Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de un compuesto de fórmula (1) y sales de adición farmacéuticamente aceptables del mismo, que resulta útil para la profilaxis y tratamiento de la infección por virus sincitial respiratorio (VSR) en un mamífero o ser humano. Reivindicación 1: Procedimiento para la preparación de un compuesto de fórmula (1) y sales de adición farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos, que comprende las etapas siguientes: etapa a) oxidación de [3-(bromometil)oxetán-3-il]metanol de fórmula (2) para formar un compuesto de fórmula (3); etapa b) conversión del grupo carboxi de un compuesto de fórmula (3) en carbamato para formar un compuesto de fórmula (4) en la que R es alquilo C₁₋₆, alcoxifenil C₁₋₆-CˣH₂ˣ- o fenil-CˣH₂ˣ-; etapa c) aminación de un compuesto de fórmula (4) para formar un compuesto de fórmula (5) en la que R es tal como se ha definido anteriormente; etapa d) formación de sal de un compuesto de fórmula (5) con un ácido para formar un compuesto de fórmula (6) en la que R es tal como se ha definido anteriormente; etapa e) la reacción de sustitución de un compuesto de fórmula (6) por un compuesto de fórmula (9), que proporciona un compuesto de fórmula (7) en la que R es tal como se ha definido anteriormente; etapa f) la reacción de sustitución de un compuesto de fórmula (7) por un compuesto de fórmula (10), que proporciona un compuesto de fórmula (8) en la que R es tal como se ha definido anteriormente; etapa g) que comprende la desprotección de un compuesto de fórmula (8), que proporciona un compuesto de fórmula (1); y en caso necesario, que forma una sal de adición farmacéuticamente aceptable.
