Abstract
agente para a regeneração da membrana timpânica ou canal auditivo externo. a presente invenção refere-se a um agente de regeneração da membrana timpânica ou canal auditivo que compreende uma combinação de uma esponja de gelatina que carrega o fator de crescimento fibroblástico básico (bfgf) e um material de cobertura. o material de cobertura é utilizado não apenas para fixar a esponja de gelatina na parte afetada, mas também para o propósito de prevenir a secagem e infecções para proporcionar um ambiente de cultura que é favorável à regeneração do tecido isolado a partir da parte externa. para promover a regeneração do tecido, a margem do defeito da membrana timpânica ou canal auditivo é preferivelmente renovada antecipadamente.
