Abstract

"TUBO FEITO DE ELASTÈMERO VULCANIZADO COMPREENDENDO POLIAMIDA E CAMADAS DE BARREIRAS DE EVOH". A presente invenção se refere a uma tubulação multicamada, compreendendo em sua direção radial do exterior para o interior: - uma primeira camada de elastómero vulcanizado, formando a camada externa; - uma segunda camada de EVOH ou de uma mistura à base de EVOH; - uma terceira camada de uma mistura de poliamida (A) e de poliolefina (B) com matriz poliamida; - eventualmente uma camada interna de elastómero vulcanizado; as camadas sendo sucessivas e aderindo entre elas em sua zona de contato respectiva. Pode-se, eventualmente, dispor uma camada de ligante entre a primeira e a segunda camada, da mesma forma entre a camada eventual interna e a terceira camada. A tubulação da invenção pode também compreender uma camada de reforço do tipo têxtil, por exemplo, em poliéster ou em fios metálicos, disposta entre a primeira e a segunda camada. Essa camada de reforço pode estar entre a camada de ligante a camada de EVOH ou entre a camada de ligante e a camada externa ou ainda o ligante pode ser colocado nos interstícios da camada de reforço. As tubulações da invenção podem ser de diâmetro externo compreendido entre 8 mm e 25 cm. A espessura da camada de EVOH pode estar compreendida entre 10 e 200 <109>m, aquela da mistura de poliamida (A) e de poliolefina (B) com matriz poliamida entre 25 e 500 <109>m, aquela do ligante eventual entre 10 e 100 <109>m. Essas tubulações são úteis para os fluidos de sistemas de ar condicionado.
