a invenção se refere a um elemento de rolamento deslizante (1) com uma camada móvel (4) de uma primeira liga à base de estanho e uma outra camada (5) de uma outra liga à base de estanho, que contêm pelo menos um elemento de um grupo que compreende cu, ni, ag, sb, as, pb, bi, te, tl e/ou partículas não-metálicas. a primeira liga à base de estanho apresenta um índice de resistência fi de pelo menos 5 e no máximo 25 e a outra liga à base de estanho apresenta um índice de resistência fi de pelo menos 0,3 e no máximo 3, sendo que, o índice de resistência da camada móvel (4) representa pelo menos cinco vezes do índice de resistência da outra camada (5), sendo que, o índice de resistência fi é definido pela igualdade fi = 100*¿c + 50*¿s + 2*v(2&(100*¿b) em que c representa pelo menos um dos elementos cu, ni, ag, s para sb e/ou partículas não-metálicas, b representa pelo menos um dos elementos pb, bi, te, tl, e ¿ para o teor total dos respectivos componentes das ligas à base de estanho, são atribuídas as letras c, s e e b.
