Il y a ici différents postes ;

By special delegation:
BE2016 / 0070 soaked (124) with the sticky liquid product (principle of the seal and its inkwell). Once the sheet has been wetted with the bonding product, it is transferred to the forming station using the transfer system.
Forming station (130): At the folding station, the papers are folded to give them the final shape. To do this, the folding is done using lifting fingers (137), mold shapes (138) and counter molds, pressing pads (134), molds. Successive movements are intelligently synchronized to ensure good shape by folding-gluing.
Exit station (140): The formed products are then transferred to an exit station. This outlet station transfers the products from the folding machine to the waterproofing machine. This transfer is carried out by a gripper or suction cup manipulator arm.
Machine 200: coating of food containers
The objective of this automatic equipment is to spray, inside the container, a product providing a coating thereof (for example a waterproofing agent, a liquid flavor, ...). This in order to be able for example to contain liquid products without damaging the container, to give a salty / sweet taste, ... The sprayed products will be fats, oils, etc., ..
There are different positions here;
The turntable (240): it ensures the passage of containers from one station to another. It also ensures the precise positioning of the containers so that they can be worked. The plate (241) can be removed and reassembled easily (without tools) in order to be cleaned outside the machine.
The entry station (140): your containers are deposited by the manipulator arm coming from the folding machine (mach. N ° 100).
The spraying station (220): it covers the products in the containers. The sprayer (226), the various lines as well as the spray product are contained in an isolated closed enclosure (224B). This enclosure includes heating resistors (227), thermocouples and a PID loop ensuring regulation in T °. The waterproofing product is contained in a container (223) which can be removed and replaced. A joint connection principle (Sensed tank style) ensures airtightness when removing the tank. The spraying mixture is produced by an air-product injector (226). The air pressure, ie air flow, injection time, product flow are adjustable in order to best adapt to the coating product. An anti-drip valve (229) is placed below the injector, this valve (229) also has the role of completely closing the enclosure when one is not spraying. The injector is mounted on a carriage rail (228) animated by a pneumatic cylinder in order to produce comings and goings above the product. An injection exhaust (222) is placed between the injector (226) and the top of the container (225). This nozzle (222A) prevents the sprayed product from flying everywhere. The bottom of the nozzle (222A) when cutting the shape of the container (225) (seen from above). In order to avoid the formation of stalactite at the end of the nozzle (222A), this place is heated in order to make the sprayed product flow on the plate (heating by heating resistance or by hot air system (221)). The tray is pierced (243) at the pouring locations so that the excess waterproofing product is found below the tray (this avoids soiling the tray). A suction located near the container ensures the evacuation of the spray cloud. The tray, the coating product tank and the exhaust are easily removable so that it can be placed in a washing machine
The exit station (230): a clamp (or other transfer system) gently takes the containers without touching the waterproofed surfaces (these are not yet dry). These pliers deposit the containers outside the waterproofing machine towards the drying corridor.
The cleaning station (220): this station ensures the cleaning of the tray so as not to pollute the place of deposit of the new incoming containers. To do this, a hot air system (221) ensures the melting and blowing of the waterproofing outside this place of removal. Openings are made in the tray in order to evacuate the surpluses below the tray.
Machine 300: drying of food containers.
The containers are deposited on a conveyor belt (302) advancing jerk. The containers are dried naturally or by passing through a refrigerated tunnel (301) (depending on the drying time of the coating). At the end of drying, your products can be handled manually or automatically in order to be sent to a packaging line.

8. The method of claim 7 wherein the paper (121) is brought precisely by bands or a 'pilgrim's way'. When the bonding pad rises, the paper is retained by 2 small blades (127)
9. Method according to claim 7, in which the adhesive pad (126) is wetted with the adhesive product. To do this, a drawer (123) is used in which there is a substrate (124) soaked with the sticky product. This substrate will be of various materials depending on the case (sponge, fabrics, paper, plants, foam, ...). The size of the substrate is related to the size of the glue pad. The slide (123) is actuated by an advance / return movement (pneumatic, electric or mechanical). When you want to wet the glue pad, we advance the drawer containing the substrate, we lower the glue pad, we keep the glue pad on the substrate for a configurable time, we go up the glue pad and we move the drawer back with the substrate . These movements can be done while the paper is below the drawer. The time during which the adhesive pad remains on the substrate can be configured. This allows you to manage the amount of glue transferred from the substrate to the glue pad. It is also possible to configure the system so that the glue pad is only reloaded every x times.
10. The method of claims 7 and 9 wherein it allows to automatically wet the substrate with a glue tank, a pump (peristaltic or other) and dispensing pipettes. This ensures good wetting of the substrate during operation. The trick is to wet it exactly at the various places where the adhesive pad is taken. To do this, the pipettes will be mounted on an up / down actuator. The pipettes will be fitted with a flow regulator in order to deposit more or less glue at the desired locations and depending on the case. The process for recharging the substrate is as follows: the drawer with the sponge is behind, your pipettes descend so as to be placed just above the sponge, the pump is activated according to a configurable time, the pump s stop, we put the pipettes up. We can thus reload the sponge according to a configurable cycle (all x buffer movements or every x minutes)
11. The method of claims 7 and 9 wherein the glue pad (122) and the substrate (124) are easily removed so that they can be cleaned outside the machine. The glue pad is mounted on slides (125) and held in its position by spring ball. The substrate (124) has the exact size of the container in which it is housed (123).
12. The method of claim 1 wherein there is provided a folding and gluing of the container at a rate of maximum 5 sec to 6 sec per container (process for small edible versines). This process is repetitive and always produces the same containers.
13. The method of claim 12 wherein it provides repetitive folding through the use of a template (135-138) having the image of the inner part of the container. This template may be made of various materials depending on the case (wood, silicone, plastic, ...). The up / down movement of this template is achieved by an actuator (pneumatic, mechanical or electric). Going down, the template is put on the paper and, while maintaining it, it will ensure the interior shape of the container during folding.
14. Method according to your claims 12 and 13 wherein you realize the folding with thin pillars rounded on their end (137). These pillars can have different heights. These pillars will be mounted on one or more base plates. The up / down movement of these pillars is carried out by an actuator (pneumatic, mechanical or electric). While mounting the pillars, the paper folds and roughly follows the shape of the template (138). The different sides to be bonded are positioned according to this movement. Rather than pillars it is also possible to work according to the same principle by realizing for example; a lower folding template, thin folding blade, ...
15. The method of claims 12 to 14 wherein it ensures the bonding of the folded parts. To do this, use is made of push fingers (133) coated with a flexible material (134). This material is of different types depending on the case (foam, silicone, sponge, ...) The fingers will advance so as to press the sides to be glued against the template. By ensuring this pressure during x sec we will glue your panels together (at the places where there is glue only), The pressure duration is configurable and depends on the bonding time. When your fingers advance, we retract the lower folding system (137)
BE2016 / 0070
BE2016 / 0070
28. The method of claim 25 wherein the underside of containers on the turntable will be made of mesh (244). This allows excess coating (spraying next to the container) to fall below the tray and thus not dirty the container housing.
29. The method of claim 25 wherein the first turntable will be heated at the locations of the housing. This allows the housings to be cleaned by running the topping product below the tray. This is achieved with a heating gun (configurable blowing time and temperature) or with a heating resistor integrated into the overall enclosure of the machine.
30. The method of claim 1 wherein the container is deposited on a cooling unit after coating (300). This principle ensures a hardening of the coated product and this in order to allow the handling of the container in order to package it and this without risk of damaging the coating. This unit is provided with a smooth mat (301) and a cooling unit (302). The smooth belt is variable in speed or works in one stroke at a time (advances each time a part is deposited). The refrigeration unit can be adjusted in temperature according to the type of topping.
