método e composição para anticorpos anti-cd73 e variantes. trata-se de anticorpos anti-cd73, variantes e fragmentos de ligação ao antígeno dos mesmos. os anticorpos, as variantes e os fragmentos de ligação ao antígeno dos mesmos se ligam a cd73 humano com alta afinidade e suprimem a atividade enzimática de cd73 e, opcionalmente, induzem a internalização de cd73. são adicionalmente fornecidas moléculas de ácido nucleico isoladas que codificam os anticorpos anti-cd73, as variantes e os fragmentos de ligação ao antígeno dos mesmos, e um vetor de expressão relacionado e uma célula hospedeira. é fornecido um método para a preparação dos anticorpos anti-cd73, das variantes e dos fragmentos de ligação ao antígeno dos mesmos. são adicionalmente fornecidas composições farmacêuticas relacionadas e um método para uso das ditas composições farmacêuticas no tratamento de um indivíduo.
