Abstract
Se proporcionan composiciones y métodos para incrementar la expresion de un polipéptido de interés en una planta o parte vegetal de la misma. Las composiciones de la solicitud son constructos polinucleotídicos que comprenden (a) al menos un elemento potenciador traduccional derivado de un virus apilado en tándem con al menos un elemento potenciador traduccional derivado de un gen celular, y (b) un polinucleotido operablemente enlazado que codifica un polipéptido de interés. También se proporcionan casetes de expresion, vectores, y plantas y partes vegetales transgénicas que comprenden estos constructos polinucleotídicos. También se proporcionan métodos para incrementar la expresion de un polipéptido de interés en una planta o parte vegetal de la misma utilizando los constructos polinucleotídicos y casetes de expresion de la invencion. Reivindicacion 4: El constructo polinucleotídico de la realizacion 3, en el que dicho virus es un miembro de los virus ARNss(+) del Grupo IV, y en el que dicho elemento potenciador traduccional derivado de dicho virus comprende la secuencia líder (5' UTR) de dicho virus.
