- Reivindicações1. - 5. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com a reivindicação 4, caracterizado pelo fato de que as regiões hidrofílicas têm a forma de círculos.
- 6. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 e 3 a 5, caracterizado pelo fato de que ao menos uma parte das regiões hidrofílica ou hidrofóbica da folha de cobertura permeável a líquido tem um diâmetro de menos de 100 pm.

ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com a reivindicação1, caracterizado pelo fato de que a parte do artigo absorvente que compreende o padrão é uma película plástica perfurada ou não-tecido tendo um padrãoPetição 870160039659, de 27/07/2016, pág. 58/622/4 regular de perfurações e as regiões hidrofílicas são aplicadas em registro com ditas perfurações de uma maneira que as regiões hidrofílicas cercam ou abrangem ditas perfurações.
- 8. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 7, caracterizado pelo fato de que as regiões hidrofílicas são formadas ao menos por um polímero que compreende um grupo doador de hidrogênio e/ou ao menos por um polímero que compreende um grupo receptor de hidrogênio.
- 9. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com a reivindicação 7, caracterizado pelo fato de que a multicamada de polieletrólitos é obtenível pela deposição camada-por-camada (LBL) de ao menos um polímero policatiônico e de ao menos um polímero polianiônico.
- 10. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com a reivindicação 9, caracterizado pelo fato de que o polímero policatiônico é selecionado dos polissacarídeos catiônicos ou cationicamente modificados, homo- ou copolímeros de polialilamina, homo- ou copolímeros de polivinilaminas ou polietilenoimina.
- 11. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com a reivindicação 9, caracterizado pelo fato de que o polímero polianiônico é selecionado de homoou copolímeros de (met) ácidos acrílicos e derivados de polissacarídeo aniônicos ou anionicamente modificados.
- 12. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 9 a 11, onde o(s) polímero(s) que constituem a(s) região(ões) hidrofílica(s) são reticulados.
- 13. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 12, caracterizado pelo fato de que uma ou mais regiões hidrofóbicas estão presentes como revestimento parcial em um revestimento hidrofílico carregado por dita folha de cobertura permeável a líquido do artigoPetição 870160039659, de 27/07/2016, pág. 59/623/4 absorvente e a(s) área(s) de revestimento hidrofílico que não é(são) revestida(s) por uma região hidrofóbica forma(m) a região hidrofílica.
- 14. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 13, caracterizado pelo fato de que a ao menos uma região hidrofóbica é formada por ao menos um segmento hidrofóbico de um copolímero do bloco ou de um polímero enxertado compreendendo uma cadeia principal hidrofóbica.

ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 7 e 9 a 11, caracterizado pelo fato de que o padrão de uma ou mais regiões hidrofílicas e de uma ou mais regiões hidrofóbicas é obtenível estampando uma camada de (i) um copolímero de bloco tendo um ou mais segmentos hidrofóbicos e um ou mais segmentos hidrofílicos compreendendo um grupo catiônico ou aniônico ou (ii) um polímero enxertado compreendendo uma cadeia principal hidrofóbica, em que uma ou mais cadeias laterais hidrofílicas que compreendem um grupo catiônico ou aniônico é enxertada, sobre uma camada de polieletrólitos, em particular uma multicamada tendo como camada superior uma camada de polímero de polieletrólitos mostrando carga oposta com respeito ao(s) dito(s) segmento(s) hidrofílico(s) ou à(s) cadeia(s) lateral(ais) hidrofílica(s).
- 16. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 13 ou 15, caracterizado pelo fato de que uma ou mais colunas de uma multicamada de polieletrólitos adicional é depositada na ao menos uma região hidrofílica.
- 17. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 12, caracterizado pelo fato de que ao menos uma região hidrofílica forma um padrão em uma parte hidrofóbica do artigo absorvente.
- 18. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com a reivindicação 17, caracterizado pelo fato de que a parte hidrofóbica do artigo absorvente foiPetição 870160039659, de 27/07/2016, pág. 60/624/4 submetida a um tratamento de superfície de alta energia antes do revestimento com ao menos uma região hidrofílica.
- 19. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com a reivindicação 18, caracterizado pelo fato de que este tratamento de alta energia foi aplicado na forma de um padrão.
- 20. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com a reivindicação 18, caracterizado pelo fato de que a ao menos uma região hidrofílica é formada alternando camadas de um polímero neutro tendo um grupo doador de hidrogênio e um polímero neutro tendo um grupo receptor do hidrogênio.
- 21. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 18 e 20, caracterizado pelo fato de que a ao menos uma região hidrofílica compreende polímeros hidrofílicos reticulados.
- 22. ARTIGO ABSORVENTE, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 6 e 14, caracterizado pelo fato de que ao menos uma região hidrofóbica forma um padrão em uma parte hidrofílica do artigo absorvente.
- 23. FOLHA DE COBERTURA PERMEÁVEL A LÍQUIDO, para um artigo absorvente, tal como uma fralda, fralda calça, forro de calcinha, absorvente íntimo ou protetor para incontinência, conforme definido em qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 22, caracterizada pelo fato de que esta folha de cobertura compreende um padrão de ao menos uma região hidrofílica e ao menos uma região hidrofóbica onde dita região hidrofílica e/ou dita região hidrofóbica está presente como um revestimento em dita folha de cobertura permeável a líquido do artigo absorvente, onde a ao menos uma região hidrofílica é formada por uma camada de polieletrólitos, em particular uma multicamada de polieletrólitos.
- 24. FOLHA DE COBERTURA, de acordo com a reivindicação 23, caracterizada pelo fato de que o revestimento é conforme definido em qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 22.
