Abstract

MéTODO PARA REGULAR A OPERAçãO DE UM REFRIGERADOR DE GRELHA DE MATERIAL A GRANEL. A fim de regular a operação "de um banco de esfriamento de grelha para material a granel, como por exemplo, clínquer de cimento, através do processo em todas as zonas da grelha de esfriamento, os volumes de ar de esfriamento (21) e/ou seu tempo de permanência na respectiva zona do banco de material a ser esfriado são ajustados de acordo com a demanda de esfriamento que ocorre em cada zona. A presente invenção sugere que durante a operação do banco de esfriamento de grelha uma intervenção é feita no respectivo volume do fluxo de ar de esfriamento (21) local e/ou na respectiva velocidade de transporte local do material a granel com respeito à altura do material a granel medida por zona e/ou a respectiva temperatura do material a granel e/ou a resistência à passagem do fluxo de ar de esfriamento, de tal modo que a alteração ocorre em um ou vários dos parâmetros medidos, isto é, a altura do material a granel, a temperatura do material a granel e a resistência à passagem do fluxo, e o respectivo volume do fluxo de ar de esfriamento (21) local e/ou a velocidade de transporte do sistema de grelha é alterado.
