Teilmengen ;

Device for tapping flammable liquids u. Like. From storage containers in
Subsets;
The object of the invention relates to a device for tapping flammable liquids and. Like., Such as gasoline, etc., by means of carbon dioxide or similar pressure media. From the known systems of this type, in which the pressure medium inlet is controlled by the automatic inflow of the liquid to be drawn off in an auxiliary container by means of a float, the subject matter of the invention differs essentially in that the auxiliary container in which the liquid is drawn off has a float trained tap or.
Contains measuring container, which in the filled state by its weight interrupts the tapping or the flow of liquid to the auxiliary container and opens the pressure medium inlet for drawing off its contents, on the other hand, in the emptied state, it closes the pressure medium inlet and at the same time, by establishing the connection between the storage container and the auxiliary container, the expansion of the Allows pressure medium into the storage container.
An example embodiment of a system according to the invention is illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 of the drawing.
EMI1.1
The storage container 1 is connected by a line 2 to an auxiliary container 3, which is expediently arranged lower down, in such a way that the liquid from the storage container 1 can flow automatically to the auxiliary container 3 due to its natural gradient or as a result of the slight overpressure of a protective gas introduced into the container. The auxiliary container 3 contains an open float designed as a measuring vessel 10 which controls the closing elements 7, 8, 9 (valves or the like) of the auxiliary container 3 by means of a lever mechanism 11 or the like. The closing element 7 provides the connection between the auxiliary container and the storage container, which connection is established by the pipeline 2.
The closing element 9 serves as the closing element of a line 5 which connects the auxiliary container 3 with the storage container at its highest point. The closing member 8 is used to close a pipe 4 through which the auxiliary container the operating medium, z. B. a compressed gas such as carbonic acid o. The like. Is supplied. 6 is the riser introduced into the measuring container, through which the liquid to be filled is pressed to the point of consumption.
In the normal state, the float 10 keeps the valves 7 and 9 open, while the valve 8 is closed. Liquid can therefore flow into the auxiliary container 3 from the storage container 1 due to its own weight.
When the liquid in the auxiliary container has risen to the edge of the float, the float is filled and, due to its increase in weight, the lifting mechanism 11 is operated in such a way that the valves 7 and 9 are closed, while the valve 8 is opened, the device being made in this way that the opening of the valve 8 only takes place after the other two valves are closed. By closing the valves 7 and 9, both the liquid space and the gas space of the storage container 1 are closed off from the auxiliary container 3, while by opening the valve 8 the pressure medium enters the auxiliary container and presses the liquid out of the measuring container through the pipe 6.
When the measuring container is empty, the same game is repeated. The buoyancy of the swimmer automatically opens valves 7 and 9 and closes the

Valve 8, which is in the final position before the other two valves are moved into the open position. As a result, the pressurized gas of the auxiliary container will expand or change over into the storage container through the line 5, while the liquid flows over from the storage container 1 into the auxiliary container 3 through the line 2.
By attaching a safety valve or the like in line 5, a harmful increase in pressure in the storage container can be prevented.
The game repeats itself until the storage container is empty.
