Abstract
Composiciones de ARN bicatenario y plantas transgénicas capaces de inhibir la expresion de genes vegetales, y métodos asociados con ellas. Específicamente, el uso de ARN de interferencia para inhibir la expresion de un gen blanco vegetal que es un gen CLASP1 (Proteína asociada a CLIP - proteína de enlace citoplasmático), un gen de la subunidad d de proteinasa aspártica, un gen de la proteína 1 secretada, un gen tipo receptor de quinasa lectina, un gen tipo pectina metilesterasa y un gen NPY de planta, y la generacion de plantas que tienen mayor resistencia a los nematodos parasitarios. Reivindicacion 2: El vector de expresion aislado de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado porque el polinucleotido blanco se selecciona del grupo que consiste en: (a) un polinucleotido que tiene una secuencia como se indica en SEQ ID Ns 1, SEQ ID Ns 4, SEQ ID Ns 6, SEQ ID Ns 8, SEQ ID Ns 63 o SEQ ID Ns 65; (b) un polinucleotido que tiene una secuencia como se indica en SEQ ID Ns 10, SEQ ID Ns 13 o SEQ ID Ns 15; (c) un polinucleotido que tiene una secuencia como se indica en SEQ ID Ns 17, SEQ ID Ns 20 o SEQ ID Ns 22; (d) un polinucleotido que tiene una secuencia como se indica en SEQ ID Ns 24 o SEQ ID Ns 27; (e) un polinucleotido que comprende una secuencia como se indica en SEQ ID Ns 29 o SEQ ID Ns 32; (f) un polinucleotido que tiene una secuencia como se indica en SEQ ID Ns 34, SEQ ID Ns 37, SEQ ID Ns 39, SEQ ID Ns 41, SEQ ID Ns 43, SEQ ID Ns 45, SEQ ID Ns 46, SEQ ID Ns 47; SEQ ID Ns 52, SEQ ID Ns 54, SEQ ID Ns 56, SEQ ID Ns 58, SEQ ID Ns 60 o SEQ ID Ns 62.
