Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA INTRODUZIR ENROLAMENTOS ONDULADOS EM PACOTES DE LAMINAçãO DE ROTOR E ESTATOR DE MáQUINAS ELéTRICAS". A invenção refere-se a um método para formar e introduzir enrolamentos ondulados cujas seções de percurso estão conectadas por cabeças de enrolamento, em pilhas de chapa de rotor ou pilhas de chapa de estator de máquinas elétricas. De acordo com a invenção, diversos enrolamentos ondulados (10) os quais são respectivamente cortados em seções por uma tira de enrolamento ondulado (52) continuamente formada, são avançados em um modo essencialmente tangencial para uma pilha de chapa de rotor ou de estator ou para uma ferramenta de transmissão do tipo de rotor (88) a qual compreende ranhuras (89) as quais abrem para fora em um modo radialmente para fora, por meio de um elemento de recepção em forma de barra (22) e forma um número específico de ondas na etapa de trabalho. As suas seções de percurso (12) são pressionadas para dentro dos rasgos (89) durante um movimento rotacional das pilhas de chapa e/ou da ferramenta de transmissão (88) e um movimento relativo essencialmente tangencial dos enrolamentos ondulados (10) em forma de tira que corresponde à sua velocidade periférica.
