技术领域
本申请涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种灯具主体、面环以及具有该灯具主体和面环的照明装置。
背景技术
为了提高照明装置的美观度和整洁度,通常在灯具主体的出光端面上安装有面环。面环的材料、表面处理工艺以及尺寸均对照明装置的整体美观度和整洁度产生影响,因此,根据安装环境的不同,灯具主体可以配置不同的面环。
目前,灯具主体与面环之间为了实现可靠连接,通常采用螺钉紧固连接,螺钉紧固连接存在锁紧螺钉耗时长的问题,且螺钉紧固连接导致灯具主体与面环之间无法实现快速安装、拆卸和更换。
LED照明装置广泛应用于室内照明,其中LED射灯也得到了广泛的应用。LED射灯包括发光组件、灯壳和面环,发光组件包括灯体,发光组件安装在灯壳内。面环内具有安装空间,面环围设在灯壳上、且灯壳能够在安装空间中摆动一定角度。当时需要调整LED射灯的照射角度的时候,转动灯壳即可调整LED射灯的照射角度。
针对安装在天花板上的射灯,现有的灯壳与面环的连接方式是:在灯壳上设置转轴,在面环上开设轴孔,灯壳的转轴和面环的轴孔过盈配合。现有的面环由塑料材料制作而成,塑料材料具有一定的弹性变形能力,即使灯壳的转轴和面环的轴孔之间采用的是过盈配合,灯壳的转轴也能够在面环的轴孔中转动、且灯壳的转轴与面环的轴孔之间具有一定的阻尼力,该阻尼力使 得调整灯壳的角度之后,灯壳能够维持在该调节后的位置上,不会任意摆动。
在市场上,面环的材质也是客户选购LED射灯的重要因素,通常金属面环更受欢迎。但是,现有的灯壳与面环的连接方式使得面环必须具有一定的弹性变形能力,即现有的灯壳与面环的连接方式使得面环不能由金属等硬质材料制作而成。
发明内容
本申请实施例采用下述技术方案:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种灯具主体,包括:灯体、至少一个设置于所述灯体的侧壁上的转轴;所述弹性机构一端作为连接端,所述连接端设置于所述灯体的侧壁上;沿着背离所述连接端的方向,所述弹性机构上设置有至少一个第一开槽。
第二方面,本申请提供了一种面环,一端用于套设连接上述任一项所述的灯具主体,所述面环另一端固定于安装面上,其中,包括:面环主体和内环面;所述内环面为沿着面环主体向背离所述安装面方向凸起的圆环结构,所述内环面与所述面环主体构成用于安装所述灯具主体的容纳部;所述内环面外壁设置有至少一个连接单元,所述连接单元与所述转轴连接。
第三方面,本申请提供了一种照明装置,包括上述任一项所述的灯具主体,以及能够与所述灯具主体连接的上述任一项所述的面环。
第四方面,本申请提供了一种灯壳组件,包括:面环,所述面环内具有第一安装空间,所述面环的外表面上设置有两个第一滑动面,两个所述第一滑动面相对设置,所述第一滑动面上开设有第二安装空间;外壳,所述外壳设置在所述第一安装空间内;所述外壳上连接有两根转轴,所述转轴和所述第二安装空间转动配合;所述转轴上具有调节块,所述调节块压在所述第一滑动面上。
第五方面,本申请提供了一种射灯,包括发光组件和上述的灯壳组件,所述发光组件包括灯体,所述发光组件安装在所述安装腔内。

具体实施方式
为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请具体实施例及相应的附图对本申请技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本申请各实施例提供的技术方案。
目前,灯具主体1与面环2之间为了实现可靠连接,通常采用螺钉紧固连接,螺钉紧固连接存在锁紧螺钉耗时长的问题,且螺钉紧固连接导致灯具主体1与面环2之间无法实现快速安装、拆卸和更换。
为了解决上述问题,如图1所示,本申请实施例提供了一种灯具主体1,包括:灯体11、至少一个设置于灯体11的侧壁111上的转轴12;转轴12包括弹性机构122;弹性机构122一端作为连接端1221,连接端1221设置于灯体11的侧壁111上;沿着背离连接端1221的方向,弹性机构122上设置有至少一个第一开槽123。灯具主体1可以采用一体成型结构或者分体式设计,一体成型结构具有设置工艺简单、成本低的优点。
如图2所示,本申请的一个实施例中,转轴12还包括:安装部121,安装部121设置于灯体11的侧壁111上,连接端1221设置于安装部121上。
本申请通过在灯体11上设置具有弹性机构122的转轴12,使弹性机构122卡入如图3所示的面环2内。如此设置解决了锁紧螺钉耗时长,无法实现快速安装、拆卸和更换的问题。由于将弹性机构122设置于灯具主体11上,如果需要在面环2上设置弹簧等稳固机构时,无需对灯具主体1进行改变,灯具主体1具有适用性强的特点。
本申请的一个实施例中,如图4至8所示,第一开槽123为C型开槽。在一实施方式中,沿着背离连接端1221方向的垂直方向,C型开槽开口端1231 宽度a为2±0.2mm;C型开槽闭合端1232与弹性机构122外壁最近端124的壁厚b为1~1.2mm;弹性机构122外径r为5~5.5mm。
本申请的一个实施例中,如图6至8所示,在弹性机构122外壁最近端124上设置第二限位单元126,用于限制转轴12的旋转角度α。旋转角度通常设置为20~35°范围内,第二限位单元126随着旋转角度α的设置而进行宽窄变化。例如旋转角度设置为20°,则第二限位单元126最宽,旋转角度设置为35°,则第二限位单元126最窄。
本申请的另一个实施例中,如图9至10所示,第一开槽123为4个,沿着背离灯体11的侧壁111方向,弹性机构122中心开设有圆型开槽1233,沿着圆型开槽1233向弹性机构122外壁开设有3个凹槽1234,3个凹槽1234组成Y型开槽。在一实施方式中,圆型开槽1233边缘与弹性机构122外壁最近端124的壁厚c为1~1.2mm,弹性机构122外径r为5~5.5mm,沿着背离连接端1221方向的垂直方向,凹槽1234宽度d为1~1.2mm。
本申请的一个实施例中,如图1、图2、图4、图6所示,灯具主体1还包括设置于弹性机构122另一端的第一限位单元125。所述第一限位单元125和所述安装部121分别贴合于面环2的内壁和外壁上,用于将弹性机构122卡紧于面环2上,防止因灯具主体1与面环2接触时的外力作用使面环2产生变形。
如果第一限位单元125设置于C型开槽的灯具主体1上,则第一限位单元125为1个扇形机构,扇形机构的两端分别连接于C型开槽的开口两端,第一限位单元125为沿着C型开槽端部向安装部121方向延伸的凸起块。从节省材料、经济性方面考虑,沿着背离所述C型开槽的开口方向,在扇形机构上切出缺口,本申请的一个实施例中,如图1所示,沿着转轴12外壁在扇形机构上切除缺口,使第一限位单元125被分成两个扇形机构。
如图9至10所示,如果第一限位单元125设置于Y型开槽上的灯具主体1上,则第一限位单元125为圆环机构,套接于弹性机构122另一端,在圆环机构上设置有与Y型开槽一致的开口。
本申请的一个实施例中,转轴为两个,以180°轴对称设置于灯体11的侧壁111上。如此设置,提高了灯具主体1与面环2的安装稳定性。为了安装更加稳定,也可以将转轴2设置成两个以上,按照圆形阵列的排布方式分布于灯体11的侧壁111上。
上述灯具主体1由塑料制成。
为了能够更好的与上述灯具主体1配合使用,如图3所示,本申请提供了一种面环2,一端用于套设连接灯具主体1,面环2另一端固定于安装面3上,包括:面环主体21和内环面22;内环面22为沿着面环主体21向背离安装面3方向凸起的圆环结构,内环面22与面环主体21构成用于安装灯具主体1的容纳部23;内环面22外壁设置有至少一个连接单元24,连接单元24与转轴12连接。面环2可以采用一体成型结构,如此设置工艺简单,成本低。
本申请的一个实施例中,连接单元24包括两个沿着内环面22端面221向背离安装面3方向延伸的夹持部241,两个夹持部241与内环面22形成第二开槽25,第二开槽25与转轴12连接。
本申请的一个实施例中,与转轴12贴合一侧的夹持部241的内壁2411上设置导向斜面2412,第二开槽25底部设置配合孔242,背离安装面3方向的配合孔242两端分别与两个导向斜面2412端部连接;或配合孔242两端均通过过渡面2413与两个导向斜面2412端部连接。将灯具主体1安装于面环2上时,向安装面3方向按压,由于弹性机构122的形状可变,弹性机构122沿着导向斜面2412被压入配合孔242内,且在没有外力的作用下,无法从配合孔242内脱离。
本申请的一个实施例中,如图7、图8所示,两个导向斜面2412的夹角β为30±5°。
本申请的一个实施例中,配合孔242的开口处圆弧长度小于1/2配合孔周长。如此设置,配合孔242的开口处小于配合孔242的直径,配合孔242对弹性机构122具有压紧作用,弹性机构122能够更加稳定的设置于配合孔242内。
本申请的一个实施例中,沿着背离安装面3方向,两个导向斜面端2412部与夹持部241顶端之间设置弹簧安装槽243。
上述面环2可以由金属材料或塑料制成。
如图4、图6、图9所示,本申请提供了一种照明装置,包括灯具主体1,以及能够与灯具主体1连接的面环2。
本申请的一个实施例中,面环2套设于灯具主体1的外侧时,灯具主体1的安装部121贴合于内环面22的内壁上,灯具主体1的第一限位单元125贴合于内环面22的外壁上,弹性机构122设置于配合孔242内。将灯具主体1安装于面环2上时,弹性机构122在外力的作用下被压入面环2的夹持部241内,弹性机构122在夹持部241的作用下会产生形变,进而夹持部241夹紧弹性机构122,面环2套设于灯体11侧壁111的外侧,实现面环2与灯具主体1的快速连接。需要将面环2从灯具主体1上拆卸时,外力作用使得转轴12从夹持部241内脱离,实现在灯具主体1上快速拆卸面环2。
本申请实施例公开的灯具主体,包括灯体和至少一个设置于所述灯体的侧壁上的转轴;将灯具主体安装于面环上时,弹性机构在外力的作用下被压入面环的夹持部内,弹性机构在夹持部的作用下会产生形变,进而夹持部夹紧弹性机构,面环套设于灯体侧壁的外侧,实现面环与灯具主体的快速连接。需要将面环从灯具主体上拆卸时,外力作用使得转轴从夹持部脱离,实现在灯具主体上快速拆卸面环。
本申请的一个实施例公开了一种灯壳组件,如图11-14所示,该灯壳组件包括面环20和外壳10,所述面环20内具有第一安装空间21,所述面环20的外表面上设置有两个第一滑动面23,两个所述第一滑动面23相对设置,所述第一滑动面23上开设有第二安装空间22。所述外壳10设置在所述第一安装空间21内。所述外壳10上连接有两根转轴122,所述转轴122和所述第二安装空间22转动配合。所述转轴122上具有调节块121,所述调节块121压在所述第一滑动面23上。
本实施例的灯壳组件的优点在于:当需要调节外壳10的角度的时候,转动外壳10,调节块121相对于第一滑动面23转动,调节到合适的照射角度时,松开外壳10,由于弹性体12具有弹性,使得调节块121压在第一滑动面23上、且与第一滑动面23之间具有阻尼力,该阻尼力使得外壳10被松开之后,外壳10维持在调节后的位置上。本实施例的灯壳组件通过调节块121与第一滑动面23之间转动配合、且调节块121与第一滑动面23之间具有阻尼力来实现外壳10的角度的调节,对面环20的材质没有限制,面环20可以由具有弹性的材料制作而成,也可以由金属等硬质材料制作而成。
如图11所示,面环20包括筒体25和环体26,筒体25和环体26相连、且筒体25的内腔和环体26的中心孔共同形成贯穿面环20的第一安装空间21。两个第一滑动面23设置在筒体25的外表面上。两个第一滑动面23上均开设有第二安装空间22。外壳10内具有安装腔11,安装腔11用于安装发光组件。外壳10设置在第一安装空间21内。
转轴122和调节块121构成弹性体12,外壳10的外表面上连接有两个弹性体12,转轴122和第二安装空间22转动配合,转轴122的内端穿过第二安装空间22连接在外壳10上,调节块121设置在转轴122的外端。
为了使得调节块121能够弹性抵压在第一滑动面23上,弹性体12可以包括转轴122、调节块121和弹簧,通过转轴122、调节块121和弹簧的组合来实现调节块121弹性抵压在第一滑动面23上。弹性体12也可以部分由弹性材料制作而成,从而实现调节块121弹性抵压在第一滑动面23上。例如转轴122由弹性材料制作而成,调节块121由非弹性材料制作而成,由于转轴122需要与第二安装空间22转动配合,所以转轴122既要具有刚性,也要具有弹性。又例如调节块121由弹性材料制作而成,转轴122由非弹性材料制作而成。在一实施方式中,本实施例的弹性体12整体由弹性材料制作而成,即所述转轴122和所述调节块121均由弹性材料制作而成,使得本实施例的弹性体12能够一体成型,减少组装工序和成本。为了进一步减少组装工序和成本,本实施例的弹性 体12与外壳10一体注塑成型。由于塑料具有刚性和弹性,从而使得弹性体12具有刚性和弹性,使得所述转轴122和所述第二安装空间22能够转动配合,也使得所述调节块121能够压在所述第一滑动面23上。
第一滑动面23可以是圆弧面,转轴122转动的过程中,由于弹性体12具有弹性,所以调节块121能够在该第一滑动面23上转动。为了使得调节块121在第一滑动面23上转动的更加的顺畅,在一实施方式中,本实施例的第一滑动面23为平面,平面容易制造。为了进一步使得调节块121在第一滑动面23上转动的更加的顺畅,本实施例将调节块121朝向第一滑动面23的面也设置为平面,即将调节块121上用于和第一滑动面23转动配合的面也设置为平面。两个平面之间要能够实现相互抵压在一起、且能够相互转动,对两个平面的表面精度具有较高的要求,为了达到该较高的表面精度,需要增加工序以及成本。本实施例为了减少加工工序和降低成本,需要将第一滑动面23与调节块121之间转动配合的面的面积减小,以减小两个转动配合的面之间的摩擦力以及降低对面的表面精度的要求。另外,由于调节块121需要被第二安装空间22限位在第一滑动面23上,从而不能将调节块121的尺寸设置的较小。
在一实施方式中,本实施例在调节块121朝向外壳10的面上设置有凸起1212,凸起1212朝向外壳10的面为第二滑动面12121,第二滑动面12121和第一滑动面23转动配合。本实施例在调节块121朝向外壳10的面上设置有凸起1212、且在该凸起1212上设置第二滑动面12121的好处是:1、可以将第二滑动面12121的面积设置的很小,从而降低第二滑动面12121与第一滑动面23之间的摩擦力,使得第二滑动面12121与第一滑动面23之间既能够相互抵压,也能够相互转动,不会发生卡住的情况。2、不需要缩小调节块121的尺寸,从而也能够满足调节块121被第二安装空间22限位在第一滑动面23上的要求。
本实施例的弹性体12可以通过连接件连接到外壳10上,也可以是与外壳10一体成型。开设在第一滑动面23上的第二安装空间22可以是封闭的孔状结构,也可以是一端敞开的槽状结构。
当第二安装空间22是孔状结构时,由于调节块121需要被第二安装空间22限位在第一滑动面23上,即调节块121的尺寸需要大于第二安装空间22的尺寸,即调节块121不能穿过第二安装空间22。此时,不能采用弹性体12与外壳10一体成型的结构。即,当第二安装空间22是孔状结构时,弹性体12通过连接件组装到外壳10上。
当第二安装空间22是槽状结构的时候,弹性体12既可以通过连接件连接到外壳10上,也可以是与外壳10一体成型。在一实施方式中,本实施例的第二安装空间22是槽状结构。具体地,筒体25包括第一筒端251和第二筒端252,第一筒端251和环体26相连。第二安装空间22包括第一端口221和第二端口222,第一端口221位于第二筒端252上、且为敞开端,第二端口222位于第一筒端251和第二筒端252之间、且为封闭端。外壳10从第二筒端252朝向第一筒端251移动进而安装到面环20的第一安装空间21。
如图11所示,第二安装空间22沿着面环20的轴心线方向布置,为了节约调节块121的材料,本实施例的调节块121的长度方向与面环20的轴心线相垂直。从而使得调节块121在较小的体积下就能够被第二安装空间22,节约了调节块121的材料。
本实施例的第二安装空间22从第一端口221至第二端口222的尺寸可以是相同的,也可以是不同的,只要能有供转轴122的中部进入、且对调节块121进行限位即可。在一实施方式中,为了方便将外壳10安装到面环20,本实施例的第二安装空间22在从第一端口221至第二端口222的方向上尺寸逐渐减小,从而形成一个导向结构,方便转轴122进入第二安装空间22。
外壳10安装到面环20的第一安装空间21之后,第二安装空间22的第二端口222支撑转轴122。为了方便第二端口222与转轴122之间的相互转动。在一实施方式中,本实施例的第二端口222的表面为圆弧面。转轴122和第二端口222转动配合。转轴122、调节块121与外壳10一体注塑成型。
为了对调节块121的转动进行导向,本实施例的第一滑动面23上设置有导 向块24,导向块24朝向第二安装空间22的面为第一导向面241,调节块121与第一导向面241相对的面为第二导向面1211,第一导向面241和第二导向面1211均为圆弧面。第一导向面241和第二导向面1211滑动配合。
导向块24的数量可以为一个,也可以为两个,一个导向块24也能够实现对调节块121的转动进行导向。为了进一步提高导向效果,本实施例的导向块24的数量具有两个,两个导向块24分别位于第二安装空间22的两侧、且相对设置。相应地,调节块121上与两个第一导向面241相对的面均为第二导向面1211。
由于在调节块121朝向外壳10的面上设置有凸起1212,从而为了保证导向块24的第一导向面241与调节块121的第二导向面1211之间具有较大的配合面积,需要将导向块24和调节块121的厚度均设置的较大,从而增加了成本。为了节约成本,在一实施方式中,本实施例调节块121朝向第一导向面241的端部为外端,凸起1212设置在调节块121的外端上。从而使得凸起1212朝向第一导向面241的面构成部分或者全部第二导向面1211。为了使得导向块24的第一导向面241与调节块121的第二导向面1211之间具有较大的配合面积,凸起1212朝向第一导向面241的面构成部分第二导向面1211。转轴122、调节块121、凸起1212与外壳10一体注塑成型。
如图11-14所示,本申请的实施例公开了一种射灯100,该射灯100包括发光组件和上述的灯壳组件,发光组件包括灯体,发光组件安装在安装腔11内。环体26位于发光组件的出光端。
外壳10具有壳体安装端13敞开、且与安装腔11连通,发光组件从壳体安装端13安装进安装腔11内,其中灯体设置在壳体安装端13处。壳体安装端13为出光侧。
外壳10与面环20组装之后,外壳10能够在面环20的第一安装空间21中转动。由于第一安装空间21贯穿面环20,从而不会阻碍灯体的照明。环体26和筒体25连接的一端为第一环端,另一端为第二环端,灯体的光线从环体26 的第二环端的中心射出。
本实施例的射灯100的优点在于:当需要调节射灯100的照射角度的时候,转动外壳10,调节块121相对于第一滑动面23转动,调节到合适的照射角度时,松开外壳10,调节块121压在第一滑动面23上、且与第一滑动面23之间具有阻尼力。该阻尼力使得外壳10被松开之后,射灯100的照射角度维持在调节后的位置上。本实施例的射灯100通过调节块121与第一滑动面23之间转动配合、且调节块121与第一滑动面23之间具有阻尼力来实现射灯100的照射角度的调节,对面环20的材质没有限制,面环20可以由具有弹性的材料制作而成,也可以由金属等硬质材料制作而成。
针对用于安装到天花板上的射灯100,安装的时候,通过将面环20安装到天花板上,进而将整个射灯100安装到天花板上。
本申请的射灯的优点在于:当需要调节射灯的照射角度的时候,转动外壳,所述调节块相对于所述第一滑动面转动,调节到合适的照射角度时,松开外壳,由于调节块压在第一滑动面上、从而与第一滑动面之间具有阻尼力。该阻尼力使得外壳被松开之后,射灯的照射角度维持在调节后的位置上。本申请的射灯通过调节块与所述第一滑动面之间转动配合、且调节块与所述第一滑动面之间具有阻尼力来实现射灯的照射角度的调节,对面环的材质没有限制,面环可以由具有弹性的材料制作而成,也可以由金属等硬质材料制作而成。
本申请上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本申请的实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种灯具主体,其中,包括:灯体、至少一个设置于所述灯体的侧壁上的转轴;
    所述转轴包括弹性机构;
    所述弹性机构一端作为连接端,所述连接端设置于所述灯体的侧壁上;沿着背离所述连接端的方向,所述弹性机构上设置有至少一个第一开槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具主体,其中,所述转轴还包括:安装部,所述安装部设置于所述灯体的侧壁上,所述连接端设置于所述安装部上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具主体,其中,所述第一开槽为C型开槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具主体,其中,所述第一开槽为4个,沿着背离所述灯体的侧壁方向,所述弹性机构中心开设有圆型开槽,沿着所述圆型开槽向所述弹性机构外壁开设有3个凹槽,3个所述凹槽组成Y型开槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具主体,其中,还包括:设置于所述弹性机构另一端的第一限位单元;或/和
    所述转轴为两个,以180°轴对称设置于所述灯体的侧壁上。
  6. 一种面环,一端用于套设连接权利要求1~5任一项所述的灯具主体,所述面环另一端固定于安装面上,其中,包括:面环主体和内环面;
    所述内环面为沿着所述面环主体向背离所述安装面方向凸起的圆环结构,所述内环面与所述面环主体构成用于安装所述灯具主体的容纳部;所述内环面外壁设置有至少一个连接单元,所述连接单元与所述转轴连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的面环,其中,所述连接单元包括两个沿着内环面端面向背离所述安装面方向延伸的夹持部,两个所述夹持部与所述内环面形成 第二开槽,所述第二开槽与所述转轴连接其中,与所述转轴贴合一侧的所述夹持部的内壁上设置导向斜面,所述第二开槽底部设置配合孔,背离所述安装面方向的所述配合孔两端分别与两个所述导向斜面端部连接;或所述配合孔两端均通过过渡面与两个所述导向斜面端部连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的面环,其中,两个所述导向斜面的夹角为30±5°其中,所述配合孔的开口处圆弧长度小于1/2所述配合孔周长,其中,沿着背离所述安装面方向,所述两个导向斜面端部与所述夹持部顶端之间设置弹簧安装槽。
  9. 一种照明装置,其中,包括如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的灯具主体,以及能够与所述灯具主体连接的如权利要求6至8中任一项所述的面环。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的照明装置,其中,所述面环套设于所述灯具主体的外侧时,所述灯具主体贴合于所述内环面的内壁上,所述灯具主体的第一限位单元贴合于所述内环面的外壁上,所述弹性机构设置于所述配合孔内。
  11. 一种灯壳组件,其中,包括:
    面环,所述面环内具有第一安装空间,所述面环的外表面上设置有两个第一滑动面,两个所述第一滑动面相对设置,所述第一滑动面上开设有第二安装空间;
    外壳,所述外壳设置在所述第一安装空间内;所述外壳上连接有两根转轴,所述转轴和所述第二安装空间转动配合;所述转轴上具有调节块,所述调节块压在所述第一滑动面上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的灯壳组件,其中,所述第一滑动面为平面,其中所述转轴和/或所述调节块由弹性材料制作而成其中,所述面环包括第一环端 和第二环端,所述第二安装空间包括第一端口和第二端口,所述第一端口位于所述第一环端上、且为敞开端,所述第二端口为封闭端;所述转轴和所述第二端口转动配合。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的灯壳组件,其中,所述第二端口的表面为圆弧面其中,所述第二安装空间在从所述第一端口至所述第二端口的方向上尺寸逐渐减小。
  14. 根据权利要求11-13任一项所述的灯壳组件,其中,所述转轴以及所述调节块与所述外壳一体注塑成型。
  15. 根据权利要求11-13任一项所述的灯壳组件,其中,所述调节块的长度方向与所述面环的轴心线相垂直。
  16. 根据权利要求11-13任一项所述的灯壳组件,其中,所述调节块朝向所述外壳的面上设置有凸起,所述凸起朝向所述外壳的面为第二滑动面,所述第二滑动面和所述第一滑动面转动配合。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的灯壳组件,其中,所述第一滑动面上设置有导向块,所述导向块朝向所述第二安装空间的面为第一导向面,所述调节块与所述第一导向面相对的面为第二导向面,所述第一导向面和所述第二导向面均为圆弧面;所述第一导向面和所述第二导向面滑动配合。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的灯壳组件,其中,所述导向块的数量具有两个,两个所述导向块分别位于所述第二安装空间的两侧、且相对设置。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的灯壳组件,其中,所述调节块朝向所述第一导向面的端部为外端,所述凸起设置在所述调节块的外端上。
  20. 一种射灯,其中,包括发光组件和权利要求11-19任一项所述的灯壳组 件,所述发光组件包括灯体,所述发光组件安装在所述安装腔内。
