Abstract

"APARELHO DE PRENSA APARAFUSADO". Um aparelho de prensa a parafuso tem armações (3, 4), um eixo de parafuso (6), um tubo externo (5), uma tela cilíndrica (8), uma lâmina de parafuso (13), uma tubulação de suprimento (16) e uma tubulação de limpeza (34). A tela (8) é fixada entre as armações (3, 4) ao tubo externo (5), e tem uma multiplicidade de furos finos (74), cobrindo o eixo de parafuso (6). O eixo de parafuso (6) e a tela (8) definem um espaço cilindrico (70) que se estende continuamente de uma região a montante (71) na direção de uma região a jusante (72). O líquido bruto é introduzido da tubulação de suprimento (16) através de um orifício (73) no eixo de parafuso (6) para a região a montante (71) do espaço cilíndrico (70). A tubulação de limpeza (34) lança água de limpeza sobre a tela (8). Entre uma superfície periférica externa do eixo de parafuso (6) e uma superfície periférica interna da tela (8), a distância relativa vai se reduzindo da região a montante (71) para a região a jusante (72).
