Abstract

Um amortecedor a gás com um conjunto vedante e de rolamento integrado em um alojamento do amortecedor a gás adjacente a um haste móvel no conjunto para ação axial recíproca. O conjunto possui um anel retentor anelar dentro de um alojamento, um rolamento anelar com um orifício transfixante pelo qual a haste exerce uma ação recíproca, sendo sustentado pelo anel retentor, um retentor anelar montado no anel retentor na seção inferior do rolamento, e um componente vedante integrado no anel retetor adjacente ao retentor e em cooperação firme com a haste e com o anel retentor para prover uma vedação estanque e gás entre a haste e o anel retentor, visando evitar o escapamento de gás do amortecedor a gás. De preferência o retentor possui um flange em formato de cauda de andorinha que dali se estende e o anel vedante possui um recesso de configuração complementar que é moldado ou assentado por pressão sobre o flange para prender o anel vedante no retentor. De preferência o retentor é preso firmemente no anel retentor, sendo a sua aresta superior posiconada sobre o retentor. Para evitar que contaminantes penetrem no amotecedor a gás, deteriorando o conjunto de rolamentos e de vedação, um excêntrico está previsto na seção inferior do componente vedante, estando preso no retentor.
