Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA COBERTURA DE CONFEITO AERADA, PRODUTOS COMESTìVEIS, APARELHOS PARA SUPRIR UMA CABEçA PARA COBRIR COM MATERIAL LIQUIDO AERADO DE CONFEITO, E PARA PRODUZIR UMA COBERTURA DE CONFEITO AERADA, SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE AERAçãO PARA CONTROLAR A AERAçãO DE UM LìQUIDO, APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA COBERTURA DE CHOCOLATE AERADO EM PRODUTOS". Processo para produzir uma cobertura aerada de confeito é caracterizado pelo fato de compreender suprir uma material líquido de confeito a uma cabeça de cobrir (9', 71, 115), mantendo o material sob pressão substancialmente superatmosférica até a vizinhança da cabeça de cobrir, e formar, por injeção de gás, bolhas gasosas no material pressurizado de confeito (21, 76, 109) antes do material de confeito alcançar a cabeça de cobrir (21, 76, 117), a taxa de injeção de gás no material de confeito sendo controlado em resposta a uma medida (22, 23, 77, 117) da densidade de material de confeito no suprimento à cabeça de cobrir (9', 77, 117), o excesso de material liquido de confeito disponivel após a cobertura pela cabeça de cobrir sendo recirculado para o mencionado suprimento (1, 3, 2, 74, 131, 132).
