is a section through the two hose ends in a separated position and FIG. 4 is a section through the two hose ends coupled to one another.



  The air hose shown is separated at its point diametrically opposite the valve in the form of a tire, and the two hose ends 1, 2 thus formed are closed. On one end of the hose 1, a sleeve 3 is attached, the protruding part of which can be slipped over the other end of the hose 2. To terminate the hose ends 1, 2 are rubber plates 4, which are vulcanized into the hose ends by means of stiffening rings 5 made of rubber. In order to achieve a good hold of the sleeve 3 over the hose end 2, the inner wall of the protruding sleeve part is provided with annular ribs 6, against which the hose end 2 is pressed when pumping the air hose.



  The described subdivision of the air hose enables it to be removed from the jacket, even if the wheel is left in the frame of the vehicle.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Luftschlauch für Fahrzeuge, insbesondere Fahrräder, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei abgeschlossene Enden besitzt, wobei die Schliessung des Luftschlauches zu einem end losen Reifen durch eine Muffe ermöglicht wird, welche auf dem einen Schlauchende befestigt ist und über das andere Ende gestülpt wer den kann. UNTERANSPRüCHE: 1. Luftschlauch nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er an seiner in Reifen form dem Ventil diametral gegenüberlie genden Stelle unterteilt ist. 2.
