Abstract

AÇO INOXIDÁVEL DE FASE DUPLA E TUBO DE AÇO INOXIDÁVEL DE FASE DUPLA SEM COSTURA. São fornecidos um aço inoxidável de fase dupla e um tubo de aço inoxidável de fase dupla sem costura que possuem alta resistência, alta tenacidade e resistência à corrosão desejável. Um aço inoxidável de fase dupla ou tubo de aço inoxidável de fase dupla sem costura da presente invenção tem uma composição que inclui, em % em massa, C: 0,002 a 0,03%, Si: 0,05 a 1,0%, Mn: 0,10 a 1,5%, P: 0,040% ou menos, S: 0,0005 a 0,020%, Cr: 20,0 a 28,0%, Ni: 4,0 a 10,0%, Mo: 2,0 a 5,0%, Al: 0,001 a 0,05%, e N: 0,06 a 0,35%, e no qual o saldo é Fe e impurezas incidentais, o aço inoxidável de fase dupla ou o tubo de aço inoxidável de fase dupla sem costura tendo uma microestrutura contendo 20 a 70% de fase austenítica e 30 a 80% de fase ferrítica em volume, o aço inoxidável de fase dupla ou tubo de aço inoxidável de fase dupla sem costura tendo um limite de escoamento, YS, de 448 MPa ou mais, e contendo inclusões de óxido, inclusões de óxido as quais tendo um diâmetro médio de partícula de 1 ¿m ou mais, tendo uma densidade numérica de 15/mm2 ou menos, e no máximo 50% em massa das inclusões de óxido tendo um diâmetro médio de partícula de 1 ¿m ou mais são inclusões de óxido contendo alumínio.
