Abstract

"FILTRO DE COMBUSTìVEL", provido de um copo coletor para água separada, o qual é montado em posição suspensa. O copo coletor 21 apresenta uma rosca, a qual pode ser aparafusada em um tubo distanciador 15. O tubo distanciador 15 amplia de modo vantajoso o espaço de coleta 30 para o óleo separado, em que o copo coletor, fabricado com um material mais caro, pode ficar menor. Alem disso, ele adquire com isso uma estabilidade maior. O tubo distanciador fica apoiado em um rebaixo interno rebordeado 17 do revestimento de chapa metálica 18 na carcaça 10 ab. O rebaixo interno 17 forma simultaneamente uma superfície vedante radial para um anel obturador de seção circular 19, que fica alojado em uma ranhura 20 no copo coletor 21. Através desse anel obturador de seção circular é produzida uma vedação radial, a qual é favoravelmente imperceptível em relação às tolerâncias axiais que ocorrem entre o copo coletor 21 e o revestimento de chapa metálica 18. Em comparação com as juntas axiais tradicionais, cuja ação vedante depende das tolerâncias axiais e das forças de montagem exercidas no copo coletor 21, pode-se obter , neste caso, uma pressão de aperto constante da junta na área axial do rebaixo interno 17 e, consequentemente, uma maior confiabilidade do componente.
