Abstract

"APARELHO, PROCESSO E SISTEMA PARA APLICAR SUBSTáNCIAS A FORRAGEM, GRãOS E CULTURAS, RAçãO E CULTURAS OBTIDAS E TRATADAS". Um aparelho, um processo e um sistema para aplicar uma substância biologicamente ativa ou química a um volume relativamente grande de cultura colhida ou pré-colhida inclui um recipiente relativamente pequeno de uma mistura de substância biologicamente ativa ou química e água, em comunicação fluida com o conduto de fluido. Uma bomba movimenta a mistura da garrafa pelo conduto. Uma fonte de ar pressurizado fica em comunicação fluida com o conduto, para aerar a mistura. A mistura aerada é expelida por um bocal na extremidade distal do conduto. Em um aspecto, o controlador pode monitorar a rotação da bomba por monitoramento da voltagem operacional dela. A rotação da bomba pode ser ajustada, para ajustar a taxa de aplicação. Em um aspecto um processo combina um fluxo de ar por um orifício com a dosagem de um baixo volume de aditivo, tal como um auxiliar para preservação, a uma cultura, na medida em que esta está sendo cortada ou colhida, para proporcionar uma distribuição uniforme do aditivo à cultura.
