Some magnetic elements, such as permanent magnets, may be disposed on the rotor 202. A number of power cables may be disposed inside the stator 201 to energize the magnetic coils on the stator 201 to generate a magnetic field that interacts with the permanent magnets on the rotor 202 to actuate the rotor 202 to reciprocate circumferentially around the stator 201. The rotating disk 203 may be provided with a plurality of blades which may be opened or closed by centrifugal force when the rotating disk 203 moves in a reciprocating circular motion around the stator 201 with the rotor 202. The basic structure and principles of the fan lamp are briefly described above, and some basic structure and principles of the fan lamp are relatively common and well known in the prior art, and are not described in detail.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the lamp housing 1 may be a plastic or metal integrally molded housing, and has a shape similar to a disc. In some embodiments, the shape of the lamp housing 1 is not limited to a disk shape, but may be a flat shape or a plate shape, and the specific shape thereof is not limited and may be matched with the shape of the lamp housing 2. The lampshade 2 can be formed by integrally molding plastic materials, the lampshade 2 can be made of materials with good light transmittance, and the lampshade is convenient to integrally mold, such as PC materials, PMMA materials or optical glass, and the lampshade can be made of materials with frosting or light diffusion properties, so that a hazy light emitting effect is obtained, and the light emitting is soft and free from glare. In some embodiments, the shape of the lamp cover 2 may be a plate or a flat shape, which may be matched to the shape of the lamp housing 1, and the material and shape are not particularly limited.
The disc-shaped lamp envelope 1 has a top wall 11 and a first peripheral side wall 12, the first peripheral side wall 12 being provided around the peripheral edge of the top wall 11 and extending downward. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 9, 10, 13 and 14, a surrounding wall 122 may be further disposed on the outer side of the first peripheral sidewall 12, the surrounding wall 122 extends outwards and upwards from the bottom of the first peripheral sidewall 12, and the upper end of the surrounding wall 122 may exceed the upper surface of the lamp housing 1, and the accommodating space formed between the surrounding wall 122 and the first peripheral sidewall 12 may accommodate the rotating disc 203 therein, so that the overall appearance of the fan lamp is more attractive and the structure is more compact. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the surrounding wall 122 may not be provided, and a portion of the extending wall 123 may be formed by extending upward from the upper end of the first peripheral side wall 12, so that the extending wall 123 extends beyond the upper surface of the lamp housing 1, and the extending wall 123 and the upper surface of the lamp housing 1 enclose a containing space capable of containing the rotating disc 203, which also makes the overall appearance of the fan lamp more attractive, and the structure is more compact, without limitation.
As shown in fig. 4, the globe 2 has a bottom wall 21 and a second peripheral side wall 22 extending upward and surrounding the outer peripheral edge of the bottom wall 21. Since the second peripheral wall 22 of the lamp housing 2 is a coupling portion with the lamp housing 1, in some embodiments, the second peripheral wall 22 of the lamp housing 2 may not be made of a light-transmitting material, such as a common plastic material, and is not particularly limited.
In order to facilitate the mutual buckling of the lampshade 2 and the lamp housing 1 and easy disassembly and assembly. As shown in fig. 3, the diameter of the first peripheral sidewall 12 of the lamp housing 1 is larger than the diameter of the second peripheral sidewall 22 of the lamp housing 2. The inner surface of the first peripheral side wall 12 of the lamp housing 1 is convexly provided with a convex rib 13 extending along the circumferential direction, a clamping groove 14 is formed in a space between the convex rib 13 and the top wall 11, the convex rib 13 is provided with a guide section 131, an extension section 132 and a stop section 133 which are sequentially connected, the guide section 131 extends downwards obliquely to the horizontal plane, the extension section 132 extends along the horizontal plane, and the stop section 133 extends upwards to the top wall 11. In fig. 4, a clamping plate 23 extending outwards and matched with the clamping groove 14 is convexly arranged on the outer surface of the second peripheral side wall 22, the clamping groove 14 forms a clamping part on the lamp housing 1, and the clamping plate 23 forms a clamping matching part on the lamp housing 2. Referring to fig. 5, the lamp housing 2 is rotatable relative to the lamp housing 1 in the direction of the arrow shown in the drawing and is attached to the lamp housing 1 by engagement of the engagement portion with the engagement portion (see fig. 6). Specifically, in the process of rotationally clamping the lamp shade 2 to the lamp housing 1, the clamping plate 23 on the lamp shade 2 can slide in along the guide section 131 of the convex rib 13, and the attaching extension section 132 enters the clamping groove 14 until being abutted with the stop section 133 of the convex rib 13, so that the lamp shade 2 and the lamp housing 1 can be clamped in place. In contrast, when the lamp shade 2 is detached from the lamp housing 1, the lamp shade 2 can rotate relative to the lamp housing 1 along the arrow direction shown in fig. 6, so that the clamping plate 23 on the lamp shade 2 is withdrawn from the clamping groove 14 on the lamp housing 1. Compared with the common buckle structure, the installation structure of the rotary buckle is easier to assemble, disassemble and maintain. In some embodiments, the slot 14 may also be through, i.e. the stop section 133 of the rib 13 is not provided, so that when the lampshade 2 is removed, the lampshade 2 only needs to be rotated along one direction, and the opposite direction is not required to be withdrawn, which is not limited in particular.
In some embodiments, the diameter of the first peripheral sidewall 12 of the lamp housing 1 may be smaller than the diameter of the second peripheral sidewall 22 of the lamp housing 2, that is, the lamp housing 2 is wrapped around the outer peripheral side of the lamp housing 1, and the engaging portion may be disposed on the second peripheral sidewall 22 of the lamp housing 2, and the engaging portion may be disposed on the first peripheral sidewall 12 of the lamp housing 1. In some embodiments, the clamping groove 14 may also be arranged on the lampshade 2, and the clamping plate 23 is arranged on the lamp housing 1. Besides, the structure of the engaging portion and the engaging mating portion is not limited to the mating structure of the engaging groove 14 and the engaging plate 23, but may be other concave-convex structures, for example, one of which is a groove, the other of which is a protrusion, etc., or a tooth structure that is engaged with each other, and is not particularly limited.
The lamp housing 2 has a first rotational position (see fig. 5) where the engaging portion is disengaged from the engaging portion, and a second rotational position (see fig. 6) where the engaging portion is engaged with the engaging portion. In order to facilitate the mutual buckling of the lampshade 2 and the lamp shell 1, the lampshade 2 is provided with a positioning part 24, the positioning part 24 corresponds to the clamping part in a first rotating position, and the positioning part 24 is staggered with the clamping part in a second rotating position. The positioning portion 24 is a concave portion concavely formed on the second peripheral side wall 22 of the lamp housing 2, and is matched with the convex rib 13 on the first peripheral side wall 12 of the lamp housing 1. In some embodiments, the positioning portion 24 on the lamp housing 2 and the engaging portion on the lamp housing 1 may be designed to match or match with each other, which is not limited in particular.
After the lamp shade 2 is rotationally clamped onto the lamp housing 1, in order to prevent the lamp shade 2 from buckling and deforming towards the inside of the lamp housing 1 due to extrusion of the external force, so that the lamp shade 2 is separated from the lamp housing 1, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, a supporting portion 15 for preventing the lamp shade 2 from elastically deforming inwards is arranged on the inner surface of the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1, a clamping space 16 is formed between the supporting portion 15 and the inner wall of the lamp housing 1, and after the lamp shade 2 is mounted onto the lamp housing 1, a part of the lamp shade 2 is accommodated in the clamping space 16 and is abutted against the supporting portion 15.
After the lamp shade 2 is rotationally clamped on the lamp housing 1, for the fan lamp, vibration generated by the fan module 20 of the fan lamp is transmitted to the lamp assembly 10 below when the fan lamp is in operation, shake and deflection of the lamp shade 2 relative to the lamp housing 1 may occur, so that the clamping plate 23 on the lamp shade 2 is withdrawn from the clamping groove 14 on the lamp housing 1, and the risk that the lamp shade 2 falls off from the lamp housing 1 occurs. On the lamp with the ceiling lamp or other lamp covers quickly connected to the lamp housing, when the user repeatedly removes the lamp cover 2 from the lamp housing 1 to clean and replace and maintain the electronic components in the lamp housing 1, for example, the light source substrate or the driving element is replaced, and the situation that the engaging portion between the lamp cover 2 and the lamp housing 1 is not engaged with the engaging portion in place may occur, which may also result in the risk of falling off the lamp cover 2 from the lamp housing 1. Therefore, in order to prevent the lamp cover 2 from falling off from the lamp housing 1 due to an unexpected external force, thereby injuring the ground or personnel, causing potential safety hazard, etc., the limiting member 3 may be disposed on the lamp housing 1, so that after the lamp cover 2 is mounted on the lamp housing 1, the lamp cover 2 abuts against the lamp cover 2 to limit the rotation of the lamp cover 2 relative to the lamp housing 1, and the anti-falling effect is achieved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 again, in some embodiments, a mounting hole 111 may be formed in the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1, for example, a screw hole may be formed, and the limiting member 3 is mounted on the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1 and passes through the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1, and the limiting member 3 may be a screw or a screw. Referring to fig. 5, when the lamp housing 2 is at the first rotation position, the positioning portion 24 on the lamp housing 2 is opposite to the ribs 13 on the lamp housing 1, so that the lamp housing 2 can be directly fastened to the lamp housing 1, and the lamp housing 2 is rotated along the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 5, so that the lamp housing 2 rotates relative to the lamp housing 1, and at the same time, the clamping plate 23 on the lamp housing 2 is clamped into the clamping groove 14 of the lamp housing 1. Referring to fig. 6, after the clamping plate 23 on the lamp housing 2 is clamped in place with the clamping groove 14 on the lamp housing 1, the lamp housing 2 cannot rotate further because the rib 13 of the lamp housing 1 has the stop section 133 extending to the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1. At this time, the stopper 3 such as a screw is screwed into the mounting hole 111 on the top wall 11 of the lamp housing 1, the screw passes through the top wall 111 of the lamp housing 11, and the tip thereof abuts against the globe 2 to be limited. When the user wants to remove the lamp shade 2, the lamp shade 2 is rotated along the arrow direction shown in fig. 6, and the tail end of the screw is clamped with the clamping plate 23 at the positioning part 24 of the lamp shade 2, so that the lamp shade 2 is blocked from rotating, and a locking-like effect is formed. Only the limiting parts 3 such as screws can be removed firstly, the lampshade 2 can be removed from the lamp housing 1, the anti-falling function is achieved, and the lamp is safer and more reliable during daily maintenance and replacement maintenance operation of the lamp. In some embodiments, the hole matched with the screw may be formed on the lamp cover 2 alone, and after the lamp cover 2 is rotationally clamped on the lamp housing 1, the hole on the lamp cover 2 is aligned with the mounting hole 111 on the lamp housing 1, and the limiting member 3 such as the screw may be screwed in, which is not limited in particular.
