Abstract

Processo e instalação para a remodelagem de material básico com medidas quase que definitivas em forma de fio e de barra e perfil plano produzido de acordo com o processo. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a remodelagem por meio de técnica de laminação de um material básico (17) em forma de fio e de barra, especialmente para a laminação de perfis planos (18) a partir de fio laminado, onde em uma estação de aquecimento (5) é feito o aquecimento do material básico (17) até uma temperatura desejada, o material básico (17) é remodelado em pelo menos um processo de laminação (7) e em seguida, esfriado. De acordo com a presente invenção, depois do aquecimento do material básico (17) na estação de aquecimento (5), o material básico (17) é esfriado até uma temperatura de laminação predefinida, nesta temperatura de laminação é remodelado para se tornar um perfil plano (18) com as dimensões quase que finais por meio da técnica de laminação, e em seguida é esfriado e/ou recebe pós-tratamento de acordo com propriedades de estrutura a serem respectivamente ajustadas. Deste modo, uma série de diferentes processos podem ser executados com a ajuda de uma instalação de laminação para materiais básicos com uma estrutura de patente, uma estrutura de austenita, uma estrutura de bainita ou uma estrutura de austenita super-esfriada.
