Claims (9)
- 冷却格子(15−20)及び当該冷却格子上に分散されている熱いバラ積材料に対して、冷却格子の下に配置されている制御装置(22)によって調整された冷却空気流(21)を底部から供給して、適当な搬送手段によってバラ積材料供給搬入口から冷却バラ積材料搬出口へ搬送されるセメントクリンカのような熱いバラ積材料を冷却するためのバラ積材料用格子冷却器の動作方法であって、格子冷却器の動作の間、領域毎に測定したそれぞれのバラ積材料ベット高及び/又はバラ積材料ベット温度及び/又は冷却空気流抵抗に従って、それぞれの局部的な冷却空気流量(21)及び/又はそれぞれの局部的な冷却格子の搬送速度を制御して、測定パラメータ、すなわち、ベット高さ、ベット温度及び空気流抵抗のうちの1つ又は複数に変化が生じたならば、それぞれの局部的な冷却空気流量及び/又は格子冷却器の搬送速度を変更することを特徴とする動作方法。
- 上記測定パラメータ、すなわち、バラ積材料ベット高及び/又はバラ積材料ベット温度及び/又は冷却空気流抵抗は、冷却格子に沿って分布する領域(15−20及びA−E)の長さ及び幅に基づいて測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動作方法。
- 個々に冷却格子領域(15−20及びA−E)の冷却空気流量及び/又は格子冷却器の搬送速度は、適温従属冷却条件に従ってプロセス制御方法により調整することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の動作方法。
- 上記測定パラメータ、すなわち、バラ積材料ベット高及び/又はバラ積材料ベット温度及び/又は冷却空気流抵抗が上昇したときには、個々の局部的な冷却空気流(21)を増大させ、バラ積材料ベット温度、特にバラ積材料ベットの上部の温度が上昇したときは、格子冷却器の搬送速度を低下させ、反対に、バラ積材料ベット高及び/又はバラ積材料ベット温度及び/又は冷却空気流抵抗が下降したときには、個々の局部的な冷却空気流(21)を減少させ、バラ積材料ベット温度、特にバラ積材料ベットの上部の温度が上昇したときは、格子冷却器の搬送速度を上昇させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動作方法。
- 動作中に、バラ積材料ベット高の増大及び/又はバラ積材料ベット温度の上昇及び/又は個々の冷却空気流(21)の冷却空気流抵抗の増大のような冷却条件の増大を反映するように冷却空気流量制御装置(22)の制御特性を変更することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動作方法。
- 冷却空気流量を実質的に一定にする制御のために制御特性を適用することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の動作方法。
- 冷却格子に沿って分布する領域(15−20及びA−E)の長さ及び幅に基づいて測定した、冷却格子の下の冷却空気制御装置内の下側と上側との圧力差が、冷却空気流抵抗を表していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動作方法。
- 格子冷却器は、「動く床」原理で間欠的にバラ積材料を搬送し、バラ積材料ベットの高さは、搬送方向において隣接する冷却格子軌道(A−E)で測定し、冷却器の全体の幅にわたるバラ積材料ベットの所望横断方向分布のために、個々の冷却格子軌道(A−E)の駆動装置を作動させるようにパラメータを利用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動作方法。
- 冷却空気流量制御装置(22)の制御特性の変更は、冷却空気で満たされる制御装置ケース内の可動制御要素(23)の位置の機械的な変更によって行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動作方法。
