Abstract
"PARTICULADO DE DIóXIDO DE TITâNIO DE FORMA CRISTALINA RUTILO E PROCESSO PARA SUA PRODUçãO, COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO, COMPOSTO PARA MOLDAGEM DE PLáSTICO, E COMPOSIçãO COSMéTICA". Partículas de dióxido de titânio possuindo um seletivo efeito de proteção contra a radiação infravermelha e uma alta capacidade de espalhamento, são reveladas. As partículas de dióxido de titânio possuem um tamanho de partícula primária de 0,5 a 2,0 <109>m e uma transmissão da luz visível de menos de 95%. As partículas de dióxido de titânio consistem essencialmente de 0,05 a 0,4% em peso de óxido de alumínio, de 0,1 a 0,8% em peso de óxido de zinco, e o equilíbrio sendo em dióxido de titânio. As partículas de dióxido de titânio são produzidas através da mistura de óxido de alumínio hidratado com quantidades menores de um composto de alumínio, um composto de zinco e um composto de potássio, e em seguida calcinando a mistura.
