本实施例中的连接装置,首先将限位滑杆移动至第二状态,并将第一头部装配在第一锁定件上,然后转动第一头部并使第一头部转动预设角度,此时第一头部与第一锁定件锁合,然后移动限位滑杆使得限位滑杆自第二状态转变为第一状态,此时第一头部不再能够相对第一锁定件转动,从而使得第一头部无法自第一锁定件上取下,从而可以保证第一头部与第一锁定件的连接稳定性。当需要将第一头部自第一锁定件上取下时,首先移动限位滑杆,将限位滑杆自第一状态移动至第二状态,此时可以转动第一头部以使第一头部自第一锁定件上取下。通过本实施例中的连接机构与第一锁定件之间的配合,可以快速实现连接机构与第一锁定件的快速锁合与分离,提高连接效率。
另外,弹性件设置在滑槽内,弹性件的一端抵接在限位滑杆上,弹性件的另一端抵接在轴身部上,在未施加外力时,弹性件作用在限位滑杆上的弹力能够驱使限位滑杆维持在第一状态。通过弹性件对限位滑杆的作用,可以使得限位滑杆在未施加超过弹性件的弹力的情况下保持在第一状态,从而可以使得第一头部无法转动,从而使得第一头部与第一锁定件能够稳定的连接在一起。当需要将第一头部自第一锁定件中取出时,需要对限位滑杆施加外力,使得限位滑杆自第一状态移动至第二状态,此时第一头部可转动并自第一锁定件中取出。

请参考图1-图12,本发明一实施例提供了一种连接装置1,本实施例中的连接装置1主要是用于将两个不同的结构连接在一起,也可以是将其中一个结构或设备固定在其它的结构上,本实施例中的连接装置1主要应用于设备固定连接的领域,尤其是电视、电影和舞台拍摄等内容创作的领域。比如可应用于固定连接拍摄灯具、反射器、漫射器、视频墙、相机、绿幕、纺织品等布景元素上。
在一实施例中,连接装置1包括连接机构10和第一锁定件20,第一锁定件20可用于连接A物体,比如灯具,连接结构可连接B物体,比如是其它锁定件,需要说明的是A物体和B物体均为代指某个物体,A和B并没有特定的意义。
请参考图1-图7,本实施例中的连接机构10包括连接主体100,连接主体100包括轴身部110以及连接在轴身部110端部的第一头部120,轴身部110上开设有滑槽111,滑槽111沿轴身部110的轴向延伸且滑槽111的其中一端沿轴身部110的轴向贯穿轴身部110朝向第一头部120的一端。连接机构10还包括限位滑杆200,限位滑杆200沿轴身部110的轴向滑动设置在滑槽111内,且限位滑杆200的一端至少能够滑动至第一状态和第二状态,在第一状态时,限位滑杆200的一端至少部分超出滑槽111并与第一头部120在轴身部110的径向方向上重叠,且限位滑杆200与第一头部120重叠的部分沿轴身部110的径向突出于第一头部120的外周面,在第二状态时,限位滑杆200未与第一头部120在轴身部110的径向方向上重叠,第二状态时,第一头部120能够与第一锁定件20装配,且当第一头部120相对第一锁定件20转动预设角度时,限位滑杆200能够自第二状态转换至第一状态,在第一状态时,限位滑杆200与第一头部120重叠的部分能够限制第一头部120相对第一锁定件20转动,本实施例中,通过移动限位滑杆200使限位滑杆200在第一状态和第二状态之间切换,可以方便的将第一头部120与第一锁定件20锁合,或将第一头部120自第一锁定件20上取下。
具体的,本实施例中的第一头部120与第一锁定件20的连接方法为:首先将限位滑杆200移动至第二状态,并将第一头部120装配在第一锁定件20上,然后转动第一头部120并使第一头部120转动预设角度,此时第一头部120与第一锁定件20锁合,然后移动限位滑杆200使得限位滑杆200自第二状态转变为第一状态,此时第一头部120不再能够相对第一锁定件20转动,从而使得第一头部120无法自第一锁定件20上取下,从而可以保证第一头部120与第一锁定件20的连接稳定性。当需要将第一头部120自第一锁定件20上取下时,首先移动限位滑杆200,将限位滑杆200自第一状态移动至第二状态,此时可以转动第一头部120以使第一头部120自第一锁定件20上取下。通过本实施例中的连接机构10与第一锁定件20之间的配合,可以快速实现连接机构10与第一锁定件20的快速锁合与分离,提高连接效率。
进一步地,连接机构10还包括弹性件300,弹性件300设置在滑槽111内,弹性件300的一端抵接在限位滑杆200上,弹性件300的另一端抵接在轴身部110上,在未施加外力时,弹性件300作用在限位滑杆200上的弹力能够驱使限位滑杆200维持在第一状态。通过弹性件300对限位滑杆200的作用,可以使得限位滑杆200在未施加超过弹性件300的弹力的情况下保持在第一状态,从而可以使得第一头部120无法转动,从而使得第一头部120与第一锁定件20能够稳定的连接在一起。当需要将第一头部120自第一锁定件20中取出时,需要对限位滑杆200施加外力,使得限位滑杆200自第一状态移动至第二状态,此时第一头部120可转动并自第一锁定件20中取出。
进一步地,第一头部120包括与轴身部110的轴向相同的第一中心轴121、沿第一中心轴121的径向向外凸起形成的突出部122,突出部122与轴身部110在轴身部110的轴向上间隔设置且间隔的间距为L1;第一锁定件20形成有容置腔21以及与容置腔21连通的限位插孔22,限位插孔22的轴向深度小于L1,限位插孔22包括与第一中心轴121对应的中轴孔22a以及与突出部122对应的侧孔22b,前述或之后实施例中的“对应”对应指的是形状和大小基本相同,在第二状态时,第一头部120具有突出部122的一端能够经限位插孔22***容置腔21内,且当第一头部120相对第一锁定件20转动预设角度时,限位滑杆200与第一头部120重叠的部分在弹性件300的驱动下移动至侧孔22b内。本实施例中,由于限位插孔22的轴向深度小于L1,从而可以保证在第二状态时突出部122完全进入容置腔21内,然后转动第一头部120,转动预设角度时,此时限位滑杆200在其轴向上与侧孔22b对应的,此时限位滑杆200即可在弹性件300的驱动下自第二状态转变为第一状态,从而限位滑杆200与第一头部120重叠的部分移动至侧孔22b内,由于限位滑杆200与第一头部120重叠的部分位于侧孔22b内,而且限位滑杆200与第一头部120重叠的部分突出于第一中心轴121的外周面,从而使得侧孔22b限制限位滑杆200相对中轴孔22a的轴线转动,进而使得突出部122无法转动至与侧孔22b对应,进而突出部122无法自容置腔21内脱离,从而使得第一头部120与第一锁定件20稳定连接。只有施加外力克服弹性件300的弹力使得限位滑杆200自第一状态转换为第二状态时,方能够将突出部122自容置腔21内取出。
另外,由于中轴孔22a与第一中心轴121对应,而限位滑杆200与第一头部120重叠的部分突出于第一中心轴121的外周面,从而在正常的使用过程中,只需要将第一头部120***限位插孔22内时,限位插孔22***口所在的端面会抵住限位滑杆200朝向第一头部120的一端上,从而随着第一头部120的***,限位滑杆200会逐渐由第一状态变为第二状态,然后转动第一头部120至预设角度,限位滑杆200会自动自第二状态转变为第一状态。本实施例中在将第一头部120安装在第一锁定件20上时,无需手动控制限位滑杆200至第二状态,也可以将第一头部120安装在第一锁定件20上。提高了用户的操作便捷性能。
进一步地,突出部122包括沿第一凸起部1221和第二凸起部1222,第一凸起部1221和第二凸起部1222环绕第一中心轴121的中轴线间隔设置,且第一凸起部1221和第二凸起部1222对称设置,第一凸起部1221和第二凸起部1222分别与轴身部110在轴身部110的轴向上间隔设置且间隔的间距为L1,限位滑杆200超出滑槽111的部分的长度不超过L1。由于第一凸起部1221和第二凸起部1222对称设置,从而使得限位插孔22具有相对于的两个侧孔22b,从而无论朝向哪个方向转动90度,均能够方便的将限位滑杆200超出滑槽111的部分(与第一头部120重叠的部分)进入其中一个侧孔22b内,从而实现第一头部120与第一锁定件20的锁合。
优选地,限位滑杆200与第一头部120重叠的部分的形状与大小与侧孔22b适配,进而在第一头部120与第一锁定件20的锁合锁合时,可以避免第一头部120与第一锁定件20之间小角度转动,提高了第一头部120与第一锁定件20连接的稳定性。
在一具体的实施例中,滑槽111包括导向槽1111、限位槽1112以及连通导向槽1111和限位槽1112的限位通孔1113,导向槽1111、限位槽1112以及限位通孔1113均沿轴身部110的轴向延伸,导向槽1111的其中一端沿轴身部110的轴向贯穿轴身部110,导向槽1111和限位槽1112分别形成在轴身部110上相对的两侧上。本实施例中,由于导向槽1111和限位槽1112分别形成在轴身部110上相对的两侧上,从而可以提高连接主体100各位置强度的均衡度,避免连接主体100的某些位置强度太低。
进一步地,限位滑杆200包括滑动设置在导向槽1111内的主滑杆210、一体成型在主滑杆210一侧上的限位杆220以及一体成型在主滑杆210另一侧上的拨动部230,拨动部230沿轴身部110的径向延伸出导向槽1111,限位杆220穿过限位通孔1113并延伸至限位槽1112内,弹性件300设置在限位槽1112内,弹性件300的一端抵接在限位杆220上,弹性件300的另一端抵接在轴身部110上。本实施例中的限位滑杆200移动的距离主要受限于限位通孔1113和限位槽1112在轴身部110的轴向的长度。
优选地,限位通孔1113和限位槽1112朝向第二头部130的一端平齐,从而可以最大限度的应用限位槽1112和限位通孔1113的长度。
进一步地,导向槽1111包括上槽部1111a和下槽部1111b,上槽部1111a的底壁沿径向向内凹陷形成下槽部1111b,上槽部1111a的其中一端沿轴身部110的轴向贯穿轴身部110,主滑杆210包括设置在上槽部1111a内的上滑杆部211以及位于下槽部1111b的下滑杆部212,在第一状态时,下滑杆部212朝向第一头部120的端部抵接在下槽部1111b朝向第一头部120的一端的内壁上,且限位杆220抵接在限位通孔1113朝向第一头部120的一端的内壁上。本实施例中,通过下槽部1111b和限位通孔1113同时对限位滑杆200限位,可以使得限位滑杆200多个位置受力,降低对限位滑杆200的损伤。
进一步地,下槽部1111b沿轴身部110的轴向延伸的长度为L2,下滑杆部212延沿轴身部110的轴向的长度为L3,限位通孔1113沿轴身部110的轴向延伸的长度为L4,其中,L2-L3=L4。本实施例中,通过上述L2-L3=L4的公式来开设下槽部1111b、上槽部1111a、限位通孔1113的长度,能够避免开设的下槽部1111b、上槽部1111a、限位通孔1113等不能充分利用,使得本实施例中的连接主体100在满足开槽需求的同事最大程度的保持所需的强度。
为了进一步提高连接的稳定性,在一具体的实施例中,连接装置1还包括限位组件,限位组件能够限制限位滑杆200自第一状态滑动至第二状态。通过限位组件能够防止误触导致限位滑杆200客克服弹性件300的弹力自第一状态滑动至第二状态。进一步提高了安全了第一头部120与第一锁定件20之间的连接的稳定性能。
在一更具体的实施例中,轴身部110上延其径向开设有第一销孔,主滑杆210上开设有第二销孔,在第一状态时,第一销孔和第二销孔对齐,限位组件包括销轴,销轴可拆卸地穿设在第一销孔内和第二销孔内。本实施例中,在第一状态时,第一销孔和第二销孔对齐,此时销轴可***第一销孔内和第二销孔内,此时可以限制限位滑杆200移动,从而可以限制第一头部120自第一锁定件20上取下,从而进一步提高了第一头部120与第一锁定件20之间的连接稳定性。
在另一更具体的实施例中,轴身部110上延其径向贯穿开设有第一销孔,限位滑杆200包括沿轴身部110的径向延伸出滑槽111的拨动部230,限位组件包括销轴,销轴可拆卸地穿设在第一销孔内,销轴的一端可延伸出第一销孔,且延伸出第一销孔的部分位于自第一状态移动至第二状态时拨动部230的移动路径上。本实施例中无需在限位滑杆200上开孔以安装销轴,从而不会降低限位滑杆200的强度,而且通过第一销孔与销轴的配合,可以限制第一头部120自第一锁定件20上取下,从而进一步提高了第一头部120与第一锁定件20之间的连接稳定性。
在一实施例中,连接装置1还包括与第一头部120相对设置的第二头部130以及用于与第二头部130锁合的第二锁定件30。
第二头部130包括与轴身部110的轴向相同的第二中心轴131以及沿第二中心轴131的径向向外凸起形成的环形凸起132,环形凸起132与轴身部110在轴身部110的轴向上间隔设置并围合形成环形槽133。
需要说明的是,第二中心轴131的径向截面优先为圆形,但是也可以是其它形状,比如矩形、方形、腰型等等,环形凸起132的形状也随着第二中心轴131的形状的变化可适当变化,比如第二中心轴131的径向截面为圆形时,优选为环形凸起132的径向截面为圆环形,同样,环形槽133的形状也随着第二中心轴131和环形凸起132的形状的改变而改变。
优选地,环形凸起132远离轴身部110的端面与第二中心轴131远离轴身部110的端面平齐,进而不仅利于第二头部130的生产加工,还能够方便与第二锁定件30之间的连接配合。
请参考图8-图12,本实施例中的第二锁定件30包括基座500、底板600以及限位件700。
基座500上开设有安装通孔510,安装通孔510具有相对的第一端口511和第二端口512。
底板600设置在基座500上且底板600至少可部分封盖安装通孔510的第一端口511,第二头部130安装在安装通孔510内后,至少部分环形凸起132会抵接在底板600上(在想要将环形凸起132自第一端口511脱离安装通孔510时),从而使得底板600会限制环形凸起132自第一端口511脱出安装通孔510。
需要说明的是,当环形凸起132远离轴身部110的端面与第二中心轴131远离轴身部110的端面平齐时,底板600可完全封盖第一端口511,当然也可以是未完全封盖,只要能防止环形凸起132自第一端口511脱离安装通孔510即可。
为了便于描述,设定底板600用于封盖第一端口511的部分朝向第二端口512的面为第一平面610,需要说明的是本实施例或者下述各实施例中的平面均指的是基本为平面,并非指绝对意义上的平面。
限位件700设置在基座500上且限位件700可部分封盖安装通孔510的第二端口512,环形凸起132可经第二端口512未被封堵的位置穿入安装通孔510内,需要说明的是,本实施例中的限位件700不能将第二端口512完全封盖,而是在限位件700封盖后任然需要留有足够的开口区域供环形凸起132***安装通孔510内,优选为沿着安装通孔510的轴向方向将环形凸起132自第二端口512完全伸入安装通孔510内。
为了实现第二锁定件30与第二头部130之间的锁合,限位件700上开设有与第二中心轴131适配的半轴孔710,半轴孔710的轴向与安装通孔510的轴向相同,沿半轴孔710的径向方向,半轴孔710具有一缺口720,第二中心轴131可经缺口720进入半轴孔710内,需要说明的是,第二中心轴131与半轴孔710适配指的是第二中心轴131的尺寸和形状与半轴孔710尺寸和形状基本相同,且半轴孔710的尺寸略大于第二中心轴131的尺寸,以方便第二中心轴131能够进入半轴孔710内,比如当第二中心轴131的截面为圆形时,半轴孔710的径向截面则为与第二中心轴131的外径基本相同的半圆。
为了便于描述,设定限位件700用于封盖第二端口512的部分朝向第一端口511的面为第二平面730;第一平面610与第二平面730之间的最小距离不小于环形凸起132在第二中心轴131的轴向方向上的厚度。
需要说明的是,环形凸起132的各位置在第二中心轴131的轴向方向上的厚度是一致的。
本实施例中的连接装置1的使用方法为:首先将连接机构10上的第二头部130自第二端口512***安装通孔510,直至将环形凸起132完全***安装通孔510内,由于第一平面610与第二平面730之间的最小距离不小于环形凸起132在第二中心轴131的轴向方向上的厚度,从而沿半轴孔710的径向方向移动连接机构10,能够使得第二中心轴131移动进入半轴孔710内,当第二中心轴131进入半轴孔710内后,此时,限位件700的部分套设在环形槽133内,环形凸起132朝向轴身部110的一侧面与第二平面730抵接,此时连接机构10与第二锁定件30处于锁合状态;当需要解除连接机构10与第二锁定件30的锁合状态,只需要将第二中心轴131沿半轴孔710的径向自半轴孔710内移出,此时环形凸起132朝向轴身部110的一侧面与第二平面730不再抵接,此时即可将环形凸起132自安装通孔510内取出。本实施例中的连接机构10与第二锁定件30连接拆卸方便快捷,可以提高工作效率。
优选为第一平面610与第二平面730平行设置,且第一平面610与第二平面730之间的距离与环形凸起132在第二中心轴131的轴向方向上的厚度基本相同,进而可以提高环形凸起132与安装通孔510之间配合的稳定性,此时,除了沿半轴孔710的径向向缺口720移动的方向除外,第二锁定件30或连接机构10受到其它方向的力,均不会轻易将第二中心轴131自半轴孔710内移出,尤其是第一平面610将大部分的第一端口511覆盖时,更不易将第二中心轴131自半轴孔710内移出。
优选地,第二中心轴131与环形凸起132一体成型设置,基座500、底板600以及限位件700一体成型设置。进而可以提高本实施例中的连接装置1的连接强度。
由于限位件700需要在受到很大的压力的情况下保持与基座500之间的连接强度,本实施例中的限位件700与基座500具有第一连接面741和第二连接面742,第一连接面741连接在安装通孔510的内壁上,第二连接面742连接在基座500的第二端口512所在的平面上,在避免基座500在安装通孔510的轴向方向和径向方向上均不会太大的前提下,通过第一连接面741与第二连接面742与基座500连接的方式可以大大提高基座500与限位件700之间的连接强度。
在一具体的实施例中,第二中心轴131的径向截面为圆形,环形凸起132的径向截面为圆环形,半轴孔710的径向截面为半圆,第二平面730为环形面且与半轴孔710同轴线,环形面的外径减去内径得到的差值不小于环形凸起132外径减去第二中心轴131的外径的差值。本实施例中,由于环形面的外径减去内径得到的差值不小于环形凸起132外径减去第二中心轴131的外径的差值,从而可以保证在第二中心轴131完全进入半轴孔710内后,环形凸起132朝向轴身部110的一侧面能够全部抵接在第二平面730上,从而可以增加环形凸起132与限位件700之间的接触面积,提高第二锁定件30与连接机构10的连接强度,能够使得本实施例中的连接装置1能够承载更重的物体。
进一步地,安装通孔510的径向截面为腰型面,腰型面包括两个半圆面和一个矩形面,半圆面的直径与环形凸起132的外径适配,需要说明的是,半圆面的直径与环形凸起132的外径适配指的是半圆面的直径与环形凸起132的外径基本相同,且半圆面的直径略大于环形凸起132的外径。由于安装通孔510的径向截面为腰型面,且腰型面的半圆面的直径与环形凸起132的外径适配,从而环形凸起132在安装通孔510内的移动路径是限定的,只能够沿着预设的方向移动,从而可以提高用户的操作便捷性,提高连接或拆卸的效率。
进一步地,腰型面的两个半圆面的圆心之间的距离小于环形凸起132的外径,设定以其中一个半圆面的半径和圆心在第二平面730所在的平面上所做的圆形为基准圆,在安装通孔510的轴向方向上,第二平面730与基准圆不重合。本实施例中的基准面与环形凸起132的径向截面的外圆大小是基本相同的,由于第二平面730与基准面在安装通孔510的轴向方向上不重合,从而可以保证环形凸起132能够自第二端口512进入安装通孔510内。
在一具体的实施例中,第二锁定件30还包括用于安装基座500的安装座800,安装座800上开设有装配槽810以及与装配槽810连通的限位孔820,限位孔820与环形凸起132大小和形状适配,基座500可滑动地设置在装配槽810内且第二端口512朝向限位孔820,基座500至少可滑动至第三状态和第四状态,在第三状态时,环形凸起132穿过限位孔820后可经第二端口512进入安装通孔510内;驱动基座500相对装配槽810移动可使第二中心轴131经缺口720进入半轴孔710内,此时基座500位于第四状态。本实施例中的连接装置1的使用方法为:首先通过将基座500移动至第三状态时,并将第二头部130***限位孔820内,直至环形凸起132自第二端口512进入安装通孔510内,然后移动基座500,使得限位件700上的半轴孔710套设在环形槽133内,即使得第二中心轴131自缺口720进入半轴孔710内,此时第二平面730可限制环形凸起132自安装通孔510内脱离,另外,由于限位孔820对第二头部130在限位孔820的径向方向的限制,在基座500处于第四状态时,能够保证第二锁定件30与连接机构10的连接稳定性。当需要将连接机构10与第二锁定件30拆离时,可以通过移动基座500使得基座500自第四状态转换为第三状态,此时即可将连接机构10自第二锁定件30上取下。
进一步地,限位件700上形成有倾斜面750,在安装通孔510的轴向方向的投影面上,第二平面730位于倾斜面750内,且在安装通孔510的轴向方向和径向方向的投影面上,倾斜面750均具有分投影面,倾斜面750越靠近缺口720的位置到第二端口512所在的平面的距离越小,优选为,倾斜面750与缺口720对应的位置到第二端口512所在的平面的距离为0。本实施例中,由于在安装通孔510的轴向方向的投影面上,第二平面730位于倾斜面750内,从而在第一头部120伸入限位孔820后,无论基座500处于第三状态还是第四状态,环形凸起132均能够顺利自第二端口512进入安装通孔510内,具体地,在基座500处于第三状态时,由上面实施例可知,此时环形凸起132能够顺利自第二端口512进入安装通孔510内,当基座500处于第四状态时,环形凸起132在向安装通孔510内移动的过程中会抵压在倾斜面750上,由于环形凸起132对倾斜面750的抵压,使得基座500会相对装配槽810移动,进而使得基座500自第四状态转换自第三状态,从而使环形凸起132能够顺利自第二端口512进入安装通孔510内。
进一步地,第二锁定件30还包括弹簧件910和按压件920,弹簧件910设置在基座500与安装座800之间,在未施加外力时,弹簧件910作用在基座500上的弹力能够驱使基座500自第三状态移动至第四状态。本实施例中,通过弹簧件910在不受大于弹力的外力的情况下,能够使基座500维持在第四状态,从而可以避免因基座500不小心自第四状态转换位第三状态时而导致的第二头部130自第二锁定件30上脱离,从而可以避免发生危险。另外由于倾斜面750的设置,在将第二头部130自限位孔820***安装通孔510的过程中,可以通过对倾斜面750的挤压使得基座500自第四状态转变为第三状态,当环形凸起132安装至安装通孔510内后,在弹簧件910的作用下,基座500又会自第三状态转换为第四状态。整个***第二头部130的过程中,无需手动移动基座500,即可实现第二头部130与第二锁定件30之间的锁合。
进一步地,安装座800上形成有与装配槽810连通的导向通孔830,导向通孔830的轴向与基座500相对装配槽810的移动方向相同,按压件920沿导向通孔830的轴向可移动的设置在导向通孔830内按压件920的一端抵接在基座500上,按压件920的另一端向远离装配槽810的方向延伸出导向通孔830。当需要移动基座500时,通过移动按压件920,即可改变基座500的状态,从而在需要将第二头部130自第二锁定件30中取下时,通过移动按压件920即可使得基座500移动至第三状态,此时即可将第二头部130自第二锁定件30中取下。
在一具体的实施例中,连接装置1还包括安全件930,安装座800上开设有导向滑槽840,安全件930可滑动地设置在导向滑槽840内,安全件930至少能够滑动至第一位置和第二位置,在第一位置时,安全件930的至少部分位于基座500或底板600或限位件700移动的路径上且未延伸至安装通孔510内,在第二位置时,安全件930未设置在基座500或底板600或限位件700移动的路径上,基座500在第四状态时且安全件930位于第一位置时,安全件930能够限制基座500自第四状态转换至第三状态。本实施例中,只要安全件930位于第一位置时,即可防止误触按压件920导致基座500自第四状态转变为第三状态,从而使得本实施例中的第二锁定件30与连接机构10更加稳定的连接,安全性能进一步提高。
进一步地,安全座包括用于围合形成部分限位孔820的限位通道壁850,限位组件为限位通道壁850,第二头部130与第二锁定件30锁合时,限位通道壁850朝向第二头部130的一端位于自第一状态转变为第二状态时拨动部230移动的路径上。由于第二头部130与第二锁定件30锁合时,限位通道壁850朝向第二头部130的一端位于自第一状态转变为第二状态时拨动部230移动的路径上,从而限位通道壁850可以限制拨动部230移动,进而限制限位滑杆200第一状态转变为第二状态时,从而在第二头部130和第二锁定件30未分离时,第一头部120与第一锁定件20是无法取下的,结合上述实施例中的第二头部130和第二锁定件30的连接方式可知,在第一头部120和第二头部130分别连接在第一锁定件20和第二锁定件30之后,要想将第一锁定件20与第一头部120分离,首先得将第二头部130与第二锁定件30分离,而第二头部130与第二锁定件30分离,需要移动安全件930至第一位置,然后移动按压件920使得基座500位于第三状态,然后才能够将第二头部130自第二锁定件30上取下,然后才能进一步将第一头部120与第一锁定件20分离,使得本实施例中的连接装置1即使在在快速移动、剧烈振动中依旧能够保证连接机构10与第一锁定件20和第二锁定件30之间的连接稳定性。
在一实施例中,轴身部110包括第一轴部113以及一体成型于第一轴部113上的第二轴部114,第一轴部113的外径大于第二轴部114的外径,且第一轴部113与第二轴部114之间形成有台阶1134,滑槽111开设在第二轴部114上,连接机构10还包括套壳400,套壳400套设在第二轴部114上,且套壳400上与滑槽111对应的位置开设有滑孔410,第二轴部114的长度与套壳400的长度相同,套壳400的一端抵接在台阶1134上。本实施例中通过套壳400可以将滑槽111的大部分封盖,从而可以防止弹簧件910以及限位滑杆200自滑槽111中脱出。其次,由于轴身部110包括第一轴部113以及一体成型于第一轴部113上的第二轴部114,而滑槽111开设在第二轴部114上,从而可以通过简单的机械加工的方式即可制成该轴身部110以及在轴身部110上开设滑槽111。
进一步地,轴身部110、第一头部120以及第二头部130一体成型设置。本实施例中的连接主体100不仅通过简单的机械加工的方式即可制成,而且强度高,能够承载更重的物体。
在一具体的应用场景中,第二锁定件30连接在灯具上,第一锁定件20上连接有管夹,管夹可固定在管道上,连接机构10的第一头部120与第一锁定件20连接,连接机构10的第二头部130与第二锁定件30连接,从而将灯具固定在管道上。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括连接机构以及第一锁定件;所述连接机构包括:
    连接主体,所述连接主体包括轴身部以及连接在所述轴身部端部的第一头部,所述轴身部上开设有滑槽,所述滑槽沿所述轴身部的轴向延伸且所述滑槽的其中一端沿所述轴身部的轴向贯穿所述轴身部朝向所述第一头部的一端;
    限位滑杆,所述限位滑杆沿所述轴身部的轴向滑动设置在所述滑槽内,且所述限位滑杆的一端至少能够滑动至第一状态和第二状态,在所述第一状态时,所述限位滑杆的一端至少部分超出所述滑槽并与所述第一头部在所述轴身部的径向方向上重叠,且所述限位滑杆与所述第一头部重叠的部分沿所述轴身部的径向突出于所述第一头部的外周面,在所述第二状态时,所述限位滑杆未与所述第一头部在所述轴身部的径向方向上重叠,所述第二状态时,所述第一头部能够与所述第一锁定件装配,且当所述第一头部相对所述第一锁定件转动预设角度时,所述限位滑杆能够自所述第二状态转换至第一状态,在所述第一状态时,所述限位滑杆与所述第一头部重叠的部分能够限制所述第一头部相对所述第一锁定件转动;以及
    弹性件,所述弹性件设置在所述滑槽内,所述弹性件的一端抵接在所述限位滑杆上,所述弹性件的另一端抵接在所述轴身部上,在未施加外力时,所述弹性件作用在所述限位滑杆上的弹力能够驱使所述限位滑杆维持在所述第一状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述第一头部包括与所述轴身部的轴向相同的第一中心轴、沿所述第一中心轴的径向向外凸起形成的突出部,所述突出部与所述轴身部在所述轴身部的轴向上间隔设置且间隔的间距为L1;所述第一锁定件形成有容置腔以及与所述容置腔连通的限位插孔,所述限位插孔的轴向深度小于L1,所述限位插孔包括与所述第一中心轴对应的中轴孔以及与所述突出部对应的侧孔,在所述第二状态时,所述第一头部具有所述突出部的一端能够经所述限位插孔***所述容置腔内,且当所述第一头部相对所述第一锁定件转动预设角度时,所述限位滑杆与所述第一头部重叠的部分在所述弹性件的驱动下移动至所述侧孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述突出部包括沿第一凸起部和第二凸起部,所述第一凸起部和所述第二凸起部环绕所述第一中心轴的中轴线间隔设置,且所述第一凸起部和所述第二凸起部对称设置,所述第一凸起部和所述第二凸起部分别与所述轴身部在所述轴身部的轴向上间隔设置且间隔的间距为L1,所述限位滑杆超出所述滑槽的部分的长度不超过L1。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述限位滑杆与所述第一头部重叠的部分的形状与大小与所述侧孔适配。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述滑槽包括导向槽、限位槽以及连通所述导向槽和所述限位槽的限位通孔,所述导向槽、限位槽以及限位通孔均沿所述轴身部的轴向延伸,所述导向槽的其中一端沿所述轴身部的轴向贯穿所述轴身部,所述导向槽和所述限位槽分别形成在所述轴身部上相对的两侧上,所述限位滑杆包括滑动设置在所述导向槽内的主滑杆、一体成型在所述主滑杆一侧上的限位杆以及一体成型在所述主滑杆另一侧上的拨动部,所述拨动部沿所述轴身部的径向延伸出所述导向槽,所述限位杆穿过所述限位通孔并延伸至所述限位槽内,所述弹性件设置在所述限位槽内,所述弹性件的一端抵接在所述限位杆上,所述弹性件的另一端抵接在所述轴身部上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述导向槽包括上槽部和下槽部,所述上槽部的底壁沿径向向内凹陷形成所述下槽部,所述上槽部的其中一端沿所述轴身部的轴向贯穿所述轴身部,所述主滑杆包括设置在所述上槽部内的上滑杆部以及位于所述下槽部的下滑杆部,在所述第一状态时,所述下滑杆部朝向所述第一头部的端部抵接在所述下槽部朝向所述第一头部的一端的内壁上,且所述限位杆抵接在所述限位通孔朝向所述第一头部的一端的内壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述下槽部沿所述轴身部的轴向延伸的长度为L2,所述下滑杆部延沿所述轴身部的轴向的长度为L3,所述限位通孔沿所述轴身部的轴向延伸的长度为L4,其中,L2-L3=L4。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置还包括限位组件,所述限位组件能够限制所述限位滑杆自所述第一状态滑动至所述第二状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述轴身部上延其径向开设有第一销孔,所述主滑杆上开设有第二销孔,在所述第一状态时,所述第一销孔和所述第二销孔对齐,所述限位组件包括销轴,所述销轴可拆卸地穿设在所述第一销孔内和所述第二销孔内。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述轴身部上延其径向贯穿开设有第一销孔,所述限位滑杆包括沿所述轴身部的径向延伸出所述滑槽的拨动部,所述限位组件包括销轴,所述销轴可拆卸地穿设在所述第一销孔内,所述销轴的一端可延伸出所述第一销孔,且延伸出所述第一销孔的部分位于所述限位滑杆自所述第一状态移动至所述第二状态的路径上。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置还包括与所述第一头部相对设置的第二头部以及用于与所述第二头部锁合的第二锁定件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述限位滑杆包括沿所述轴身部的径向延伸出所述滑槽的拨动部,所述限位组件为所述拨动部,所述第二头部与所述第二锁定件锁合时,所述第二锁定件朝向所述第二头部的一端位于自所述第一状态移动至所述第二状态时所述拨动部移动的路径上。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述第二头部包括与所述轴身部的轴向相同的第二中心轴以及沿所述第二中心轴的径向向外凸起形成的环形凸起,所述环形凸起与所述轴身部在所述轴身部的轴向上间隔设置。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述轴身部包括第一轴部以及一体成型于所述第一轴部上的第二轴部,所述第一轴部的外径大于所述第二轴部的外径,且所述第一轴部与所述第二轴部之间形成有台阶,所述滑槽开设在所述第二轴部上,所述连接机构还包括套壳,所述套壳套设在所述第二轴部上,且所述套壳上与所述滑槽对应的位置开设有滑孔,所述第二轴部的长度与所述套壳的长度相同,所述套壳的一端抵接在所述台阶上。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述轴身部、所述第一头部以及所述第二头部一体成型设置。
