Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO DE ROTULAGEM DE ETIQUETAS EMPREGANDO ADESIVO CURáVEL POR RADIAçãO". A presente invenção se refere a um sistema curável por radiação de aplicação contínua de uma camada de adesivo curável por radiação, por ex. um adesivo curável UV, ao plástico, alimentado por folhas, rótulos cortados e empilhados, irradiando o adesivo nos rótulos para tornarem o adesivo suficientemente aderente para fixar de modo eficaz o rótulo a um recipiente numa máquina de rotular comercial e posteriormente aplicar os rótulos em recipientes distintos por meio da camada adesiva suficientemente pegajosa. Os rótulos de plásticos podem ser filmes de plástico claros, opacos (inclusive metalizados) e podem ficar retidos numa câmara distribuidora anteriormente à aplicação do adesivo curável por radiação aos rótulos.
