Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA MOLDAR POR INJEçãO UM ARTIGO DE PLáSTICO OCO". Um processo e aparelho para moldagem de plástico por injeção compreende injetar uma quantidade de material plástico derretido no interior de uma cavidade de molde (30) e injetar gás pressurizado (52) ou líquido pressurizado no interior do material plástico na cavidade de molde. Depois de manter a pressão do gás ou líquido sobre o material plástico na cavidade de molde por um período de tempo para aplicar uma pressão de compactação ao material plástico, uma porção do material plástico derretido é expelida para uma ou mais cavidades secundárias (32) ou é expelida de volta para o cilindro (22) da máquina de moldagem por injeção. A etapa de injetar o material plástico pode ser efetuada com ou sem compactação do material plástico antes da injeção do gás ou líquido pressurizado.
