Abstract

REATOR PARA CONVERTER UREIA AQUOSA EM AMÔNIA VAPOR, MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR VAPOR DE AMÔNIA, E, SISTEMA PARA INTRODUZIR VAPOR DE AMÔNIA EM UMA CORRENTE DE GÁS. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de combustão empregando um sistema de reator de ureia para vapor de amônia. O alojamento de reator de ureia para amônia contido em um duto de fluxo de derivação que recebe uma corrente de gás de combustão secundária em um ponto bipartido de uma corrente de gás de combustão principal contendo óxidos de nitrogênio (NOx) emanando de uma caldeira. O duto de escoamento de derivação permite que a corrente de gás de combustão secundária flua próxima ao alojamento de reator contido no mesmo, onde ureia aquosa injetada em forma atomizada ou não atomizada é gaseificada em vapor de amônia. As misturas gasosas de amônia resultantes, seus subprodutos e a corrente de gás de combustão secundária subsequentemente se reúnem na corrente principal, antes que os gases de combustão principal sejam tratados através de um aparato de reator para Redução Catalisadora Seletiva (SCR). Um tempo de residência da corrente secundária dentro do duto de fluxo de derivação, que pode ser aumentado por um ciclo de recirculação, possibilita conversão efetiva de ureia a amônia a ser usada no aparato SCR.
