La figure 1 représente une vue en perspective d'une véranda de forme rectangulaire réalisée à partir d'une structure porteuse selon l'invention ;
La figure 2 représente une vue en perspective éclatée d'une unité de structure de la structure porteuse selon l'invention;
La figure 3 représente une vue en perspective éclatée d'un angle de la structure porteuse de la figure 1 ;
La figure 4 représente une vue en perspective d'une véranda de forme hexagonale ;
Support structure for light construction such as pergola, veranda, greenhouse.
The present invention relates to a load-bearing structure for lightweight construction such as pergola, veranda, greenhouse, consisting of vertical uprights and a chaining in its upper part.
Most of the verandas currently on the market are made of aluminum and / or wood. Aluminum gives a modern look to the verandas thus produced. Also, when it comes to making pergolas, verandas or even winter gardens, aluminum does not always allow to integrate these buildings in the original architectural style of the building.
In addition, when other materials such as steel are used, problems of assembly and assembly of the various elements constituting the veranda, for example, are encountered most of the time.
In particular, when one wishes to build the old-style veranda in the spirit of the greenhouses and winter gardens of the late eighteenth century, one encounters problems related to the respect of standards in terms of insulation and current thermal regulations.
The invention therefore aims to provide a load-bearing structure for lightweight construction such as pergola, veranda, greenhouse whose assembly is simple and easy to implement, while providing a satisfactory aesthetic appearance allowing its integration into a defined architectural style and by ensuring compliance with the standards.
To this end, the subject of the invention is a load-bearing structure for lightweight construction such as pergola, veranda, greenhouse, consisting of vertical uprights and a chaining in its upper part, characterized in that it further comprises a sole, the vertical uprights being mounted between said sole and the chaining, the sole and the chaining being constituted respectively of several elements of sole and chaining, a glazing carrier frame can be inserted, if necessary, between the chaining and the sole, said elements of sole and chaining and the vertical uprights of the support structure being assembled to each other by screwing, by interlocking and / or with the aid of splints.
Advantageously, the carrier structure produced according to the invention is of a simple assembly,
achievable using pre-machined products (vertical uprights, sole elements, chaining elements, splints), quick to implement.
A sole member is preferably constituted by a profile having at each end a tab projecting from said profile, the upper face of the sole member being further shaped to receive a glazing carrier frame.
Preferably, a chaining element consists of a profile shaped to receive and maintain on a top face a roof while its underside is shaped to receive a glazing carrier frame.
Preferably, at least one bracing element is interposed between two vertical uprights and the chaining. This bracing element advantageously serves to stabilize the support structure.
Advantageously, chaining is associated with a gutter consisting of elements of open profile, substantially U-shaped and being in connection with the elements of chaining so that the gutter is placed on the front of the roof which, it rests that chaining. Because of its U-shape open upward, this gutter can be a gutter for collecting water.
In order to allow the evacuation of the water collected by the gutter, a vertical upright is in the form of a hollow post and has in its upper part a recess conduit which is positioned opposite an orifice in the gutter to recover the water collected in while at the bottom, an opening in the post allows to evacuate the water to the outside.
Preferably,
all the components of the carrier structure are made of steel.
Advantageously, the support structure according to the invention offers a steel joinery allowing the realization of constructions such as pergolas, verandas, greenhouses that can integrate into architectural styles such as the Haussman style, the eighteenth century style. , while offering properties that meet current insulation regulations.
When the construction is a pergola, it is enough to put in place on the chaining the roof, in glazing or in insulating panels.
To make a veranda or a greenhouse, it is then necessary to add glazing along the walls of the supporting structure.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the glazing is in the form of a glazing carrier frame, said frame being assembled between the sole and the chaining of the carrier structure, set back from the vertical uprights of said support structure.
This frame glazing carrier can have a single glazing, windows, French windows.
Preferably, the frame is made of steel but any other type of glazing carrier frame made of aluminum, wood, synthetic material such as PVC is assembled on the carrier structure according to the invention.
The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the drawing in which:
FIG. 1 represents a perspective view of a rectangular veranda made from a support structure according to the invention;
FIG. 2 represents an exploded perspective view of a structural unit of the carrier structure according to the invention;
FIG. 3 represents an exploded perspective view of an angle of the carrying structure of FIG. 1;
Figure 4 shows a perspective view of a veranda hexagonal shape;
FIG. 5 represents an exploded perspective view of an angle of the veranda of FIG. 4 and FIG. 6 represents a sectional view of the carrying structure unit of FIG. 2.
As can be seen in the figures, the support structure according to the invention consists of vertical uprights such as posts 1 interposed between a sole 2 and a chaining 3.
A bracing member is placed between two posts 1 and the chaining 3.
The sole 2 consists of a plurality of sole members 2 'and the chaining 3 of a plurality of chaining elements 3' whose identical length defines the interval between two posts 1.
A carrier structure unit can therefore be defined by a post 1, a sole element 2 ', a chaining element 3' and a bracing element serving as a decorative element 4.
Each post 1 has a capital 10 provided in its upper part with at least one receiving orifice of a finger 40 provided on the decorative element 4 at each of its ends while a finger 41 formed on the upper part of the decorative element 4 can be housed in a receiving orifice formed in correspondence on the chaining element 3 '.
In this way, the decorative element 4 is set up simply by interlocking and held without the aid of fastening means such as screws.
The post 1 has, in its upper part, a fixing plate 11 by screwing to two adjacent chaining elements 3 'and is assembled in its lower part on a shoe 12.
The chaining elements 3 'consist of steel profiles shaped to receive and maintain on a top face a roof while their underside is shaped to receive a glazing frame 7.
The chaining elements 3 'are assembled to each other by interlocking on an inner splice 30 and by an outer splice 31, each splint 30,
31 can then be fixed by screwing on one and the other chaining elements 3 'thus assembled.
The sole members 2 'are also made of steel profiles having at each end a tab 20 protruding orthogonal to the main axis of said profile. The top face of the sole member 2 'is further shaped to receive the glazing frame 7.
When assembling two sole members 2 ', the tab 20 of a first sole member 2' is positioned adjacent to that of the adjacent sole member. These two legs 20 assembled form the receiving surface of a pole 1, that is to say in front of the longitudinal portion of the sole 2.
This sole 2 forms a belt on the ground to receive the lower portion of the glazing carrier frame, which is actually set back from the posts 1.
Chaining 3 is associated with a gutter 6 consisting of elements 6 '. A gutter element 6 'consists of a substantially U-shaped open section and is in connection with a chaining element 3' so that it is placed on the front of the roof which rests only on the chaining 3. This gutter 6 may constitute a gutter for collecting water.
Two gutter elements 6 'are assembled using a splice 60 screw-fastenable to the two gutter elements 6'.
In order to allow the evacuation of the water collected by the gutter 6, a hollow post 13 has in its upper part a recessing duct 131 which is positioned opposite an orifice formed in the gutter 6 to recover the water while in the lower part, an opening 132 in the pole 13 to evacuate the water to the outside.
When connecting the connecting elements 3 'so as to form a right angle of the carrier structure as in Figure 1 or an angle of 120 [deg.] As in the carrier structure of Figure 5, is used internal ribs 33 , 32 and outer 31 appropriate, the corner ends of the chaining elements 3 'being shaped to form this angle.
It is also planned to propose a gutter element 6a 'specific to angle as can be seen in FIG.
The glazing carrier frame 7 can be assembled on the sole 2 and the chaining 3 of the carrier structure, set back from the posts 1 of said supporting structure as can be seen in FIG. 6.
The support structure according to the invention is therefore of a simple construction, offering all the guarantees related to insulation standards and a greater aesthetic appearance, each apparent element such as the gutter, poles, glazing frames, elements of bracing that can be shaped, ornamented, decorated, painted in various architectural styles depending on the architectural style of the building housing the light construction.
In addition,
this supporting structure may itself constitute a building such as a greenhouse or pavilion such as Baltard pavilions.
