Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of lighting technology, and in particular to a lamp assembly and a lighting fixture.
Background technique
Traditional lighting fixtures, such as ceiling lamps and fan lamps, usually have a lamp housing and a lampshade. The lamp housing is usually fixed to the installation base. For example, the lamp housing of a ceiling lamp is usually fixed to the ceiling or indoor ceiling base by screws, and the lamp housing of a fan lamp is usually fixed to its stator. The lampshade is installed on the lower side of the lamp housing. Common installation structures of the lampshade and the lamp housing include snap-on connection, screw connection, and gluing. When the lampshade and the lamp housing are connected by non-detachable connection methods such as gluing, when the mask needs to be cleaned, it is not conducive to cleaning operations because the lamp is installed at a high place such as the ceiling; or when the electronic components inside the lamp fail or are damaged and need to be repaired or replaced, the entire lamp often needs to be replaced, and the maintenance cost is high. When the lampshade and the lamp housing are connected by detachable connection methods such as snap connection or screw connection, when the electronic components inside the lamp (such as the substrate carrying the components, the driving components, the light-emitting components, etc.) fail or are damaged and need to be repaired or replaced, or when only the mask needs to be removed for cleaning, it is only necessary to remove the screws or snaps to remove the lampshade from the lamp housing, so as to repair or replace the electronic components in the lamp housing or clean the mask, which can save costs and facilitate maintenance. Compared with the lampshade and the lamp housing connected by screws, the lampshade and the lamp housing are connected by snaps. When maintaining and servicing the lamp, there is no need to frequently tighten the screws, and the snap assembly and disassembly is easier for users to operate. However, for lamp housings and lampshades connected by snap-fit connections, during maintenance and servicing of the lamp, if the mask and lamp housing are not snapped into place, or the mask is detached from the lamp housing due to external force, the lampshade may easily fall off the lamp housing and hit the ground or the user, posing a safety hazard. The protection requirements of the national standard for the outer casing may not be met, and there may be a large gap between the lampshade and the lamp housing that are not snapped into place or are half-detached. Mosquitoes, dust, water vapor, etc. in the air may easily invade the interior of the lamp housing, causing damage to the electronic components inside the lamp housing and staining the lampshade, which is not conducive to lamp maintenance and cleaning operations.

The lighting fixture component 10 includes The lamp housing 1 and the lamp shade 2 are enclosed together to form an optical space, in which some light source modules can be installed, for example, a light source substrate is installed on the inner top wall of the lamp housing 1, and the specific details are not limited. The fan module 20 includes a stator 201, a rotor 202 and a rotating disk 203, the rotor 202 is rotatably arranged on the stator 201, the rotating disk 203 is fixed to the rotor 202, and the lamp assembly 10 is fixed on the stator 201 and is located at the lower side of the rotating disk 203. In some embodiments, the stator 201 can be fixed or anchored on the ceiling or the ceiling foundation through a hanging structure, or it can be fixedly installed by other ceiling structures. The stator 201 mainly includes a stator shaft extending up and down, on which rotation-related components that cooperate with the rotor 202, such as bearings, magnetic coils, etc., can be installed. Some magnetic elements, such as permanent magnets, can be arranged on the rotor 202. Some energized cables can be arranged inside the stator 201, so that the magnetic coil on the stator 201 is energized to generate a magnetic field, which generates magnetic force with the permanent magnet on the rotor 202, thereby actuating the rotor 202 to make reciprocating circular motion around the stator 201. Some fan blades can be installed on the rotating disk 203. When the rotating disk 203 makes reciprocating circular motion around the stator 201 with the rotor 202, the fan blades can be opened or closed under the action of centrifugal force. The above is a brief description of the basic structure and principle of the fan lamp. Some basic structures and principles of fan lamps are relatively common and well-known in the prior art, and will not be described in detail.
Please refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 , the lamp housing 1 can be a housing integrally molded from a plastic or metal material, and its shape is similar to a disc. In some embodiments, the shape of the lamp housing 1 is not limited to a disc, and can also be flat or plate-shaped. The specific shape is not limited and can match the shape of the lampshade 2. The lampshade 2 can be integrally molded from a plastic material. The lampshade 2 can be made entirely of materials with good light transmittance for easy integral molding, such as PC materials, PMMA materials or optical glass, etc. It can be made of materials with frosted or light-diffusing properties to obtain a hazy light-emitting effect, soft light without glare, etc. In some embodiments, the shape of the lampshade 2 can also be plate-shaped or flat, which can match the shape of the lamp housing 1, and the material and shape thereof are not specifically limited.
The disc-shaped lamp housing 1 has a top wall 11 and a first peripheral side wall 12, and the first peripheral side wall 12 is arranged around the outer peripheral edge of the top wall 11 and extends downward. In some embodiments, in combination with Figures 1, 9, 10, 13 and 14, a circle of surrounding walls 122 can be further arranged on the outside of the first peripheral side wall 12, and the surrounding wall 122 extends outward and upward from the bottom of the first peripheral side wall 12, and the upper end of the surrounding wall 122 can exceed the upper surface of the lamp housing 1, and the receiving space formed between the surrounding wall 122 and the first peripheral side wall 12 can accommodate the rotating disk 203 therein, so that the overall appearance of the fan lamp is more beautiful and the structure is more compact. In some embodiments, in combination with Figures 17 and 18, the surrounding wall 122 may not be provided, and a portion of the upper end of the first peripheral side wall 12 may be extended upward to form an extension wall 123, so that the extension wall 123 exceeds the upper surface of the lamp housing 1. The extension wall 123 and the upper surface of the lamp housing 1 form a receiving space that can accommodate the rotating disk 203, and can also make the overall appearance of the fan lamp more beautiful and the structure more compact. There is no specific limitation.
As shown in FIG4 , the lampshade 2 comprises a bottom wall 21 and a second peripheral side wall 22 which is arranged around the outer peripheral edge of the bottom wall 21 and extends upward. Since the second peripheral side wall 22 of the lampshade 2 is a joint part with the lamp housing 1, in some embodiments, the second peripheral side wall 22 of the lampshade 2 may not be made of a light-transmitting material, such as a common plastic material, and is not specifically limited.
In order to facilitate the interlocking of the lampshade 2 and the lamp housing 1 and facilitate assembly and disassembly, as shown in FIG3 , the diameter of the first peripheral side wall 12 of the lamp housing 1 is larger than the diameter of the second peripheral side wall 22 of the lampshade 2. The convex rib 13 extends in the circumferential direction, and a slot 14 is formed in the space between the convex rib 13 and the top wall 11. The convex rib 13 has a guide section 131, an extension section 132 and a stop section 133 connected in sequence. The guide section 131 extends downwardly at an angle to the horizontal plane, the extension section 132 extends horizontally, and the stop section 133 extends upward to the top wall 11. In FIG4, a clamping plate 23 extending outwardly and matching with the clamping slot 14 is convexly provided on the outer surface of the second circumferential side wall 22. The clamping slot 14 constitutes a clamping portion on the lamp housing 1, and the clamping plate 23 constitutes a clamping matching portion on the lamp shade 2. As shown in FIG5, along the direction of the arrow in the figure, the lamp shade 2 can rotate relative to the lamp housing 1 and be installed on the lamp housing 1 through the clamping of the clamping portion and the clamping matching portion (see FIG6). Specifically, in the process of rotating and snapping the lampshade 2 to the lamp housing 1, the card plate 23 on the lampshade 2 can slide along the guide section 131 of the rib 13, and fit the extension section 132 into the card slot 14 until it abuts against the stop section 133 of the rib 13, so that the lampshade 2 and the lamp housing 1 can be snapped into place. On the contrary, when the lampshade 2 is removed from the lamp housing 1, the lampshade 2 can be rotated relative to the lamp housing 1 along the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 6, so that the card plate 23 on the lampshade 2 can be withdrawn from the card slot 14 on the lamp housing 1. Compared with the ordinary snap-fit structure, this rotating snap-fit installation structure is easier to disassemble and maintain. In some embodiments, the card slot 14 can also be through, that is, the stop section 133 of the rib 13 is not provided, so that when the lampshade 2 is removed, the lampshade 2 only needs to be rotated in one direction, and there is no need to withdraw in the opposite direction, which is not specifically limited.
In some embodiments, the diameter of the first peripheral side wall 12 of the lamp housing 1 may also be smaller than the diameter of the second peripheral side wall 22 of the lamp shade 2, that is, the lamp shade 2 is covered on the outer peripheral side of the lamp housing 1, and the engaging portion may also be provided on the second peripheral side wall 22 of the lamp shade 2, and the engaging portion may also be provided on the first peripheral side wall 12 of the lamp housing 1. In some embodiments, a slot 14 may also be provided on the lamp shade 2, and a clamping plate 23 may be provided on the lamp housing 1. In addition, the structure of the engaging portion and the engaging portion is not limited to the matching structure of the slot 14 and the clamping plate 23, and may also be other concave-convex structure matching, for example, one of them is a groove, and the other matching it is a protrusion, or a tooth structure that meshes with each other, and there is no specific limitation.
The lampshade 2 has a first rotation position (see FIG. 5 ) in which the engaging portion is disengaged from the engaging portion, and a second rotation position (see FIG. 6 ) in which the engaging portion is engaged with the engaging portion. In order to facilitate the mutual engagement of the lampshade 2 and the lamp housing 1, a positioning portion 24 is provided on the lampshade 2. In the first rotation position, the positioning portion 24 corresponds to the engaging portion, and in the second rotation position, the positioning portion 24 is misaligned with the engaging portion. The positioning portion 24 is a recessed portion recessed on the second peripheral side wall 22 of the lampshade 2, and cooperates with the convex rib 13 on the first peripheral side wall 12 of the lamp housing 1. In some embodiments, the positioning portion 24 on the lampshade 2 can be designed to have a shape that matches or matches the engaging portion on the lamp housing 1, without specific limitation.
After the lampshade 2 is rotated and snapped onto the lamp housing 1, in order to prevent the lampshade 2 from warping and deforming toward the inside of the lamp housing 1 due to being squeezed by external force, so that the lampshade 2 falls off the lamp housing 1, please refer to Figures 2 and 5. A supporting portion 15 is provided on the inner surface of the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1 to prevent the lampshade 2 from elastically deforming inward, and a holding space 16 is formed between the supporting portion 15 and the inner wall of the lamp housing 1. After the lampshade 2 is installed on the lamp housing 1, a portion of the lampshade 2 is accommodated in the holding space 16 and abuts against the supporting portion 15.
After the lampshade 2 is rotated and snapped onto the lamp housing 1, for a fan lamp, the vibration generated by the fan module 20 is transmitted to the lamp assembly 10 below when the fan lamp is working, and the lampshade 2 may shake and deflect relative to the lamp housing 1, causing the clamping plate 23 on the lampshade 2 to withdraw from the clamping groove 14 on the lamp housing 1, resulting in the risk of the lampshade 2 falling off the lamp housing 1. In ceiling lamps or other lamps with quick-connect replacement of the lampshade and lamp housing, users repeatedly remove the lampshade 2 from the lamp housing 1 for replacement. When cleaning, replacing or maintaining the electronic components inside the lamp housing 1, such as replacing the light source substrate or the driving element, the engaging portion and the engaging matching portion between the lampshade 2 and the lamp housing 1 may not be engaged in place, which may also lead to the risk of the lampshade 2 falling off the lamp housing 1. Therefore, in order to prevent the lampshade 2 from accidentally falling off the lamp housing 1 due to external force, thereby injuring the ground or people, causing safety hazards, etc., a stopper 3 can be provided on the lamp housing 1, so that after the lampshade 2 is installed on the lamp housing 1, it abuts against the lampshade 2 to prevent the lampshade 2 from rotating relative to the lamp housing 1, thereby playing an anti-falling role.
Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 again, in some embodiments, a mounting hole 111 may be provided on the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1, such as a screw hole, and the stopper 3 is mounted on and passes through the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1, and the stopper 3 may be a screw. In conjunction with FIG. 5, when the lampshade 2 is in the first rotation position, the positioning portion 24 on the lampshade 2 is aligned with the rib 13 on the lamp housing 1, and the lampshade 2 may be buckled onto the lamp housing 1 straightly upward, and the lampshade 2 may be rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. 5 so as to rotate relative to the lamp housing 1, and at the same time, the clamping plate 23 on the lampshade 2 is clamped into the clamping groove 14 of the lamp housing 1. In conjunction with FIG. 6, after the clamping plate 23 on the lampshade 2 is clamped into place with the clamping groove 14 on the lamp housing 1, the lampshade 2 cannot continue to rotate because the rib 13 of the lamp housing 1 has a stopper section 133 extending to the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1. At this time, the screw or other limiting member 3 is screwed into the mounting hole 111 on the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1, and the screw passes through the top wall 111 of the lamp housing 11, and its end is abutted against the lampshade 2 for limiting. When the user wants to remove the lampshade 2, when the lampshade 2 is rotated in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 6, the end of the screw is clamped with the clamping plate 23 at the positioning portion 24 of the lampshade 2, which blocks the rotation of the lampshade 2, forming a similar locking effect. Only by removing the screw or other limiting member 3 first can the lampshade 2 be removed from the lamp housing 1, which plays an anti-slip effect, and is safer and more reliable during the daily maintenance and replacement and repair of the lamp. In some embodiments, a hole that matches the screw can also be opened on the lampshade 2 separately. After the lampshade 2 is rotated and clamped to the lamp housing 1, the hole on the lampshade 2 is relative to the mounting hole 111 on the lamp housing 1, and the screw or other limiting member 3 can be screwed in, without specific limitation. In addition, the shape of the mounting hole and the shape of the hole on the lampshade 2 can be round, square or other special shapes, without specific limitation.
In some embodiments, please refer to Figure 7. In order to facilitate the installation of limit members 3 such as screws on the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1, through holes 2031 can be opened on the rotating disk 203, and in order to facilitate the dynamic balance adjustment of the rotating disk 203, the number of these through holes 2031 is preferably 2 or more, and can be 2, 3 or more, and these through holes 2031 are preferably evenly arranged along the rotation axis of the rotating disk 203, for example, they can be arranged symmetrically along the axis of the stator 201, or they can be arranged symmetrically along the center of the stator 201, without specific limitation.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 8 , in order to facilitate the installation of the stopper 3 such as a screw on the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1, an avoidance recess 2032 may be provided on the outer peripheral edge of the rotating disk 203, so that the mounting hole 111 on the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1 is partially exposed within the visible range. In order to facilitate the dynamic balance adjustment of the rotating disk 203, the number of these avoidance recesses 2032 is preferably 2 or more, and may be 2, 3 or more, and these avoidance recesses 2032 are preferably evenly arranged along the rotation axis of the rotating disk 203, for example, they may be arranged symmetrically along the axis of the stator 201, or they may be arranged symmetrically along the center of the stator 201, without any specific limitation.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 9 , the stopper 3 is not limited to screws or bolts, but may also be a snap-fitting piece such as a bayonet. The bayonet is a pin with a buckle, which may be a plastic bayonet or a metal bayonet. When installing, it can be buckled into the mounting hole 111 on the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1. It is difficult to disassemble it by hand, but it can be disassembled with the help of a tool such as a screwdriver. Except for this, there is no specific limitation.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 10 , the stopper 3 is not limited to screws, bolts or bayonet pins, but may also be expansion screws. The expansion screw generally includes a screw and an expansion sleeve that cooperates therewith. During installation, the expansion screw can be buckled into the mounting hole 111 on the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1. The screw is tightened with the help of a screwdriver or other tool, so that the expansion sleeve is deformed, thereby fixing the screw on the lamp housing 1. It is difficult to disassemble it by hand, and it can be removed with the help of a screwdriver or other tool.
In some embodiments, please refer to FIG. 11 , the limiting member 3 such as a screw is not limited to being installed on the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1 , but may also be installed on the first peripheral side wall 12 of the lamp housing 1 , without any specific limitation.
In some embodiments, please refer to FIG. 12 , the stopper 3 such as a bayonet is not limited to being installed on the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1 , but may also be installed on the first peripheral side wall 12 of the lamp housing 1 , without any specific limitation.
