The luminaire mounting arrangement 10 of an embodiment includes a mounting housing 100. The mounting case 100 includes a first case 110 and a second case 120. The first housing 110 is movably connected to the second housing 120, one of the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 is used for being connected to a lamp mounting body, and the other of the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 is used for being connected to a lamp. Referring to fig. 2, the lamp mounting device 10 further includes a separating assembly 200, where the separating assembly 200 includes a separating elastic member 210 and a separating pushing and pulling member 220. The separation elastic member 210 is connected to the first housing 110. One of the separating elastic member 210 and the second housing 120 has a receiving groove 202 formed therein, a portion of the other of the separating elastic member 210 and the second housing 120 is engaged with the receiving groove 202, and one of the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 is connected to the separating push-pull member 220. The separation pushing and pulling member 220 is disposed adjacent to the separation elastic member 210, and the separation pushing and pulling member 220 is used for pushing and pulling the separation elastic member 210 so as to separate the separation elastic member 210 from the second housing 120.
In the present embodiment, the separating elastic member 210 has an elastic deformation capability, so that the separating push-pull member 220 pushes the separating elastic member 210, thereby facilitating the separation of the separating elastic member 210 from the second housing 120. When the second housing 120 is installed, the second housing 120 is rotated, so that a part of the second housing 120 or a part of the separation elastic member 210 is clamped into the receiving groove 202, and thus the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are stably clamped, and the second housing 120 is conveniently installed on the first housing 110; during the detachment, only the separation pushing and pulling member 220 needs to be moved to separate the separation elastic member 210 from the second housing 120, so that a portion of the second housing 120 or a portion of the separation elastic member 210 is separated from the receiving groove 202, thereby facilitating the detachment of the second housing 120 from the first housing 110. Moreover, for the disassembly and assembly between the second shell 120 and the first shell 110, the maintenance personnel can complete the disassembly and assembly only by one hand, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency is improved. The lamp mounting body can be a wall body, a ceiling or a lamp mounting bracket. The receiving groove 202 may be formed in the second housing 120, or in the separating elastic member 210, for example, when the receiving groove 202 is located in the second housing 120, the receiving groove 202 is used to receive a portion of the separating elastic member 210, so that the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are clamped; when the receiving groove 202 is located on the separating elastic member 210, the receiving groove 202 is used for receiving a portion of the second housing 120, and is also used for facilitating the clamping connection between the first housing 110 and the second housing 120.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the separating elastic element 210 includes a first elastic plate 212, a second elastic plate 214 and a third elastic plate 216, the first elastic plate 212 is respectively connected to the first housing 110 and the second elastic plate 214, the second elastic plate 214 is further connected to the third elastic plate 216, the receiving slot 202 is formed between the second elastic plate 214 and the third elastic plate 216, and both the second elastic plate 214 and the third elastic plate 216 are abutted to the second housing 120. In this embodiment, the first elastic plate 212 serves as a connecting plate of the separating elastic member 210, so that the second elastic plate 214 and the third elastic plate 216 are fixed to the first housing 110. The second elastic plate 214 and the third elastic plate 216 are connected to each other, the receiving groove 202 is formed at a connection position of the second elastic plate 214 and the third elastic plate 216, and an opening of the receiving groove 202 faces the second housing 120, so that the receiving groove 202 receives a portion of the second housing 120 therein, thereby facilitating the engagement between the first housing 110 and the second housing 120. Both the second elastic plate 214 and the third elastic plate 216 are abutted against the second housing 120, so that the surface of the second elastic plate 214 and the surface of the third elastic plate 216 are used as the side walls of the receiving groove 202, which is convenient for the receiving groove 202 to receive the part of the separating elastic element 210 or the part of the second housing 120, and is also convenient for the second elastic plate 214 and the third elastic plate 216 to clamp the part of the separating elastic element 210 or the part of the second housing 120, thereby further improving the clamping stability between the second housing 120 and the first housing 110. In another embodiment, first resilient plate 212, second resilient plate 214, and third resilient plate 216 are integrally formed.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the mounting case 100 further includes a first locking protrusion 130 connected to the second housing 120, the first locking protrusion 130 is located in the receiving groove 202, and the first locking protrusion 130 abuts against the second elastic plate 214 and the third elastic plate 216 respectively. In the present embodiment, the first latching protrusion 130 is a protruding extension of the second housing 120, for example, the first latching protrusion 130 is integrally formed with the second housing 120. Because the receiving groove 202 is located on the separating elastic element 210, that is, the second elastic plate 214 and the third elastic plate 216 are formed with the receiving groove 202, when the second casing 120 rotates, the first clamping protrusion 130 is convenient to move and approach to the separating elastic element 210 until the first clamping protrusion 130 is embedded into the receiving groove 202, so that the separating elastic element 210 is conveniently clamped on the first clamping protrusion 130, and the first casing 110 is conveniently clamped with the second casing 120.
Still further, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the separating elastic element 210 further includes a fourth elastic plate 218, the fourth elastic plate 218 is connected to the first elastic plate 212 and the second elastic plate 214, the fourth elastic plate 218 and the second elastic plate 214 are disposed in an inclined manner, and a distance between the fourth elastic plate 218 and the second housing 120 is gradually increased in a direction toward the first elastic plate 212. In this embodiment, the fourth elastic plate 218 and the first elastic plate 212 are disposed obliquely to each other, the fourth elastic plate 218 and the second elastic plate 214 are further disposed obliquely to each other, and a distance between the fourth elastic plate 218 and the second casing 120 is gradually increased in a direction toward the first elastic plate 212, so that a distance between an end of the fourth elastic plate 218 close to the first elastic plate 212 and a side wall of the second casing 120 is greater than a distance between an end of the fourth elastic plate 218 close to the second elastic plate 214 and a side wall of the second casing 120. In this way, after the separation pushing and pulling element 220 separates the separation elastic element 210 from the second casing 120, the second casing 120 is rotated toward the first elastic plate 212, so that the first locking protrusion 130 slides on the fourth elastic plate 218, which facilitates the rotation and detachment between the second casing 120 and the first casing 110, that is, the first locking protrusion 130 on the second casing 120 only needs to be rotated out of the accommodating slot 202, and the fourth elastic plate 218 can be rotated automatically, thereby reducing the acting force for rotating the second casing 120, reducing the work on the second casing 120 during detachment, and further facilitating the detachment between the second casing 120 and the first casing 110. In another embodiment, first resilient plate 212, second resilient plate 214, third resilient plate 216, and fourth resilient plate 218 are integrally formed.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the mounting shell 100 is provided with a mounting hole 102, a portion of the separation pushing and pulling element 220 is disposed through the mounting hole 102, and the mounting hole 102 and the separation elastic element 210 are disposed correspondingly. In this embodiment, the separating elastic member 210 is located in the mounting case 100, that is, the separating elastic member 210 is located in an inner space formed by the first housing 110 and the second housing 120. The mounting hole 102 is located on the mounting shell 100, the mounting hole 102 is communicated with the inside of the mounting shell 100, the separating elastic member 210 is connected to the first housing 110, and the separating pushing and pulling member 220 passes through the mounting hole 102 and pushes the separating elastic member 210, for example, the separating pushing and pulling member 220 is a key, so that the separating elastic member 210 deforms and is separated from the second housing 120, the accommodating groove 202 of the separating elastic member 210 is conveniently pushed and kept away from the second housing 120, the second housing 120 is conveniently separated from the separating elastic member 210, and the second housing 120 is conveniently detached.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the separating pushing and pulling member 220 has a pushing inclined surface 222, the opening of the receiving groove 202 faces the pushing inclined surface 222, the pushing inclined surface 222 is in sliding contact with the separating elastic member 210, and the distance between the pushing inclined surface 222 and the separating elastic member 210 is gradually increased in the rotating and detaching direction of the second housing 120 relative to the first housing 110. In this embodiment, the separating pushing and pulling member 220 is used for pushing the separating elastic member 210, so that the separating elastic member 210 is separated from the first blocking protrusion 130. The push-off slope 222 corresponds to the receiving groove 202, and the push-off slope 222 is inclined with respect to the separation elastic member 210. Thus, during detachment, in the direction in which the second housing 120 rotates relative to the first housing 110, the distance between the push-away slope 222 and the separation elastic member 210 gradually increases, at this time, the separation elastic member 210 slides on the push-away slope 222, so as to continuously bounce the separation elastic member 210 during rotation, so as to continuously increase the distance between the separation elastic member 210 and the second housing 120, thereby facilitating the first blocking protrusion 130 to escape from the receiving groove 202 of the separation elastic member 210, and further facilitating detachment between the second housing 120 and the first housing 110.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the mounting case 100 further includes a second locking protrusion 140 connected to the second housing 120, the second locking protrusion 140 is provided with a slide rail groove 142, and a portion of the first housing 110 is slidably disposed in the slide rail groove 142.
