Befestigung von Installationssehaltern, Steckdosen od. dgl.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Installationssehalter, Steckdosen od. dgl., die in Gehäusen (z. B.
Wanddosen) zu befestigen sind. Die bekannten Anordnungen ermöglichen entweder keine ausreichende Verstellbarkeit des Schalters od. dgl. gegen das Wandgehäuse oder sind kompliziert und teuer. Die Erfindung stellt eine vorteilhafte Lösung der Aufgabe dar, einen Installationsschalter od. dgl. in einer von der Lage des Wandgehäuses derart unabhängigen Lage einzubauen, dass er in bezug auf die Wand und die auch das Gehäuse abdeckende Abdeekscheibe in die richtige Lage (Schalterachse senkrecht zur Mauer, Schaltergriff entsprechend weit herausragend und in eine gewünschte Richtung zeigend) kommt.
Nach der Erfindung ist hiezu der Installationsschalter od. dgl. mittels Stellschraube und Feder im Gehäuse (Wanddose) in eine von der Abdeckplatte (Dosendeckel) unabhängige Schräglage einstellbar.
Zu dem Schalter od. dgl. zählt natürlich auch ein mit ihm starr verbundener Träger, Tragring oder Tragbügel. Die erfindungsgemässe Befestigung kann daher z. B. entweder am Apparatsockel im engeren Sinn oder etwa an einem auf diesem aufgeschraubten Tragbügel angreifen. Die Abdeckplatte kann dabei trotz zu tiefen oder zu seichten oder schiefen oder verdrehten Einbaues des Wandgehäuses parallel zur Wand und die Schalterachse samt Schaltergriff in die richtige Lage zur Abdeckplatte gestellt werden.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Fig. 1 vereinfacht dargestellt. Der Schalter 1 ist in das Wandgehäuse 2 einzusetzen, das im Mauerwerk 3 liegt. Das Wandgehäuse 2 hat einen Stützring 4 als Träger und Stütze der Stellschrauben 5. Die Schraube 5 greift in eine Mutter 6 ein, die im Sockel des Installationsapparates 1 gelagert ist. Zwischen diesem Sockel und dem Boden des Wändgehäuses liegen Gegenfedern 7, die zweckmässig zu dritt im gleichseitigen Dreieck angeordnet sind.
Mittels der Stellschrauben 5 kann der Schalter 1 so eingestellt werden, dass unabhängig von Montageungenauigkeiten trotz schiefen oder zu seichten oder zu tiefen Einbaues des Wandgehäuses 1 seine Schalterachse senkrecht zur Mauer, die Abdeckplatte 12 parallel zur Mauer und der Schalter in der richtigen Höhe liegt, somit

Eine andere Ausführungsform der Erfindung zeigt die Fig. 2. In dieser ist wieder 1 der Installationsapparat, 2 das Wandgehäuse, 4 ein Stützring desselben, der zweckmässig in bekannter Art zwei diametral gegenüberliegende, sich über je einen Teil des Umfanges erstreckende Vorsprünge aufweist, 5 die Stellschraube, 7 die Gegenfeder und 10 die Stellmutter.
