Abstract
Un apport est réalisé sur une pièce (2) en superalliage à base de nickel ou de cobalt selon le procédé suivant : a) dépôt sur la pièce (2) d'un apport (1) soit de poudre réactive correspondant à un matériau intermétallique soit de poudre de superalliage b) mise en place de la pièce (2) dans une chambre, sous pression hydrostatique d'un gaz neutre jusqu'à 1,5 GPa et munie d'éléments chauffants pour des températures contrôlées jusqu'à 1200.degree.C avec une vitesse de montée de 5.degree.C à 120.degree.C par minute et un gradient thermique de 200.degree.C entre les extrémités de la pièce (2). c) réalisation d'une réaction de synthèse par combustion auto-propagée sur l'élément d'apport (1) dans des conditions déterminées de température et de pression assurant la densification de l'apport et la liaison métallurgique entre l'apport (1) et la pièce (2).
