Abstract
Un procedimiento y una instalacion de regeneracion de aceites lubricantes usados con un porcentaje bajo de combustible, ácidos grasos yproductos clorados. Los aceites lubricantes usados son sometidos a las siguientes etapas segun este orden: adjuncion de bases fuertes en solucionacuosa con unas proporciones entre 0,5 y 3% de bases puras en masa de aceites usados, deshidratacion y extraccion de los hidrocarburos ligeros, extraccion yrecuperacion de gasoleo (stripping), extraccion de impurezas. Después de la etapa de deshidratacion y de extraccion de hidrocarburos ligeros, se efectuauna adjuncion complementaria de una base fuerte en solucion acuosa con unas proporciones entre 0,1 y 1% de bases puras en masa deaceites usados. Lasimpurezas de los aceites lubricantes usados así tratados quedan eliminadas por destilacion.A procedure and facility for the regeneration of used lubricating oils with a low percentage of fuel, fatty acids and chlorinated products. The used lubricating oils are subjected to the following stages in this order: addition of strong bases in aqueous solution with proportions between 0.5 and 3% of pure bases by mass of used oils, dehydration and extraction of light hydrocarbons, extraction and recovery of diesel (stripping), extraction of impurities. After the dehydration and light hydrocarbon extraction step, a complementary addition of a strong base in aqueous solution is carried out with proportions between 0.1 and 1% of pure bases in mass of used oils. The impurities of the used lubricating oils thus treated are removed by distillation.
